It is $17 or 0.06 BTC for the card with standard delivery.
There is also a more expensive option with express delivery, recommended for remote areas or places where local post is unreliable and tends to lose packages

All you had to do is to call UK phone number to get you pin (you can use Skype or viber), your pin is private information and we don't have access to it, hence necessity of phone call
