A few months ago, I might have agreed... but I really think this guy is just galactically stupid on so many levels that he should be studied by the scientific community. I would donate to fMRIs of his head to see exactly what, if anything, is up there.
I'm beginning to agree with you. I think the man is just so genuinely naive and ignorant, along with suffering from delusions of grandeur and narcissism, that he doesn't understand or believe that he is doing anything criminal or fraudulent. It's stunning to watch this fraud continue and his psyche unraveling on the forums. |

He is absolutely NOT NAIVE in my point of view... he has a single focused goal to put money in his pocket and he pursues it like a 6yo chasing a toy they want... I totally agree with narcissism and fantastical self-beliefs... TOTALLY agree with that... BUT, he is NOT NAIVE... he's a spoiled brat that so completely exceeds normal human interactions that 'victims' (and that's really only the early people) have no idea of what to make of it... so, some of them assume that his single minded pursuit of his own interest is somehow equated to an intellect that just does not exist within his being. |

@rootdude I am relativly literate on SEC proceedings and from my understanding of thier proceedings and US law it is entirely possible that the sec has opened an inquiry[.] there is not any legal action on file which means Gaw is in compliance with what ever the SEC has asked of them. Furthermore I have searched all the court filings in my state which is the Home state of gawminers and there is no legal action pending in my jurrisdiction. As a person with over a decade with a federal investigative agency... um... (a) fraud investigations are not quick and (b) they don't publicize it until they take it to the judge for actions that can not be kept quiet (e.g. arresting people tend to have to be public activities). So, INAL and I don't think spydazcomputers (that poster?) is familiar with fraud investigations either. BUT, I can 99.999% guaRONtee that, had Garza been notified that the investigation was concluded, it would be publicized all over every forum that he ever even heard of (in conjunction with his next scam of course). And, for the record, some of the dumbest people I've ever met were admitted to state Bar Associations. And, apparently more than one of them has heavily invested in this blatant scam... so, not sure how much credibility I'd put in a person who can't recognize a scam of this scale and magnitude. |

I'm pretty sure that as CEO running a company that engaged a small herd of attorneys and was actively backed by a Cantor Fitzgerald VP in the form of Stuart Fraser... he could be a drooling idiot and still not manage to win the "naive and didn't know any better" defense once they've gone through his emails and his accounts. He was/is in no way naive... having a single, self-centered purpose to suck money from anyone and everyone that is so strong that it can probably be genuinely classed as pathological... that just makes him an average Wall Street with a far below average respect for that herd of attorneys that he's blown through. |
