1001  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Most Popular & Trusted Bitcoin Game | Huge Community | Free BTC on: February 02, 2016, 10:53:14 AM
Hello, BitcoinTalk members

I made a deposit for 1.21 BTC and I waited quite a while after 1 confirm I recieved no indication of it in my balance.

Even after 5 confirms I still did not see my bitcoin in my Primedice account.

Although Primedice can claim that my amount is small It could be an exit scam. Perhaps, they considered me as unaware and one to forget about issues that arise such as these. It is very possible some users may be "pickpocketed" silently.

I made several efforts to resolve this issue. Such as asking others in the chat an Moderator user named "UnixPunk" claimed I am someone named Nizam and blantly said in the chat he would not assist me at all also blocking my chat abilities.

I then sent an email to Primedice in regards to this issue.

And this is the reply i got.

This is my depo addy

Proof of my depo addy: https://i.gyazo.com/b3df76e59cc4ff45cc720b2404319974.png

Proof that the depo addy belongs to my account.

Overall I am very disstabified with my experience with the Staff members at Primedice. I request that I recieve significant compenstation as I have lost over 180 BTC due to this website in the past from previous gambling (proof can easily be provided for that.) I consider myself an important user on Primedice and I found the support to be horrid and the moderators comment in the chat of refusing to assist me to be horrible. Overall I do not recommend anyone to use Primedice until I recieve significant compenstation from Primedice.

You sent ticket from Nizam , and you did not even mention turk0jan so there is no way for me to know you are talking about deposit to another account.

You need to tell me to which account issue is related to or send ticket from the account that has the problem.

Tnx.

Hey NLNico

We have small issue with your verifier for Primedice.

When users use some Cyrillic characters in theirs client seed like " г ш ћ ж љ њ ... " and so on. Your versifier uses php default utf-8 encoding.
And we use node binary .

Can you please fix that?

Thank you in advance.

Mladen,
Head of Primedice support.

UK customers are no longer allowed to deposit - You may however withdraw your balance.

Sorry for any inconvenience. More information regarding this decision later.

Why?

As he said, more information regarding why will be posted soon.

I got a Major problem! I just opened an account and got the following deposit address 1L9e6rsChifxhome55fJCwzWRRnuFu3WmR which I sent BTC. I then refreshed the browser and then hit the deposit button and got a different address.

SOMETHING IS WRONG!!!!

How long has it been since you did last deposit?

We changed wallets and all deposit addresses changed for all the users. It might be that you did not click deposit button since then.

I will talk to you on support.

Nothing to worry about you will get it ether way.
But how could they change it without any notice to the users ,I mean this will be affecting not only to him but many other gamblers as well and many of them probably don't even know to post it here.It doesn't makes sense.

If I was the admin for the site, I could tell you. But since I'm just a user I have no clue. This all happened within 30 seconds. First click of the deposit button took about 10 seconds to load. I then copied the deposit address to the bitcoin client. Entered in the amount I sent and clicked send. Then refreshed the browser and the deposit address was different. The address didn't get generated out of thin air. It came from the prodice.com website. If I have to video capturing every time I use primedice I will.
I was not criticizing you but to the the support.I mean there should be some alternative to such situations rather then changing it randomly.I still doubt that you are the only user with this problem. However what is the deal with 'prodice.com' ? it could be a different story if you used that one.

prodice.com was a typo. Still no email reply from support. I have no problem when I lose gambling. I really don't like when I lose coins beyond my control. Hoping the problem gets solved and get some communication from support.

I might have to do exactly what I did before, but this time use OBS to video capture to show the problem if and when it occurs.

That is not possible to happen.

Deposit address can only change when we switch wallets, which we always announce ahead of time and deposit addresses change for all accounts.

I forwarded your issue to dev but as far as i can see 1L9e6rsChifxhome55fJCwzWRRnuFu3WmR  does not belong to Primedice.

The coins have been sent to 2 other addresses https://blockchain.info/tx/43fe151b206f75c5fa041b85daf1a91f1973b03c27c4d0e7f6c55fbef9baf857

So somebody controls the first address. Now I'm watching the 2 new addresses.

And the list grows

now its 4 addresses that have my coins and no reply from primedice support about what has happened. It sure does look like these addresses are new withdraws to primedice gamblers. I have basically no response from from primedice but the standard support reply. I will continue this list on this thread as it grows. if my posts get removed I will repost under a different name. If it was malware, my fault. But google doesn't show any bitcoin/msdownld.tmp relationship. So that can't be the problem?HuhHuhHuhHuh?

