Guys, I understand the financial statement was very bad. But do you think it justifies the current prices? The upcoming numbers are still looking pretty good to me, no?
On the second look, that financial statement is not THAT bad. Reinvesting profits back into the company especially when there is a cheap spare space in fab lab, seems like a good mid-term idea. I suggest to wait for answers from Friedcat. Lot of panic here. So basically price fell 75% overnight because friedcat is not giving the EXISTING money NOW but a little bit LATER because he can use it to MAKE MORE in a SHORT PERIOD. How sure are you that he can make more money in a short period of time?

Just watched someone dump 500+ shares at once. Weak attempt at market manipulation (or bad trading at the least) Who even keeps 500+ shares on havelock?

Nothing has changed since yesterday, nor the day before. All this panic happened just because of a conversation with TAT? Jeez, wait at least until we have official response to the round of questions! ...and now 500 shares dumped? I'm not sure if someone is tryining to manipulate people to buy cheaper, or it was just the worst trading operation ever. Don't forget that when someon sells, is because someone has bought It's true that we all were expecting dividends, but don't you realize that this reinvestment means an increase in stock and a bigger final revenue? I've been here since IPO, and I have more than x20 my initial investment since then due to dividends and shares; FC has my confidence.

I usually don't post in here as this thread has retarted to a noob rollercoaster and troll magnet.

Shareholders questions were submitted to Friedcat. Thank you all for taking the time to participate in this round of shareholders questions. 1) On the Balance Sheet, approximately how many chips does the current Inventory (Products + Materials + Masks) represent?
2) How many months of inventory do you estimate that represents?
3) On the Cash Flow there was significant expenses for gen3 production (~6mil USD). Does that represent the bulk of gen3 expenses, or are the expenses for gen3 going to continue (additional wafer batches ordered, etc.)?
4) When will dividends start, and how frequently will they occur?
5) What is the status of gen 3.1 (shipping to customers, I think?)? How much does it help with energy usage -- do we have final chip performance numbers yet?
6) What is the progress on gen4?
7) What is the status of self mining? What is the rollout schedule for the data centers?
8 ) What is the status of franchising partners? When can we expect to see income from them?
9) Can you please clarify this sentence from 21st April : "The dividend schedule will be aggressive, as AM will not require large sums of retained capital." < is this still actual, or meanwhile something changed?
10) What is the average selling price of AM gen3 chips (price per Gh/s)?
11) What is that ~4M CNY in financial report/expenses at exchange?
12) What is the cash flow ratio between the amount of Chips Fabricated and the percentage of the batch that is dedicated to cost.
13) What is the Break Even Point of this batch of Chips?
14) What is the estimated conversion time from chip sales to dividends?
15) Will the funds from future Gen 3 chips be used to fund Gen 4 chips or distributed as a dividend, and what relative percentage of income will be retained for Gen 4?
16) Previously our Asicminer farm was mining bitcoins and distributing a weekly dividend, will Asicminer update its present hash rate in the mining farms to account for current difficulty changes and to procure a secondary supply of Bitcoins to adapt for rapid changes in Bitcoin prices?
17) What ever happened to the dedicated PR person and should AM make a website for distributors and for Chip inquiries?
18) Can we please get weekly, bi-weekly or monthly updates about progress, plans, sales etc. for preventing FUD in this thread?
19) Can you please communicate more clearly/frequently with shareholders?
20) What are the future plans and visions of Asicminer?

Can't see anything substantive in what TAT said. Doesn't mean he is wrong. Just nothing substantive.
He said there's no reason to believe the owners will care about the shareholders. This is strongly backed by what actually has happened so far. So basically price fell 75% overnight because friedcat is not giving the EXISTING money NOW but a little bit LATER because he can use it to MAKE MORE in a SHORT PERIOD.
No, the price fell because we got yet another lie, and more lies you add up, more the people will stop trusting you. Any clear-minded investor should have sold the moment friedcat stopped posting regular updates: that was the first sign something was changing for the worse.

700 posts in 3 months and every single one consists of nothing more than "this investment is shit". If you think this is a septic tank why do you spend all your time here? Is your life really that boring?

It's likely that part of the selling is happening because of the increase in BTC/USD. It's a bad time to be in cryptostocks, especially Asicminer.

And the lowbrow scams you repeatedly fall for are catnip to the press, making Bitcoin catnip to regulators. I'll keep rubbing your nose in the feces you "invested" in 'til you learn to stop doing it. K?

Nope, the board has exactly 0 say in what the company does. That would equate to all with the exception of TAT having a different point of view and would be just as surprised to see what is suggested is happening within the company with the release of this report.

Don't be absurd. Every scam must have bait. Three-Card Monte games have winners. Lotteries have winners. Without a few winners, the marks dry up. I'm not doubting that you've made 600% profit in divs, but calling that "investing" is absurd, as is expecting to repeat that in your lifetime. But do congratulate yourself that you dove into this septic tank and resurfaced with a pearl in your mouth. And I'm not even suggesting that, at the time you made your 600% profit, ASICMINER was setting out to be a scam. Times were different back then, getting ripped off was still not a certainty and scamming far from a de facto business plan for bitcoin securities. But time means flux, and today it pretty much is.
