sharehodlers

It is the small things that will make me die a happy man. To witness Bitcoin's birth and to be around to see the first post when "hodling" was born.

The latter is my proudest.

Will take me a while to climb up again, But where is a will, there is a way...

Yes, scammer on every corner. I'll remember that one for sure. Granted. Written in stone.

To witness Bitcoin's birth
Yes, scammer on every corner. I'll remember that one for sure. Granted. Written in stone.

Written on a block chain  Smiley.

Don't get me wrong guys I am kinda glad of scammers existing around here. Bitcoin helps the people build their trust on solid basis from the ground up and start to trust one another so they would not trust other monetary systems that betray us on daily basis. Granted some get scammed but then beautiful things emerges like trusting a random chinese guy halfway across the world to make us some magic chip which he did and gained confidence from many by that resulting in a very successful company that the current system to raise funds would have exploited and sucked dry in infancy.

Like me just trading over $10k in less than ten minutes with some guy that I have no idea who is across the world without a self proclaimed trusty service getting a 5% cut, take all of our personal information and gives them to whatever self-proclaimed authorities before doing the transfer in slowpoke pace while some asshole is playing solitaire on midway.

Then ten minutes after I buy several dozens of shares from an asian guy through a dutch escrow guy with pennies cost.

Dunno why is this here..... I just felt nostalgic.... thank you.... Satoshi.....

:')

Will take me a while to climb up again, But where is a will, there is a way...

This wasn't a hypothetical scenario this happened today and pretty much described my daily routines. Don't be so syndical not everyone is a Jon Montrol

Just-Dice is gone.

This might turn out to be good timing if AM starts paying dividends again.  A lot of those JD investors could very well be looking for another way to invest their BTC.

This just-dice is a very good investment only one that had a fairly stable ROI with its 1% house edge
Unless you invested at Nakowas peak then it probably hurt if you divested.
Anyways if AM starts paying div's again they definitely could get some market traction from the 50,000 or so Bitcoin that moved out of there.
Or was it 500,000 forget.

ASICminer has not found a block in the last 2016...

WOW that's about 2 weeks with no luck, (where is all this new Hashrate coming from surly some of those Gen3 ASIC's are mining somewhere)

Jumping back in history, ASICminer went solo when they contributed to BTC Guild's +40% total hashrate, at the time that was an issue.

to whomever communicates with Fried Cat, can we ask why aren't we using the Gen1 ASIC's pool mining with BTC Guild or P2Pool now that the domination issue is irreverent?

Maybe because gen1 hardware isn't profitable to run any more?  More electricity than returns are worth...

Ask yourself if it is profitable to run a USB eruptor? Now scale it up a million times...still not profitable.

This would coincide with Spon's statement and something that I figured was happening. AM isn't just selling chips at cost, but they are selling chips at cost as part of a deal. I guess this is franchising?

@Feifa did they list an amount of PH? You posted a .72PH farm from them already, wondering if this is the extent of the deal. (So from assumptions/rumors going around this website it would seem that AM is making deals with DataTank and HashRatio then. Is this good news or bad?)

Zhaodong doesn't mention the amout of PH.
He is crowdfunding 20Million CNY for building another farm.
