1. Dividends will be paid.

2. Dividends are just a part of profit shareholders can receive.
Nobody sees other advantages. Shares value growth on mid-term will beat profits from dividends several times.
All who wait for a quick bucks probably should turn around and find some ponzi projects that meet their expectations.
Amber Trade doesn't need short expensive funds in any way.

3. Shareholders who keeps their shares will have a good return with a time.

4.Offline market at the moment demonstrates better results than internet community does. And company makes an efforts to join these two markets together and add a liquidity to both.

P.S. Company has big plans on 2016.
And I am sure most of them will be implemented

I'm sure you understand, that most of shareholders (that have Ambercoins) had bad experience in other crypto curriences. In crypto world everything is happening very swift. If there was declaration something will happen (dividends payment) and it wouldn't, people are suspicious and nervous.. they just afraid they lose their money.
In crypto (not only there) reliability is vital, and you can't build it by not keeping your word. Here you, not management is the face of the project.

If you think this is a scam, sell now while you can still get more than 1 satoshi for your coins.

I don't understand the need to continue to post fud if you're so sure it's dead and drive the price into ground by convincing others to dump.

I've invested in coins that I later didn't believe in.  When I reached that point, I unsubscribed from the coin's forum and focused on selling.

To waste your time doing anything more shows that you probably broke the cardinal rule.  You invested more than you can afford to lose, and you're upset because of it.

Its called venting.  Nothing I do in alt-coins amounts to a pittance compared to my actual stock holdings so its like money I would take to Vegas for a weekend of gambling - except gambling isn't fixed.

I think the time I wasted is what bugs me most.  Money can always be replaced.  Time is lost forever.

Then again I think almost every one of us still has just a little hope that we are wrong and this coin will be legit.

The truth is, even if you invested in the very first round you lost 50%

That´s a fact and i can´t call this a success.
