I guess that leaves about 50-70 BTC unaccounted for. Perhaps small depositors who are too embarrassed to admit their idiocy. Leroy claimed to have ~180 customers at one point, so that's about $100 each on average considering that BTC value was quite low in 2015.

But I wouldn't exclude the possibility of this being at least partially a fake. It's not like Leroy has anything better to occupy his days with, other than trolling Gleb with sockpuppets.
