Just arrived back in to town. Some updated basic info -
It appears Mt. GAW does not have a board of directors nor any formal in-house legal team - at least tied to the Delaware corp or any of the unregistered DBA's operating under its name.
HashTitan was not meeting any major VC or WallStreet type firms (including those discussed here) nor any news outlets this week in NY.
HashTitan is not directly related to anyone important in NY.
HashTitan's wife is not directly related to anyone important in NY.

Almost all Mt. GAW employees are either related to or married within the inner Mt. GAW circle so the loyalty runs tight for that reason.

The $8M dollar man Eric @ Zenminer, Amber's husband, doesn't appear to see the need to quit his day job as a Project Manager @ a government contractor in Texas. One can only conclude the benefits must be better there than those offered by Mt. GAW, if any.

Mr. Elon Musk, the President and Founder of Tesla Motors, has confirmed via his press contact, that he has never met nor heard of Mr. Garza although the HashTitan has claimed he knows Mr. Musk "well". If subpoenaed, this information will be further reinforced.

Of course, if anyone, including Mr. HashTitan, would like to clarify anything stated here or prove otherwise, he or she is free to do so. I will be the first one to apologize if anything here is found to be in error.

Scott-

PS: Seriously, "PayCoin"?? That has already been used and is technically somewhat of a pseudo oxymoron. It does make one ponder, however... Did the coin come before the pay or did the pay come before the coin? Considering who is promoting it, I would equate it to the cart leading the horse so take it for what it is - backward with no functional utility.

What everybody really needs to do is get the SEC to investigate GAW on the grounds of them selling unregistered securities...because that's exactly what their doing by definition with the Zens.
It's already in the works, but they are welcoming additional complaints, which can be filed directly for via the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Likewise, the FCC is looking in to potential interstate wire fraud (running a scheme of monetary value across state lines). Last but not least, all this activity has made FinCEN aware of the players, but I cannot speak to how involved they are or will become yet.

Hi,
I'm from hashtalk and I only learned about this forum.
I was brainwashed to think that everyone loved gaw and his hashlets, I didn't know hashtalk was so censored.

This is funny and true, nice job. His profile here with his pic

I thought you guys might enjoy these pictures. We have a pretty large farm, and we were adding more miners yesterday. As you guys know, the name of the game is speed. So as the miners came in, we had the whole family helping prepare them for being racked. My wife and even my 6 year old son joined in the fun. Enjoy!

He does not like when people ask these questions he is asking? LOL

You guys should be asking some really important questions......

For example. The name and location of his data center. Some pictures of the data center, or if its even a real data center.

What long-haul providers is he using? A Comcast connection? Or a fiber drop with redundancy and an 5 9 SLA.

Is his data center insured and bonded? Whats happens to your gear if the building burns down? Or the sprinkler comes on?

These are super important questions.

LMFAO

You make a valid point and I like your posts, but please leave the kids out of this one. If HashTitan wishes to exploit them, that is his choice, but the kids are innocent and not involved as far as I am concerned.

Not related but important about HASHIE .

BEWARE . price is chip but when you want to sell back miners hashie take 9% (no ! it's not a typo) of the price . Plus a static fee of 1.10 $

Hi,

Our fees are lower than GAW if you sell more than $110 worth of miners.

-Sahra

Am I the only one that finds that statement totally absurd?    It sounds like something my teenager would say.

Are you his got to ..

Got to? If asking why I did remove the link its because KC6TTR is right and I respect his knowledge about BTC, laws, the information he has posted on the old and new hashtalk (I was a member of old forum,  a founding member) +++ he is a ham radio operator (lots of knowledge there with frequencies, weather, electricity etc etc etc) Members like KC have helped Gaw with many ideas. DarkKnight also had to school Eric on how to program some things. There are so many other members I will not mention.

Do you guys think Josh knows the Portugal. The Man dude?

No idea, but maybe GAW pays his power bill.  Now I know why our fees are $.08 / MH.

KC, usually your on spot with links and sources. Where did you obtain this info?

If True it's furtherr proof that he's been lying about things all along.

One picture better than hundred words (payouts for 1Gh/s, fees deducted):

As you can see, we could compare 3 "real" mining compagny with Gaw... Tell me why they dont follow everyone else curves ? Because they are not mining, they are speculating on "other thing" related to mining.

Side note, as you can see, Gaw is not the most profitable.

Have fun.

For info I just wanted to state a fact which does not appear to be obvious (mistake or marketing reasons ?? ) when you connect to hashie .

I responded to hashie's statement.   Not sure who you are responding too.   I'm not connected to hashie other than I have some GH there.

You guys should really leave his family out of this unless it relates to them being employees of GAW. This is getting way too personal and creepy. It's like a troll to use their broken analogy... just don't do business there.

Well I just became one of the fools that accidentally sells a large block of MH on Zenportal for $10. I was selling some Zens at $10.24 ($10.75 after GAW adds its 5% to sale price and $9.73 to me after it takes its 5% cut from the seller) the miners move every time one is renamed or sold and it seems that they moved as I clicked and I didn't notice so I sold a batch of Hashlets I paid over $1500 for at a total price of $9.73.
The hashlets were literally gone before my finger came up from the click which makes me wonder if the suggestions on hashtalk (long since deleted) that GAW automatically buys all these mistake sales are true.

That sucks. I do believe they auto buy at a certain price threshold as well.

I admire this guy. Such an upstanding businessman.

Look, this is the bottom line. In business you should never change a deal you already made. Period.

I have run many companies (50m plus), and I have made many deals I did not like. But I always homered a deal once I made it.

I am thoroughly convinced that GAW buys hashlets when they are listed under market value.  I put 80 MH/s up at $13 per mh/s when they were selling for $14 and before the webpage had gone back to my miner page after clicking the last accept button they were already gone so in less than maybe two seconds. Which means someone opened the market page, clicked pay, and clicked the last accept button in 2 seconds is just not possible.
