Got this a month ago;

===

Dear ***,

Thank you for your patience.

We currently do not have a timeline for when payments will be sent. We are processing all claim submissions, which may take some time. Only after all processing is complete can Lead Counsel apply to the Court for an order of distribution, and ultimately the distribution will be dependent on Court approval. We do not have an estimate for how long this process may take, but we appreciate your patience in the meantime.

Sincerely,

***.
Audet, et al. v. Fraser, et al.

Maybe we'll get this done by 2030.

I'm only saying ''lol'' because.

man, that garza is still out there, no one got their money back, and he is using his wife for onlyfan.

I do hope that some stuff will work out, but that guy is out, made millions, and I'm still reading people that wait for their money back.

Who were really in prison ? him ? or you ?

Sigh, I know, that scumbag need to pay, but right now, he did pay, and he is living a nice life, compared to you.

Until someone find him, well..... you know the rest.

We live in an era where kids can search out their parents online nasties. Imagine those kids seeing a video of their parents banging online? Chances are one of their friends will find it and show it to them.

The emotional damage can not be underestimated.

Hello,

I clearly arrive after the battle but I have a very small hope of still being able to ask for my claim.
I would like to know how you evolved the prejudice to fill out the form?
It was a long time ago now...
I had put 6 BTC in the history of hashlets and paycoin.
I had managed to recover a third of my stake by selling everything at a discount. Having done this, I don't know if I can get compensation.

I thank anyone who takes the time to answer me.

Thx

33% recovery that many years ago is not bad, IMHO. Relative to others who lost everything, including home mortgages, life savings, credit, and even marriages.  Not to mention all that egg on our faces.

The deadline to submit a claim has long ago passed.  https://www.gawminersclassaction.com/

I submitted a claim on time and still do not expect much, if anything at all.  I have only a few BTC transaction records.

I won a $6K judgment in a different class action suit about 2-3 years ago.   Grin

I still have not seen a penny.   Cry       Who knows how much the lawyers will steal?

Hope this gives you some perspective.

On the other hand, I have won hundreds of easy fiat from claims on this site: https://topclassactions.com/  and they pay off much faster, as all the legal judgements have already been adjudicated.  GL!

These are the OG plaintiffs who have been persevering in the courts for years, so us Muggles could try to recoup some losses.

It probably equals about 8 cents per hour worked.

They earned it; CONGRATS to the OG Plaintiffs!

Looks like the case of Homero vs. Texas is over. Cursory reading suggests $8 million judgement against him and his gang plus permanent injunction from participating in further scams.  Roll Eyes

Court docs:  https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/sites/default/files/images/press/Nomad%20Internet%20Judgement%20Signed.pdf

Thing is his scam is still up and running with the exact same complaints. If I recall correctly he "resigned" some time ago and installed some sort of beast to operate the company. Obviously with him pulling the strings behind the scenes.

Funnily enough I missed a previous lawsuit which he also lost back in 2020:

http://public.co.comal.tx.us/CaseDetail.aspx?CaseID=979567

Judgment of $37,498.22
Awarded To: Premier Financial Services LLC
Awarded Against: Homero Garza

Party Information
Attorneys
Defendant   Garza, Homero J.
  Retained
210-490-1292(W)
  335 Pheasant Lane, Lot 59
  New Braunsfels, TX 78130

Plaintiff   Premier Financial Services LLC
  Retained
214-215-6402(W)
  47 Sherman Hill Road
  Woodbury, CT 06798

Premier Financial Services LLC is none other than...big surprise "...Premier Financial Services is the nation's leader in classic, vintage, luxury & exotic auto leasing & financing. Specializing in Ferrari Lamborghini & more..."

Kind of obvious what occurred there? Leased a lambo and simply never paid them each month Cheesy that or the financing on Uncle Stu's Tesla he so kindly gave him as a gift.

It's incredible everywhere he goes and everything he touches the result is the same. 100% guaranteed with absolute certainty his name will crop up somewhere else down the line for the exact same behavior. It's like he's still addicted to scamming and scheming and thieving even after jail time and constantly losing lawsuits.

Jessica has owned that property since 2017.  It might be a rental and they use the address to fake their location.  They were living in a pretty fancy home that someone pointed out a while back.  It had the Jappa and Jagga or some other shell company's name on the property. I don't get how why someone hasn't sent these documents about him running a business to his Federal probation officer.  He has to still be on probation right?

Check out this court document.  According to the terms of his restitution he's paying $3000 a month which is 10% of his income supposedly.  That means he's making $30,000 a month!  WTF!  Its not much, but where is that $3000 a month going?  https://aquamarine-elsinore-27.tiiny.site

I do find it incredible that he is still able to do all of this while under probation. I would hate to think it is nothing more than putting everything his wife's name or a corps name that he can so easily bypass his conditions. Makes no sense. We need a reporter to contact all the parties and probe into it. His probation officer's name is right there in the doc posted.  All the attorney's for TX state are in the other post along with their email addresses. How can a convicted thief be let out of jail only to steal again and again. How?

Here's a list of his main scam operation's real estate dealings.  Even in this there is a pattern. Multiple shitholes it looks like. I mean what real estate there can cost 60K exactly?? Trailers in trailer parks? Definitely looks like he's hiding something with so many low priced properties or something suspicious. Money laundering?? I wonder if it is related to that South American bitcoin for property operation seen before that he was involved with.

https://www.realtyhop.com/property-records/search/jappa-and-jaga-management-llc

Probably cried and whined to his probation officer that "the trolls are out to get him".

There seems to be a disconnect between his old crimes and his new ones.

Maybe the IRS has got more teeth than these courts?

https://www.irs.gov/individuals/how-do-you-report-suspected-tax-fraud-activity

Maybe they need a tip-off to investigate and deep probe all his dealings. If he can cheat the courts, jail, his probation officer, the public, can be damn sure he's cheated the IRS as well.

That is pretty interesting and not lessening your findings, but I think what we are seeing is just the tip of the iceberg on what is really going on.  $30,000 a month!  That's pretty impressive straight out of prison.  He made some good business connections in there.

More strange things.  I didn't realize, but a part of the settlement with Texas includes a lien on this vet clinic address worth $2 million.  https://www.countryhillsvet.com/  This 1 million dollar property has to be where he lives with the giant pool.  2469 HILINE DR BULVERDE, TX 78163  He also bought a $230,000 2 acre lot nearby.  Maybe Jessica's dad needs an upgrade.
