Valerian archaeologists have searched the lands far and wide in the hopes of discovering new things. After years of exploration and research they have finally discovered something!

It turns out that Valeria has underground cave systems with deadly monsters. These monsters seem to have made a life out of stealing gold from players that sleep in them.

When the archaeologists killed one they realized that they received twice the normal amount of experience and gold. Their true treasure appeared once they found their way out.

You can find these new cave systems randomly while exploring. The deeper into Valeria you go the stronger the monsters become and the higher the rewards.

when i choose the difficutly it's stop showing me anything and i have to redo the whole thing again and again.

Just signed up with the name "buwaytress" as in here. I generally like these kind of turn based games - for a quicker experience, can we also have a text-only version? Either way, takes a second too long for loading each new explore for my liking, but still a good speed overall.

DKV has been around since early 2014 and is still able to pay players. The possibility of the game shutting down for financial reasons in the foreseeable future is pretty slim.

Note that you can view other players' profiles and switch to the tab showing the payouts they've received to see people really do withdraw funds from the game just fine. (Check the players in the Top 25 listing, for example). The fellow who withdrew $1500, if I'm guessing right example, had a sizable number of shares in the game (which earn dividends as players spend money into the game) and sold them off to other players to buy an engagement ring. :-)

I've been working on redesigning things and the page load speeds quite a bit lately so you should start to see improvements in it as time passes.

On the top menu there is a key icon where you can disable certain things in game to speed up the page loading time as well such as disabling the left menu, removing parts of the top menu, and turning off chat.

A lightweight version could be possible in the future but it wouldn't be high on the list as I would have to rewrite the game again and I just got done doing that. Took me months and its only me lol.

Tried out your suggestions and it has improved load times - thanks for that! I have noticed though every fight or 10-min interval there is a slight lag persisting but overall the speed is acceptable. I still take about an hour to complete all turns though so it can get tedious if just monster grinding.

There are a few crons that run on a schedule such as the chat bot giving rewards every 10 mins and the turn bot giving out turns at the same time. It should only last for a second or two.

For the fights, there might be a tad delay at the start as it has to select a monster for you to fight and then send you to the fight page.

I'll see if I can't work on an alternative explore option that doesn't display the mini map. Without that on the page it should load twice as fast.

It's just a giveaway I (a regular player) am sponsoring. I've placed a village at a particular location in the game; whomever first finds the village and messages me the coordinates wins the prize. Every day I give another clue to help narrow down where to find the village.

Or if I see it in the neighbouring tile? I like the text-only version but don't want to miss out seeing a place to visit because graphics are off.

On a side note, I've been hunting for Jerusalem since I joined, and I figured the 3rd clue out before it was given. Feel quite special uncovering unexplored areas for a newbie... although past -70S I die easily so that's my current border. Hope Jerusalem is as easy to find for a newbie as it is for the experienced!

Glad to see it is making a difference. The stuff you are inquiring about was the reason normal explore takes 2-3 seconds to load so it was removed. Adding it back would make it the same as before.

The new explore option would be best used for grinding or doing quests.
