@ambercoindev, to help with the promo I suggest putting up a couple different sized banners on page one of this thread for members to use to help advertise on their individual sites and/or signatures? a nice looking 468X60 banner would be easy to make, and would help direct more traffic to the main website. so for example, some members might have their own exchange or other crypto related site, and could offer some free ad space, or run banner campaigns across multiple websites. the efficacy of this promo relies on news regarding dividends, of course, though previous round sales seem to belie this point.

Yeah, dividends for 3rd quarter. I read that they haven't paid yet and it's almost end of the year.

I see the ambercoin dev replying more often since a few weeks. Why isn't he informing his shareholders why the dividens aren't paid yet?

Yeah, the latest dividends are delayed Latest deadline was "2015Q3 will be payed before 2015Q4 dividends", it means before 25-th of January 2016, which is dividend payment time for 2015Q4.
If there is profit/expenses involved (fiscal/financial year, bookkeeping things), it may be profitable to Company pay 2015Q3 dividends in 2016 January. Or for same reasons for 2015 (everything depending on business, bookkeeping regulations, law etc), 2015 last days for example. I hope soon through Dev we hear what is the Company decision about 2015Q3 dividends.

Dev has already informed (several times) why dividends are not paid yet. He haven't informed, when it happen - he said, he didn't know yet - thats why he ignores further questions about the payment time.

I think most are "whining"  because their investment is not working as meant to be.

I don´t need that ~ 0.5k$  urgently to buy something.

Everyone has a plan when investing money, my plan is/was to get my inital investment back through dividend payments.


After i have my inital investment back i can sell all the coins plus my stakes = PROFIT

AMBER is interesting because link real economy with cripto and because they pay dividends but if they fail to pay dividends probably it means the bussines is not going so good, amber is probably suffering  less demand because the crisis and the low prices

I am just eager to buy more Ambercoin for Christmas and become a shareholder, but the delay of dividends makes me think twice before doing such action. I am just eager to buy more Ambercoin for Christmas and become a shareholder, but the delay of dividends makes me think twice before doing such action. Why if they pay you out enough dividends to cover your initial investment, would you sell all?

If they pay out enough to cover initial investment, wouldn't that = TRUST not profit.

Meaning they will obviously pay more in dividends alone in the long run than if you just sell all. 

If you do wish to sell let me know I'll buy them at .03cents per coin all day.  I'm not selling, either this is going to the moon or nothing. I'm holding out to see.  I'm definitely leaning towards the moon camp myself.

Especially since the release of the declaration of trust. 

There's been a lot of negativity here with the delayed payments.  I just wanted to say I'm intevested for the long run.  This is a long term investment for me.  I'm invested in amber coin the company, the commodity, possibly the currency some day, I'm interested in the people in Ukraine in the mines.  I know about the revolution the fought to win in 2014 and I'm honored to be able to help those amazing people better there lives. 
I'm still a believer and I can't wait for the future please don't give up hope we will get paid!

2) Q3 dividends for shareholders that have Ambercoin is over 70k $, but the company's profit is over 900k $ - so company should pay not only 70k but all 900k (mostly for traitional shareholders  - not having Ambercoin) - thats why company decuded not to pay us dividends - all shareholders are equal. Company needed that 900k for investments.
3) Hope we will receive dividends soon...
