 See ya there Homero, can't wait to finally get some closure on this case. Already plead guilty as charged (with some nice little deals thrown in to make it easy for prosecution) and now we know when he'll answer for his crimes. I guess the real question is, what took them so long? Will Homero be able to slither his way out of another sticky situation? Stay tuned.

Judge has discretion. That's why it's important that victims get their statements in. If The Muggles make a strong showing, the Judge will have to increase the sentence. Allen Shinners will fly to Hartford to paint a clear portrait of Garza as a punk and a flake for the judge. Remember that the Defense is trying to mitigate his sentence because of all the "pain and suffering" he endured on the Internet,    (He perfected Internet bullying and censorship first, of course.) There are a couple of things going on: 1) Garza is awaiting sentencing in his criminal case (scheduled for September). 2) Fraser is doing some sleazy-lawyery maneuvering in the civil case - the one that was supposed to be a class action against Garza+Fraser, then Garza flipped, etc. |

Or a dozen less successful ones... Come to think of it, Garza's scheme from hashlets to Paycoin collapse took about 150 days (August 2014 - January 2015) and if he was any smarter he would have wrapped it up on day 85 and walked away a rich criminal. Now he's just a dumb criminal. |
