Are we about to get our money back?

You may or may not get a favorable verdict, possibly years down the road. Even if that happens - getting actual money is a different story. Don't count on it and treat it as gift if you get it.

Probably wishful thinking, but we may make more money if the lawyers ever get in Uncle Stu's pockets.

My cynical alter ego is whispering to me that Uncle Stu had 4 years to hide his assets since the whole thing blew up. I mean he looks dumb but surely he's got smart people he pays to keep himself out of trouble, plus Cunt-and-Fritz-whatstheirname are probably also trying to avoid being entangled in this scam.
its nice to see u and bitpop still around in cyrpto currency fyi also to those waiting for some payout lol i wouldnt hold my breath like such moon said tbh u guys waiting for payout should have sold at the top when u had the chance lets be real i guess a happy ish ending would be nice tho for some of u

New order on July 5th who is a member of the Class Action:  Plaintiffs’ motion for class certification is GRANTED. The following class is certified:
All persons or entities who, between August 1, 2014 and January 19, 2015, (1) purchased Hashlets, Hashpoints, HashStakers, or Paycoin; or (2) acquired Hashlets, Hashpoints, HashStakers, or Paycoin by converting, upgrading, or exchanging other products sold by the Companies. Excluded from the Class are any defendants, any parent, subsidiary, affiliate, or employee of any defendant, any co-conspirator, and any governmental agency.

Are we about to get our money back?

Ya know I enter these various class action lawsuits just just for shits and giggles and then forget about it.
Most of them you just need to enter name address and no proof of purchase required, then months down the line I get this check in the mail for like $2.89.
The Cryptsy one turned up on this website as I recall.
My best one was for Marlboro Light cigarettes that I entered twice, one for me and one for my wife... (I did actually puff the occasional Marlboro cancer stick way back when, so I was technically a plaintiff)
That netted me a cool $450. (I turned it into bitcoin and tripled my take)
Nowadays I get the occasional $5.87 or $2.89 or whatever for who knows what,  idk... I just scan the check and deposit, lol. I always get a chuckle when one arrives.
That's about what you can expect after the lawyers take their cut and the remainder is divvied up amongst all those that entered.

I bet he smuggled a phone in just so he could check this thread... the only place on the intertubes where people still remember him.

^ Well to be fair, in all likelihood, he probably didn't stretch his ring piece to clandestinely accommodate a forbidden fondle slab.
And tbh, in terms of this thread's recent excitement, he's not missing much....

(his ring piece might be, however, accommodating other things at this juncture in time, idk)

Hey, Muggles:

The best revenge is FREE COINS!

I've earned $80 in free lumens, EOS, BAT & other shitcoins, although I admit some of them are actually very innovative, sophisticated & interesting, but I will probably wait for the next dip and then trade them all for BTC
Maybe I'll stake some EOS since that's fun.
Do this, then you can invite friends to do the same and you double your free tokens and coins.
If anyone wants to log in to the free coin giveaway with my reflink, I'd be grateful.
Just PM me for the link
NEW OR Existing customers can use these links.
Hurry, 2 of 7 coins have been all claimed.
Do a dump en masse at the next big dip and pump up BTC WIN-WIN!

Nope, never.
He doesn't do multi-syllabic words. Doesn't even try.
Can't even spell monosyllabic words.
Spelled "the" right, so he wrote it twice.

I may be years from now if any relief is ever paid out, but just a reminder from this article.  Also of note if you are following other crypto class actions — including ones where people have made money — the Court says the class needn’t exclude people who broke even or profited. “A plaintiff suffers an injury in a securities fraud case when she changes her position — such as by buying or selling — as a result of a material misrepresentation.”

CARLOS WATCH!!!

He goes by TITO now:

https://www.recorder.com/Tito-s-Tacos-gets-building-28117504

I let the Recorder know that there is a MUCH bigger story about "Tito" than TACOS!

I'm shocked he wasn't "too scared and frightened" to have his picture taken.

He has aged.   Grin

Assuming this is the same person - kinda looks different so not sure - this would be a good way to launder muggles' money.

I mean either that or we are all supposed to believe the drunk belly-punching moron somehow managed to start and run and expand a proper business for 4 years.

Wouldn't be surprised if this is the 'conglomerate' the astute naturally gifted businessman Homero started and where 'employees' and the 'community' depend on him from which he intends to pay back his victims...yer honor. Cheesy One fucking taco stain at a time.

Older pic for the main website https://titostaqueria.com/about-feed below looks more like Carlotito

Worth the laugh. Street view from last year of this diarrhea dispensing device. Zoom in top right:

It's him, according to Bob Audette, the guy who covered the Homero saga for the Brattleboro Recorder.

He hates having that scumbag in his town, and wants everyone to know that this "Tito" is really CARLOS GARZA --

-- from the family of a million pseudonyms and scams.
