Fraser wants to look into plaintiff's lawyer's notes. Seems a bit panicky, doesn't it? Who knows what Homero told the lawyers. Gotta love the schadenfreude. Garza screwing over uncle Stu is probably the best part of this whole scam.

If an order is handed down he will just go bankrupt. That's the American way

I seriously wonder what is taking so long? Usually a reschedule is like a month or so in the future. I wonder what is really going on? Has anyone called or heard what might be the next court date or what is going on?
Let's say you're a judge who loves having your balls cupped. The accused standing before you is a renown ballcupper. How many rescheduled court dates would you reward said accused? judge..."counselor, please approach the bench" (whispers) "I hear your client is a renown ball cupper!" lawyer..."um, well that depends..." judge... "I can delay sentencing ... btw, my balls are in dire need of cupping!"... lawyer... "hmmm.. let me talk to my client...." (10 minutes later) judge..."sentencing date has been rescheduled, court is adjourned!" (bangs gavel) (days later...) ... Thanks, Homero, you ball-cupping betrayer.
that's what the judge said...

Audet et al v. Garza et al
Monday, June 04, 2018
ORDER: The court concludes that the discovery dispute at issue is best decided upon a motion and briefing. If the parties cannot resolve the underlying issues on their own, the defendant may file a motion to compel in compliance with Rule 37 of the Federal and Local Rules of Civil Procedure. Any such motion shall be filed by June 13, 2018. Plaintiffs' opposition shall include an adequately detailed privilege log. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(b)(5) and Local Rule 26(e). Such a log should be accompanied by an evidentiary declaration of an individual with personal knowledge of the facts. See Davis v. City of New York , No. 10 CIV. 699(SAS)(HBP), 2012 WL 612794, at *5 (S.D.N.Y. Feb. 27, 2012) ([T]he parties asserting privilege... have the burden of establishing through [their] privilege log, affidavits, or other evidentiary material that the elements of the privilege exist.") The court reserves decision as to whether, after review of the parties' briefs, it shall conduct an in camera review. Signed by Judge Donna F. Martinez on 6/4/2018.(Constantine, A.)
