1) Garza is awaiting sentencing in his criminal case (scheduled for September).
2) Fraser is doing some sleazy-lawyery maneuvering in the civil case - the one that was supposed to be a class action against Garza+Fraser, then Garza flipped, etc.

Yep. You can do a very successful ponzi in 85 days. Or a dozen less successful ones... Come to think of it, Garza's scheme from hashlets to Paycoin collapse took about 150 days (August 2014 - January 2015) and if he was any smarter he would have wrapped it up on day 85 and walked away a rich criminal. Now he's just a dumb criminal.
