Hey,

I'm testing out this pools with cgminer via mining proxy and I'm seeing an unusually large number of rejected shares:
total:281,    accepted:254, rejected: 9.61%

is this a typical thing for ltcmine.ru ?

You don't need the proxy for cgminer (so don't use it). The systems I have cgminer running on are all less than 1 percent.

my reject rate is 1.41%

... OK

can you describe how you're running your miners ? Thanks

Well, to help others in case they see the same high rejected percentage.
If I use a standalone proxy I usually run on linux, or the one from ltcmine.ru
I get high reject %. If I just connect to the stratum directly, I get very low
reject %,- less than 1%

No idea why, but it's worth noting

First off I'd like to point out that so far your pool has been somewhat superior by far to my taste. The web design on the layout alone would deserve some sort of prize. I seriously love it. The site has everything you need, simply where you need it and that's how i think information should be presented on the internet. And the emphasis and precautions on security, gotta love it. Many other pools didn't even know what had happened when ltcmine was already long on the case!

I really hope it does not come to the point of having a google account mandatory.. on your pool.. or in life in general. Sad
I already gave up on my youtube-rights to avoid getting one. And I know I'm not the only one.
But whatever happens I still would like to thank for the quality ride, even if i'd have to get off on the next stop.

I agree with everything you say here! (except I don't read Russian so not sure what you said on the last line, LOL.)  I love this pool too.  It's great!

I'll enable payouts now. Compromised accounts will stay locked until their owners not contacted with administration.

Bathlazar,

I am getting stratum connection to pool interrupted messages along with a lot of stratum detected new block.  On other PPS, I do not receive these messages. Is your pool having connectivity issues?
Our pool sends new work notification periodically, to make sure that miners included the latest transaction set into current work. It's neccessary because we handle our own transactions first.

It seems that there are some issues with connection. But I don't see issues with pool connectivity...

I have had to switch to a different pool because of this connectivity issue.  I am assuming your server is in russia and have you thought of getting one in EU or USA?

Latency affects only the steps of the connection and disconnection. Server location shouldn't matter when you are using stratum based pool, because it's a protocol, which based on persistent connections.
But if you are using json-rpc based pool, it would affect you very much.

I was using stratum+tcp in my miner settings and was receiving a lot of disconnected from stratum pool messages.  I tried 3 other pools and did not have this issue.

It's planned for the next week. But it will be available only for google authentication sessions.

Users will be able to generate codes and use it with mobile application or desktop client like this:
