97% of all fiat is digital, most of the infrastructure for fiat requires electricity, so fiat has the same problem....therefore its not really an independent problem for crypto

I think those are well know lite that widely use  right now that i can see in any website or gamlbing sites are dogecoin ethereum litecoin clams.. in crypto games.. but i didnt know the other site that accept altcoin..

Some casinos are accepting altcoins on top of Bitcoin. FortuneJack is accepting: Dash, NMC, CLAM, DOGE, RDD, PPC, NVC and of course Litecoin.
DirectBet - wide known sportsbook is accepting: BTC, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Dash & Ether there are more, but I suspect altcoin are not used that much at all.

I seen a documentary on inflation from the Housing crisis recession..
Greenspan decided to CHANGE how it was calculated by the federal reserve.
He cooked the books hard !
He removed things like Gas or oil or housing costs or food etc etc..
Then went on to point to his pie charts saying there was NO inflation problem.

I can also attest to seeing companies pull that shrinking food weight bullshit.
I noticed Wallmart has seen doing that a LOT for years.. for example.
Cut the size of the product and still charge yet even more money.

We are in fact being raped hard by inflation.
In Canada we are pounded with never ending price increases on anything you can possibly think of.

How this is reflected in Altcoins or even Bitcoin i am not too sure though.
Guessing they are not immune though.

It is on life support being propped up by a mysterious group.. most likely the dev's & friends.
So from a community stand point we have seen the limit.. it's dead as it's going to get.

They are actively programming. The last major hardfork adjusted the posting reward by giving out steem as well as Steem Dollars and steem power for author rewards. The intention was to attempt to get the steem dollar closer to the peg of 1 dollar. Right now on Polo, the steem dollar is going for almost 93 cents, so i guess that is an improvement. However, now that the author rewards include liquid steem, that is probably exacerbating it bearish trend toward worthlessness.

These devs are even more dumb than I expected. They got $1 million while giving away 20% mining rewards in the first 4 years which could easily be worth 60 times that number. A bunch of greedy people talk about “decentralization” and “community” while filling their pockets with “dumb” crypto money.

Well obviously the 10% refers to the coin total, not to the total premine (I think that is the usual way to express a premine, correct me if I am wrong). We are not trying to hide, just express the 10% as it is normally expressed in all ANNs

But you are right, it is the 82% of the mined coins and we own the ones you say. Your math is 100% right.

And really we are not dumping. Although I understand that is only our word, the team has a reputation (check cryptopia trollbox and ask about us).

I know there have been tons of scams, but I ask you to be patient and see... although that is up to you, and your refusal to participate and your doubts are totally understandable.

The phrase "longest chain" is an oversimplification that is often used to explain bitcoin to newbies, but it just leads to the exact misunderstanding that you seem to be having now.

Bitcoin doesn't literally go with the "longest chain" or the "greatest blockheight".  It goes with the highest proof-of-work.  Bitcoin will happily accept a shorter chain with a lower blockheight in place of the current chain if that lower blockheight chain had a different difficulty adjustment and therefore those (fewer) blocks were solved at a high enough difficulty.

Actually the term Longest Chain is Accurate , the reason being is this,
The Clients will not compare Chain Difficulty until the Block #s are the same #,
Meaning if your Fake chain is on Block 5000 and it has a higher difficulty and the True Chain is on Block 5001 with a lower difficulty , until your fake chain hits block 5001,
my Client will not compare Blockchains, so yours can not take over. 

Plus what I am saying is not Theory , but what happened with the Miners did decide to rewrite some of the Chain in March 2013.

The 0.7 chain quickly caught up to being only 10 blocks behind, then 8 blocks, and at 06:19 both chains converged to the same length at block 225454, leading to nearly all remaining miners abandoning the other.

Article did state that the Miners that overwrote the blockchain controlled 70% of the HashRate.

 

FYI:
On a side node since the Chinese Mining Pools have shown over 70% hashrate in the past year,
it basically means they could easily rewrite the last ~10 hours or so of BTC Transactions whenever they feel like it.
