Favelle is much dumber than we thought aka a blind shill. He can't even find the current price without paybase fake widget working.
This website contains information regarding a proposed class action settlement that has been preliminarily approved by the Court in Dana Bostick, et al. v. Herbalife International of America, Inc., et al., United States District Court for the Central District of California, Case No. 2:13-cv-02488-BRO-RZ. NATURE OF THE SETTLEMENT
A Settlement has been reached with Herbalife International of America, Inc.; Herbalife International, Inc.; and Herbalife Ltd. (collectively, "Herbalife") regarding its business practices. The lawsuit claims that Herbalife operated a pyramid scheme contrary to California state law. The lawsuit also claims that Herbalife's promotional materials made misleading claims regarding certain business opportunities. Herbalife denies that it did anything wrong and vigorously defended the litigation. Those included in the Settlement may be eligible to receive a payment. Herbalife has also agreed to change or preserve recent changes to its business practices.

If the "basement" is $11.74, then what is the ceiling?
Fair Point, the basement will be much lower in time.... You see, we do agree on many things. Investors should take their profits now while they can because even if Paybase opens today they are unlikely to be able to withdraw or spend anytime soon according to josh himself.(KYC and unfinished paybase API) Yup, the squeamish SHOULD get out now. But I will ask you this....XPY was $9 a day and a half ago. Now its closing in on $12. If ANY other coin had that kind of traction or gains during THIS kind of poor PR, what would you say then? How can we explain you guys yelling "capitulation" from the top of your lung when the coin drops a dollar, yet when it manages to rise in spite of itself, we hear nary a peep? Odd. And telling.

What the hell? What happened to the 100 million dollar investment fund to support the floor? Now the recent sale of cashtakers is what will be used to support the floor? Is gaw actually living day to day or what? This guy is a big investor/insider so he should know what's up. https://hashtalk.org/topic/26567/would-you-rather/4

Why odd and telling? We are biased against paycoin2, is that not clear? I partly want it to succeed so the investors won't get hurt and partly want it to die quickly because I don't want more people taken by Josh's marketing scam. I have been fair with my criticism and even said some good things about Paycoin2 a while back , this doesn't mean I am going to waste my time mentioning every small uptick like you want .

I heard paybase launched last night. How is that working out for you favelle? I am playing on exclusively house money right now, so everything is quite fine for me. Of course I'd like to make more...who wouldn't? So I am hanging on to PayBase actually coming out in 2014. But a gambling man would have played the XPY swings the last 24 hours, but I am not a gambling man. At least not when its my $$

Well, what is YOUR prediction then. 8pm eastern tonight...what will the value be?
My prediction is a 75.23% likely hood of launch tonight where users can exchange their XPY tokens for virtual BTC tokens but no spending and no withdrawls at a rate of 1 XPY to ~21USD. Other exchanges I expect to rise slightly based upon market psychology but not much and will likely stay below 16usd per XPY but with possible brief(few trades) spikes above that.

First of all stating "capitulation" isn't to the same degree as suggesting the apocalypse. Secondly, your statement is false as the market has not recovered from yesterdays average. Its is still (-8.40 %) off.
