66 % share price drop still stinging, that is what, hundreds of millions? I hope they will be able to compete. They look pretty good on paper but so did everything.

I am more hurting from the whole 95% drop I read this and thought to myself... no way, it is not a 95% drop... Then I did the math, and cried. At least I did sell SOME of my shares to diversify near the top. I remember when I dumped my shares on BTCT to buy direct shares from Jart's auction at ~4.5... That was probably the most BTC I ever held, or ever will hold. Oh hindsight!

Will the share price slowly sink back down to IPO or have we flushed out all the weak hands who want to dump their positions at a loss on the eve of dividends? Opportunity is knocking here.

The eve has been canceled, no divs 4 U. Also: That's not opportunity, that's some creepy d00d knocking. Stranger danger!

Why not just keep pumping the money back into the company and receive yearly dividends every Christmas? I'm all for it keep the funds FC, make it a fatter payout at the end of the year for us lol I actually wouldn't mind this either. I'd like to see FC diversify a bit and start a holdings unit as a second line of business just to give us some wiggle room and stabilize prices. What's your take on that Friedcat Buffett?

They need better customer service. Transfer of shares took 9 days last time, now transferring to havelock, which will take who knows how long. This is why they need the shares to be on havelock or counterparty, or figure out a way to make it easier for investors to trade holdings. And dividends are a must, this is a crypto stock, very high risk. If they can't pay a decent dividend, the price should be much lower than it is even now.

You must be new here As long as they go through eventually, no need to panic. As for divs... We all want them, begging probably won't help although I wish it did.

I propose next round of shareholders questions to be scheduled on 1st of July 2014, and I feel it will be mainly about dividends this time, since we've got answers for almost everything last time. This will also be exactly 1 month since last round of shareholders questions.
meanwhile we can also summarize what changed between then and now, like
- The Open Source Block Erupter Project - announced cooperation with DataTank . . .

+1 I'd also like to know more about the plans for franchising and solomining.

That sounds like a good date to me and Friedcat responds on the second of July so some people can Enjoy the BBQ in Canada since it is a holiday That means it should be time to take more shareholder questions Most of the ones I have are their relationships with other companies than about AM chips atm - Rockxie Miner - Datatank Miner - Bitgarden Miner - Estimated Chips Sold etc.

They need better investor communications - "customer service" would be their relationship management with their large purchasers (Rockminer & Datatank at the moment). If they only have enough resources to manage one of the two, I'd rather it be the actual customers. While answering investor questions might bump the share price up, friedcat's main priority should be to focus on running the core business processes in AM's profit centers - investor relations is a service center at best, if not a downright cost. Granted, I also request that shareholder questions be answered on a monthly basis.

Let's hope they are not accurate in the case of Asicminer shares.

That seems a pretty good indication. On what scale do you find that to be a bad indication?

I am not an EE or fabricator but I could obtain ~6,000 chips for a GB maybe a few more if friedcat is feeling generous about this project. Since, I am not a well known member and have not yet been vetted I would accept escrow for this order and would only place it if there was enough interest.
Edit: current price would be ~$5 per chip
If you believe this, pricing is below $.50 / GH/s at 6000 chips.

I can confirm the pricing at that level..
I recommend anyone who is looking to get a small GB together to assemble a few fabricator quotes first..
The BE200x24 and x32 are 6layer boards.. To get that cost down to reasonable levels and fully populate, 6000 chips should be considered a decent amount..
Anything less, and you will lose economies of scale, and your PCB board costs outweigh any cost savings over retail.. More importantly, nail down your supply of secondary component supplies first... the supply is drying up fast.
