Dividend was paid out just the passthru holders need to wait for them to be paid out if your on havelock just wait on TAT a bit
No, I'm pretty sure that's all direct shares. Works great for weeks. But something wrong on this time. Just mailed FC. Hope they can fix it. same problem here, dividend from 1 direct share from SebastianJu's last auction is missing, could you please inform me PM in case FC updates you? Not yet, I buy 18 direct shares from SebastianJu's auction too. Could you PM me the detail?

Havelock.com is good because: a) you can buy shares when you want, not when auctions are running b) you get the shares immediately, at a fixed price. c) You can buy partial shares, the AM100 version. Direct shares are never sold like that. d) You can convert AM1 shares to direct AM shares any time. e) You know you aren't being scammed, there have been a few "dodgy" share auctions. Was going to list why auctions are good, but I'll leave that to someone that prefers auctions to buying at havelock

Havelock is just dead right now, and price seems to be drifting higher regardless of dividend shrinkage.

Right time of year for hibernation at least.

And there I was thinking share prices were going to drop considerably with the last two dividends but still holding strong I'm not quite sure "strong" is the right word considering we were once at B5.00, but I know what you mean. It could just mean the equilibrium has reached i.e. the one-week brigade has been flushed out, and all we are left with are the "hopeful people", and people that have lost too much already on AM shares to consider selling for such a big loss. Its statis baby

And there I was thinking share prices were going to drop considerably with the last two dividends but still holding strong I think the uptrend surprised a lot of people. That buying pressure shows that a lot of us had the same idea ie: buy it while it's on sale. I expected to see 0.20 before we were through, maybe we still will. I can always use more

I can always use more The uptrend has been for 1 week, and tiny. When direct shares were offered last week at 0.27 nobody took. Let's see what happens if the divs really dive. I can't see how AM can keep anywhere near the current divs for 3 months if they aren't bringing anything new to the table. If divs halve, its got to drive the price down further. If it doesn't, yep I'll agree, the bottom has been reached.

Still, there were some strong buys in the last week or so, many above current auction prices. If that behavior continues, price will continue up. If it falters... Let's wait and see

Any theory for why people are buying above auction prices now? It used to to be other way round.

Positive sentiment around this level for the holidays I guess That or everyone's too busy at this time of year to look for bitcoin bargains/ and are looking for shopping bargains instead

The first thing to mind is that these buyers are unacquainted with the forums, or at least don't ever search for ASICMINER I just can't see buying at that price unless you were a hodler, so they are unlikely for quick flip, which means direct shares shouldn't be an issue. idk. EDIT: I notice the total shares on Havelock is creeping up too. Hmmm.

Hmmm... We really need a list of AM holders which can be checked by ourself. And please hire an assistant director, who we can contact easily, to cover the daily routine of shares.

We really need a list of AM holders which can be checked by ourself I disagree. Some shareholders don't want their holdings publicized / you could just look at where the div payments are going to / see which addresses hold shares - it's all public.

I mean which only record the address and amount. And, it's different from the public info on blockchain. It's the info from AM side, which might be wrong.

The info from the AM side is the list of shareholders. It's not wrong, if you're not in the list that's used to pay dividends then you don't own any shares and no amount of pleading or begging to anyone will change that.

The info from the AM side is the list of shareholders. But it still might be wrong. Please keep in mind that AM is a company managed by HUMAN. Human can make mistake. As far as I know, I'm not the only holder who get involved in such problem last week. So I'm not begging, dude. In my mails & PM to FC, I report it as a bug in current payment process.
