The price is slowly falling... i would have said it's a good info, because I can can get dividends at lower cost. But there is still no info about a time perspective to get it...
And it looks like all questions about the dividends are being ignored by dev. The header of the Topic is misleading in any way... It should change from 'Buy, Hold & Get Dividends' to just 'Buy and Shut up'. |

I do not agree, I think that DEV doesn't know when the dividends will be paid, so he doesn't want to write unconfirmed info. I would be glad to see also unsure plans... |

No, DEV only said Q3 dividends will be paid before Q4 dividends, separately, not together. Thats not the same. |

These are the lastnews from company none of them happened.
I close my wallet im waiting. Even i dont want to open my wallet for staking.
I think company should do something or this coin will die at 2016

valid concerns. the wallet issues shouldn't effect or delay the dividend payments, so i suspect there is still no money for said dividends. they sold more than half of/up to round 10, though, so one would think Q3 could be paid. but that is ponzi logic. if this is a real mining company dabbling in crypto, id like to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait a bit longer. the company buying coins back from the market reminds me of the paycoin fiasco, to me it seems pointless to have amber on any exchanges if they are going to just do that. why not just have their own dedicated exchange, would save on fees? buying them back from crypsty at low prices and selling them for round 10 price would look really bad, especially without q3 dividends, just my .02 cents |

Amber-Trade operates in USD, dividend management/payment happens in USD (dividend-USD converted by Amber-Trade before payment to BTC and by shareholder after receiving payment back to USD) - no difference what the BTC/USD is.

Encountered 2 things with latest AMBER Windows wallet v3.0.0.3: 1. AmberCoin-qt.exe Product Version and File Version show 3.0.0.2 instead of 3.0.0.3 - debugging/log reading may be confusing 2. AmberCoin-qt.exe doesn't start if client connected through MS-RDP (Terminal Services) and connection properties Color Depth is set to 15 or 16 bit instead of 32 bit. Problem was with Xen virtual Win7-64 - changed RDP-Client color depth and Amber wallet just silently quiting after run, not showing even first Amber coin logo. After setting 32-bit color back everything works as before. From Windows Application log: Faulting application name: AmberCoin-qt.exe, version: 3.0.0.2, time stamp: 0x7a246174 Faulting module name: unknown, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x00000000 Exception code: 0xc0000005 ...continues, nothing human readable/understandable followed. 1. is as is, 2. I can test this behaviour if it helps with different virtuals and non-virtuals. |
