A brief translation is as below: 1. Franchising: Only board members are allowed to become franchised partners. Their AM stocks are sent to FC as collateral in exchange for the ASIC devices. The devices are deployed by partners and 80% of the revenue generated by those devices is owned by FC. 2. FC has access to lower electricity cost which would be a big advantage compared to competitors outside China. 3. The estimated network hashrate of 1000p in 2014 is from a pessimistic point of view. Although it may not reach that level of hashrate by the end of 2014, FC would take it as a possible result and get well-prepared for it. 4. The immersion technique FC invented is a break-through compared to traditional one. This new technique would be of great help to the deployment of the new Gen chips. 5. FC didn't sell his AM stocks at the peak of its price. When asked in the interview why he didn't cash out, he responded that if he sold out the shares, people who bought them would make him work for them. He would like to only work for himself. |

Sorry if some misunderstanding is caused. The interviewer just confirmed that the 1000P estimation is by the end of 2014, instead of in Feb 2014. Also this estimation is kind of pessimistic, as actual hashrate may be lower than it then.

Wouldn't only a portion of this become part of the farm.. the rest will be sold as hardware  |

Self-retained (not sold) Hashrate distribution: Air cooling datacenter - 47TH/s Under franchising - 19TH/s Immersion cooling - 5TH/s with 3-5TH/s per day towards 60TH/s in total. |

The interviewer paid her own expense of traveling, including the flight tickets and hotel. What FC told her was not any secret, but something to be released soon.
So I guess if you flied to Shenzhen China to visit FC, he would also tell you the same thing.
