Proving to a specific block is not working. I am on a bad fork again. Is there a block explorer that is in sync and on the right fork?

btw. my last pow blocks would be getblockbynumber 599331 # 000000003e6790dd3ae1447480bb2d0cd31ed241e8604cbca46691522534bb18

but atm, I wouldn't swear on being on the main chain...
Matched what I have. Currently on block 599,346. getblockbynumber 599331 "proofhash" : "000000003e6790dd3ae1447480bb2d0cd31ed241e8604cbca46691522534bb18" getblockbynumber 599334 "proofhash" : "00000000b0209919e78fb2e17299ce6ffe799a231f6a12f9eecf5c1f973904ab" My connection count has dropped down to 16. *EDIT - Now 10. My proofhash for 599334 does not match yours. I forked again for the 5th time in the last 2 days. Are you mining or just staking?

This info was from my Amber wallet. (I'm not sure what you mean mining/staking?)
*EDIT - I could be on the wrong fork. I can only feel confident when AmberCoinDev posts a block with the correct info.
I know i'm on the right fork, because I have only 1 connection (not accepting others) to ambercoin01.mooo.com

I restarted one client with an additional parameter: -irc=true and will do so with another one and check if works... atm, I do not even now if it's still active but I'll have a look into the code. but first need to slightly prepare this machine checkout the code and stuff as I'm not behind the workstation that has a proper toolchain etc.

I've had 3 POS rewards with confirmations in as many minutes. Now downloading last blockchain Dev provided, and will use "AmberCoin-Qt.exe -connect=ambercoin01.mooo.com" AmberCoin-qt.exe -server -connect=ambercoin01.mooo.com that's my shortcut to ambercoin.

I match up until 599378, however no connects with the mooo.com node...

Is there a way to restrict the windows wallet to only listen to ambercoin01.mooo.com?
I did the "AmberCoin-Qt.exe -server -connect=ambercoin01.mooo.com", but I'm getting additional connections appearing and disappearing. Currently have 4.
you will, unless you set a firewall rule to not accept connections on the port, except ambercoin

I've tried that multiple times but I can never get a connection. My wallet never syncs. I have to add in other nodes to get any connections and obviously one or more of them are on the wrong fork or are connected to nodes that are on the wrong fork. Eventually I go off on the fork too.

Trying to sync again.
I don't understand firewalls very well, but I tried putting in a restriction. Not sure if it's right or not...
For my four AmberCoin-QT inbound rules, I have restricted the remote address to 108.61.173.201 (ambercoin01.mooo.com).
Resyncing now...
that should work

delete everything in the ambercoin folder (if you are on windows appdata\roaming\ambercoin) EXCEPT wallet.dat, download the database that dev provided a few pages back and start the wallet with the command AmberCoin-Qt.exe -connect=ambercoin01.mooo.com
