It happend becouse of mistake or not people like you who runs the pool. It was made by someone who think that his bills has higher value than yours. And it's happened because of my mistake, but it wasn't me. The full refund is almost impossible within reasonable times, I've said this many pages ago. MAybe this 68 people was your people and all this "incident" was one big set up. Thats what i think. "Maybe", "I think"... Are you seriously? I've already paid more than 640000 LTC and 41000 BTC. Compare it with 500 LTC and try to "use your head" before publishing such ridiculous theories. I'm sorry but your logic is really strange.

You should simply pay something like 0.5-1 LTC out per day / balance. Offer people who want a quicker withdraw a percentage of their total amount at a lower rate. Very simply solution that makes it easy for everyone. You can pretty much automate it with a HOT WALLET as well so all you have to do is add funds to the wallet when it runs out. That way you can manage the withdraws.

Thats what im calling "use yopur head" Very good idea. Its strange to me that owner of two big pools did't figured out something like this.

You are right, and it's obvious.
But it seems that some guys couldn't understand this and prefer conspiracy theories or threatening.

If this is so ovious for you, so why you don't want to use this solution or other honest solution? I trusted this pool, but now i'm dissapointed of incompetition of yours. This mistake was clearly made by you, the owners, who run the pool. So make something to resolve this problem, your the owner and it is your work, not ours. And by resolving a problem i think of making full refund to all innocent miners. Its not matter when we ve got the frozen money. But our work, energy and time should be rewarded. And its not fair to pay 1/3, because this amout not even cover energy lossess and pay our bills for it.

Again, try to read the topic before posting. You haven't read our discussion. I understand your position, but this messages was written not because we want so. There are a lot of information, but you missed it and posted the conspiracy messages. I don't think that it's a right way.

Ok. I think you should start the pool on special conditions. All people know what happend and i think everyone can pay a part of his reward to cover losses. I'm just curios how much more coins do we need to pay out in full. It is better to run the pool , and slowly recover all lost money with miners help. Im sure that everyone could help. In tems special conditions i think of automaticaly set up 2 percent of rewards in everyone miner to recover funds. If someone wants to set up more percent its ok. And this conditions can be made until all lost funds are recover.

@Balthazar: Are you making sure that those miners who have withdrawn too much (and stole the LTCs from the pool) that day, are not being paid here? I'd asked you this before, but I could not find your answer yet. The above list includes some of the 68 users who withdrew too much; so is it possible that you double check please? Thank you.

If you consider closing the pool, so why you dont want to consider reopening it and you see if miners start mining on this new conditions (2 percent of rewards for losses). The pool is actually dead, so give us a chance to help eachother and recover money and keep good opinion about the pool. This is good way of resolving problems, not your way. It seams to me like it is better for you to close ltcmine and open new completaly new pool and still make enormous amout of money (3 percent fee) and have all miners in your ass. Oviously you care only about your money, not good reputation and not about users. In this way you can easly lose people trust and this is not good for making business.

I seen your message, and thought about some time. It has a sense, but the refusing of payments for this accounts would be ineffective measure. Just because this guys able to mine using another accounts. The most of this users has dynamic IPs or sitting under NAT, so we couldn't use IP addresses to identify them.

The truth is, that you make 3 percent of everyone revards and this is your money.
The truth is that you are totally wrong, because you don't understand how the PPS system works. PPS fee is not a profit as is. Operator doesn't have anything from rewards directly, simply because he paying this rewards from the own pocket. Unlike PPLNS or Prop you can't say that some pool makes a profit from fee. Just because PPS fee is required to neutralize the variance. Even zero-profit pool on the free hardware with free DDoS protection will require 1.5-2% fee to function in PPS mode. https://bitcoil.co.il/pool_analysis.pdfSee the "Appendix C Safety nets for PPS pools" And now you dont want to help.
Where did I said that? Show me the link. Like i said before its better to start the pool on ne conditions until we recover all lost funds. If you consider closing the pool, so why you dont want to consider reopening it and you see if miners start mining on this new conditions (2 percent of rewards for losses). The pool is actually dead, so give us a chance to help eachother and recover money and keep good opinion about the pool.
If you read the topic, you would understand that it was decided to do exactly what you said. Except for pool closing. The pool is actually dead
It's hashing at 300-360 mh/s currently, too much for dead. And we will continue operation under new conditions.
The good way is to read the conversation before participating in it. I can understand your emotional condition, I also have some funds (2000 LTC) lost here. But it's still better to read conversation before blaming someone for anything. Because otherwise it will be ridiculous. No other comments, just let me say that your telepathy attempt isn't going smoothly. %)

Balthazar, Keep up the good work. Keep ltc mine going. It was the best pool out there. If you happen to get a spare moment would you update the list of the "68" with the names of the people who did return the LTC please

I have frozen 44.x LTC's in my balance for period 15 june - 30 june. Electricity cost to mine them is 63.5-65$. So 1/3 of 44's LTC is only ~half of electricity cost. So it's not an option. I've returned exactly after 6 hours from accident and withdraw was blocked. I've decided to powerdown my two farms because didn't know any other good pool and because too high electricity draw for nothing. 14 hours ago i run them again with little hope that you, Balthazar, return this LTC's back in near future. Hope for that. Good luck to all sufferred miners and Balthazar and wish successful solving of this problem.

Dont blame users. It happend becouse of mistake or not people like you who runs the pool.
Your propositions are silly. Better find out how to make full refund, because your the one resposible for pool. You making money from doing this, not miners. So use your head and do something.
Everything is right, I support! "Maybe", "I think"... Are you seriously? I've already paid more than 640000 LTC and 41000 BTC. Compare it with 500 LTC and try to "use your head" before publishing such ridiculous theories. I'm sorry but your logic is really strange.
Haha, you can think of the money you paid out of pocket Balthazar, enough excuses. Not easier to get a Bank loan, to pay the debt? !
