At this point I'm baffled that share price is even at this measly 0.4BTC price point.

Well, the mining wallet has already 278.67567769 BTC.

For the last dividend 329.70382331 BTC were transfered from the mining wallet.

I was wondering the same thing.

I woke up and smiled when I saw how much was in the wallet.

Now I need to pickup more shares on havelock

I'm baffled why the share price is so tied to the companies performance in a single week. Bizarro.

If AM produced 0 dividends one week would the price drop to 0?  Grin

Update

PR & Communications
We understand that transparency and communication to shareholders and the public needs improvement. We are in the process of identifying a dedicated employee for this. We will issue bi-weekly reports for shareholders and improve response time for questions.

Next Gen Chips
The projected time of taping out of Gen3 is January 20. Power consumption target estimation is <0.2W per G on low power mode and <0.2$ per G on wafer cost. Please notice that the timeline is of course subject to change/adjust, and the estimation on power and cost is also based on software tool/simulation results.

Current Hardware Sales
The number of cubes left for sale/deployment is 9000. About 1/3 are ordered already. All older devices (USBs/new blades) are sold out.

G.ASICMINER
If nothing unexpected happens, Ukyo will provide a shareholder list to Friedcat on Dec 1, for direct shares.

what's the size of the first Gen 3 deployment?  will you be mining with it or selling as hardware?  When is the expected date of release of this hardware?

So the hardware arrives probably in February or March.

3000/9000 were sold in a few days/weeks, right? I assume that the remaining 6000 cubes are sold out pretty fast, too. What happens after that?

"<0.2W per G on low power mode and <0.2$ per G on wafer cost. "

Can someone let us know how this fares against the best competition around at the moment? thx

Size, as in TH/s of the deployment, not the size of the chips.

CoinTerra announced their chip is going to hash with a power consumption of less than 0.6 W per GH.

A March batch miner with 2 TH has a retail price of $5999, that's $2.9995 per GH.

Though the price is probably not really comparable.

KNC Jupiter is about 1.2 W/GH (230V), at the wall.

Tapeout of the chip is not the same as release date of the hardware.

Not comparable at all, because AM has an invicible advantage  Grin

Monero's privacy and therefore fungibility are MUCH stronger than Bitcoin's.
This makes Monero a better candidate to deserve the term "digital cash".

Well if AM can launch in Feb or (more likely) March, sounds like a *very* competitive solution.

Its amazed me AM kept making money for so long on Gen1 Hardware. The switch to Gen3 will be so sweet. And I expect the btc price to be way over $1000 by then. Bring it on AM!

BFL vaporware (28nm) also cites 0.6 J/GH.

0.2 J/GH is absolutely stunning. Imagine this, together with liquid cooling. Way to go, FC!

Edit:
Bitfury (55nm) is, I believe 1.25 J/GH.

Hashfast is aiming for 0.65 J/GH.

A good question for Fried Cat is what we plan to do with gen 3 when they roll out? Our own mining farm desperately needs to be upgraded and I think it would put a lot of share holders at ease to take back a large share of the network. Obviously we should try and maximize profit so it might be best to sell the vast majority of the chips but I think stabilizing the variance in dividends would give a lot of us long term share holders peace of mind.
