Does anyone know if the aim of the company is still to maintain 10% of the hashpower of the network? And if it is, is there a plan to get there?

At 10% of the network hashrate, we'd be looking at mining income of 0.0063 btc/share until the reward halves in 2017.

AAaaa! is dividend payment completed?
As I haven't received my dividend, yet.

And I read there are some inconsistencies!

Maybe not, but...

Only 0.9 left in the wallet, which could be more than enough to cover for small share holders, though, I guess.

[OVER] RIDDLES 2nd edition --- this was claimed. Look out for 3rd edition!

Where is friedcat?

I had ASICMINER-PT shares on BTC-TC.  I have withdrawn my remaining coins two weeks ago, and I have told friedcat my email address and Bitcoin address via a personal message, too.  But I have not received a few dividends (Nov 6 and 20 and 27) after then.

Does friedcat have any problem?  I have no reply.

same here - what to do?

At 10% of the network hashrate, we'd be looking at mining income of 0.0063 btc/share until the reward halves in 2017.

I did the same math: 10% hashrate and mining income of 0.0063 btc/share. It is unknown how franchising plays into this (will franchises add to that 10%, or does 10% include the franchisees?), hardware sales are likely to add to this number, at least in the near term, plus there are some other possible business opportunities that might be explored in the future.

The plan to getting to 10% is unchanged. Gen2 was supposed to keep us at 10% between now and Gen3, but Gen2 failed. Now all our hopes rest on Gen3. If it fails, we are looking at a drop to IPO price or worse. If it succeeds, stock price should end up around 1 btc if all we have is mining dividends. Much higher if there are lots of additional revenues. For instance, if franchise revenues = mining revenues plus an equal amount in hardware sales, a share price of around 3 btc might be warranted, assuming share price sticks to the roughly 30% yield on shares.

After BTCT wind down my shares were converted to direct and were working fine. Until today.

My last 2 share purchases or conversion led to separate div payments. I used the same direct share Bitcoin address and receive all divs on this address but in 3 separate transactions now.

Is it temporary and will these 3 txs be consolidated in a single one in the future or should I ask friedcat directly?

Trade BTC for €/$ at bitcoin.de (referral), it's cheaper and faster (acts as escrow and lets the buyers do bank transfers).

Same issue. Since bctc it has been split. As long as the divs show up I suppose its no big deal, but it would be nice to consolidate.

Yes, everything has been working fine for me for the last several months until today. I have never sold any direct shares, so it was very surprising to see that my apparent number of shares went down. Anyway, I am confident that this will be resolved... but it might take a few back and forth e-mails.

I've had the same problem, and I noticed that you also won shares from SebastianJu's auction. I did as well. I've received no dividends at all today, and this is the first this has happened to me... Undecided

My bitfunder cut arrived. It seemed to be having trouble getting accepted though. 1 conf vs original shares' 48 confs.

Looks like there is long propagation.
Better just wait a bit more.

I will wait as well for BF part..

I hoped that shareholders list from BF will be merged by now.

I received 3 different div transactions on the same address. Last 2 ones just 10 minutes ago.

So I can confirm that the shares of Seb's recent auction were transferred, too. At least for me.

I have not received the bitfunder cut though.