Hey,

I am Mladen on support. I told you that i need dev to take a look at it so i don't have anything to tell you right now.

Bitcoind cant just change your address. It would be done for everybody. This never happened before.

Mladen,

No reply yet from support. If this was malware, send me a copy of what it was that inserted a bitcoin address into a https secured page. I will do exactly what I did before and record the problem with OBS to prove it was malware or not. Since I'm a betting man, I would be willing to bet(10BTC) I'm right.

Hey,

There is no way for us to tell what is going on, on client side.
We know 100% that address you sent your bitcoins to is NOT Primedice address.
So if its true that you got shown that address there is still no way that it was on ours side.
Obviously how it would be possible for ours site to show you to deposit to address that does not belong to us.

So i would suggest to rethink whole issue again. We had people in the past who had some address in clipboard or something like that and sent deposit there. Usually it was familiar address to them.

But it can be anything here. One thing is for sure it was not bug on ours side.

Mladen,

I did rethink what happened. If it was a previous address that I sent btc to it would have had previous transactions, which it did not. If it was a address from 1 of my wallets, I would have seen it show up there, which it did not. The fact is that after clicking on the deposit button an address showed up and I deposited to that address. I then refreshed the browser and once again clicked the deposit button and it was a different address. I have scanned my computer for malware and viruses and only the msdownld.tmp was found that got removed by combofix. Like I said before Google shows no correlation to bitcoin. Since I know what I'm saying is the truth, Primedice.com is susceptible to code injection. like I said I was using the chrome browser and I immediately copied the cache and local storage folders for that browser. Maybe after looking inside the files in these folders I can prove what has happened.

3 BTC stolen

Most of the bitcoin related malware cant be detected with any AV. Its very new and very simple to make so its not detected as malware.

Slightly off the subject. I'm here from the rollin.io thread, there seems to be identical issues with most of these sites...rigging. I might have an idea how they are cheating.

Provably fair that we use is impossible to rig without users seeing it when they verify theirs bets.

edit: sorry its very improbable.

Well it seems that multiple users have been experiencing the deposit and withdrawal issues.
Better stop using PD first until they resolve this problems.

Problems are all around bitcoin network. With this new fees and still a lot of tx get medium priority.

But this is not rly a problem. Deposit can take just a few minutes longer. Cashouts to.

Friends who can lend 0.3 btc, I want revenge, because his wife would kill him. Thank you.

So you have lost all your bitcoin? How are you going to pay back the lender if you lose that 0.3 btc? Unless you have some solid collateral, I don't think anyone will lend you any bitcoin to gamble for obvious reason.

Yesterday, I picked up a 0.2 to 4.6 btc. and lost everything. (I think I can do it today. The main stop))

Haha. Yeah ofc you can do it again. You can do it every time.

Btw please don't ask for loans here. There is a section on this forum for loans.

I was using chrome with no browser extensions installed.

Combofix just finished and it deleted c:\windows\msdownld.tmp, had to do a reboot to clean it. is that malware bitcoin related?

Not sure. But i don't that is bitcoin related malware. Could be.

I will let you know when developer checks your account and that address. So we can 100% exclude that it was issue on ours side then you can focus on finding what caused it to happen on your pc.

Now this sounds like the address shown on your account was changed because of some malware. rfisher1968, have you recently downloaded any strange file or clicked any strange link?

If it was malware, then why didn't it just happen again? just deposited to a different account using the same steps and showed in the browser on the primedice website "waiting on 1 confirmation". Now if I do have malware, what should I run to check it? I'm going to run combofix and malwarebytes and record the scan on OBS to prove that is not the case. It sure does seem I'm getting scammed.

It could be browser extension showing bitcoin price. It had malware that changes bitcoin addresses on pages.

Faucet bans happen every 7 days.
We collect data on who claimed a big % over that 7 days and ban like top 10 if they are just claiming faucet without chat activity and so on.

I think we are also doing them a favor actually.

Most of them claim faucet for 30+ % every day of the weak.
If you are spending 30% of your life claiming faucet you need to ask your self in which direction your life is going.

So i think we are doing them a favor they should spend that time doing something more productive or learning something.
