I never received one for my GAW and my Scrypt hosted miners where I controlled the pool, to a "100% uptime" miner that I couldn't control the pool for, to a hashlet, to thin air.
What should I be doing?

Well I suppose you could always post here...you know ... stuff like
"HEY HOMERO , GIMME MY FRAKKING MONEY BACK YOU SCAMMING BASTARD!!"
or some facsimile thereof...
It will do fuck-all as far as getting your money back,
but I would opine it's always good therapy for one to rant and blow off
a little of one's steam once in awhile here on Bitcointalk with one's Sunday morning coffee or whatever....

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Garza colluded with Cryptsy.

Gave them one of those hyper-staking, coin-hosing Paycorn "prime controllers."

Let's impeach him!

I am a bit out of the loop on this, read the first two thousand or so pages around a year ago.

I had a class action lawsuit email for Cryptsy as I was affected, but I never received one for my GAW and my Scrypt hosted miners where I controlled the pool, to a "100% uptime" miner that I couldn't control the pool for, to a hashlet, to thin air.
What should I be doing?

Contact Allen Shinners, Lead Plaintiff of the GAWsuit civil suit that was originally filed against Homero & Uncle Stu, but is now only against Stuart Fraser.

In exchange for a nice victim impact statement from you, perhaps they could cut you in to any damages collected, but hurry:

Funny thing about shinners is homeros emails show he was trying to join their team. he may not have known of the scamery josh was involved in but amusing he wasnt smart enough at the start at how unrealistic it was. from memory he even demanded a big pay rate. whilst he is in the gawsuit now he’s still a scumbag and outside this i wouldnt trust shinners as far as i could throw him. had he of had his offer taken up by garza he’d be one of the ones being sued now. i think people should remember that. allen shinners isnt a shining beacon of ethics like some believe. i suspect hes in the gawsuit and leading it because he lost a bunch and has a guilty conscience.

I seriously wonder what is taking so long?  Usually a reschedule is like a month or so in the future.  I wonder what is really going on?  Has anyone called or heard what might be the next court date or what is going on?

Let's say you're a judge who loves having your balls cupped. The accused standing before you is a renown ballcupper. How many rescheduled court dates would you reward said accused?

I think its more like the ballcupper paid the attorney that cups the judge's balls.  For the right amount of money you get whatever you need in court I think.  They are probably too busy cupping and washing each other's balls on the golf course to think about Homero.

They are probably using Mayan calendar to set the date.
Who knows, but it seems ludicrous that nothing is coming out for 3 month already.

judge..."counselor, please approach the bench"
(whispers) "I hear your client is a renown ball cupper!"
lawyer..."um, well that depends..."
judge...  "I can delay sentencing ... btw, my balls are in dire need of cupping!"...
lawyer... "hmmm.. let me talk to my client...."

(10 minutes later)

judge..."sentencing date has been rescheduled, court is adjourned!"
(bangs gavel)

Would they delay his sentencing because he is cooperating in a larger investigation against Stuart Fraser? And if he cooperates he has a deal to not only get his sentencing delayed but also the numbers of years in prison taken down? Seems like the most rational reason for such a big delay. It really is quite the anomaly.

I bet he has a lot of incriminating documents and conversations against Stuart to be honest.

I'll go out on a limb here and say that's probably a more realistic/plausible theory than the ball cupping scenario...

Hate to burst your Paycoin Bubble, but they gave Homero immunity to snitch on Stu for the GAWsuit & they didn't get anything valuable from him, but their case is strong, even without his "help."

Immunity was granted only on condition that he is truly broke.  If they ever find his hidden loot, all bets are off.

He'll have to keep looking over his shoulder for the rest of his pitiful life.

Lol immunity deals are only ever good if they end up getting something that can then be used to catch the criminal the snitch set up for them. If they don't get the bigger bad guy, the immunity doesn't even go into effect.

I might have used the word "immunity" wrong ---  they gave him a pass from the civil GAWsuit, (and got nothing out of him) --  no real legal immunity, lulz....

If / when they find any of his hidden wealth, he will FRY.

Woh..
FRY...?! as in like Old_Sparky... yikes!!
well that's a bit extreme,eh what?
Personally, I'll be happy to see him darning bubba's socks
with jeezus sandals and an orange jumpsuit for a few years and maybe
praying to the invisible sky daddy for forgiveness with all his Christian inmate buddies.
(Only (mythical) god fearing Christians in the slammer doncha know...
None of those evil rational thinking atheists that don't believe in grown up fairy tales...go figure....)

We recycle the fry grease into bio-diesel to run the generators supplying power to your Mississippi mining farm.
