POS sprouts forked?

It's gone from 300-500 satoshi to 6 satoshi. At this point, I'm pretty much going to forget about this coin for the foreseeable future and let it just stake away into oblivion.

If you guys want to turn around this coin, I suggest that you find a dev who is willing to step up and support the wallet and get at least 2 more exchanges to pick this coin up. You maybe have a month before this coin is absolutely smashed to dust and is basically untradeable.  I have my hands full right now with Casinocoin since we have news coming out about the scratch cards and I was up about $350k USD just last night.  So, I don't think I can take on this coin right now. Besides, at this point, I'm not sure it's even worth it anymore.

I can see how this could be worthwhile!  Some of these coins have some pretty big block chains and it takes a lot of time and storage to sync up a chain and build a wallet. (Especially if the wallet doesn't build because you have qt5 on your system and it builds only with qt4)   Plus there is always the chance of getting a bad build from someone if you don't build the wallet yourself and wind up with some Trojan on your system.  Additionally some coins take a long time to build coin weight and are difficult to manage - a nicely maintained wallet will tend to mint more. 

Here's an idea to think about for the exchange of coins:  Most wallets have a stake for charity feature or something like it and if not, the code is available and could be added.  If you wallet has 10,000 coins and you send 10% to somebody else at a new address – this is like running stake on 1000 coins.  You just agree on a time period, percent and swap addresses to send stake to.  The address you send coins to could be on an exchange so the other person would not need to build a wallet and maintain a block chain.  If your wallet only has one address in it this could be easily verifiable on a block chain explorer and done with manual payments too.   If the coins were actually exchanged at the start that could reset the clock for 8 to 30 days depending on the coin (the value is partly in the well maintained and aged staking wallet and the current difficulty that coin is running at).

The options in POS are just beginning to be explored.

I want to invest in 50-100 POS projects, but there is no way to manage that many wallets.
In time there will be technical solutions to help manage p2p contracting.

Right now I am looking to just start a very simple p2p web of trust, all is exchanged is words of agreement, simple stuff.

Will build that up to more formal records, perhaps some sophisticate escrow solutions sprinkle in smart contract technology, and add a dash of rep ranking, but in the meantime a handshake will do.
