Is it possible for a casino to go bankrupt because a player gets a very big win?
I think maybe that's hard to happen if we look at casinos that are already big and well known. But suppose there is a new casino, and there are some players who are very good at playing, so they can win continuously, can the casino go bankrupt? or do they already have an algorithm or a way so players can't keep winning?
This scenario is very hard to happen and very hard to imagine that it would actually happen, I mean it's not totally impossible in a certain way but given the fact that the casino got a vast amount of money on their stash also mean that it's kind of almost impossible to do because that player/gambler will have to accumulate all the existing and remaining luck in the world in-order to get a very massive win and make a casino file for a bankruptcy. These casino is trying their luck to enter on casino industry using. small bankroll that’s why they are being dominated by whales with greater bankroll to them. I strongly suspect a sinister move here. It is the government subtly trying to take over and be in control of Bitcoin. We are seeing big asset management companies and financial institutions suddenly getting involved with Bitcoin, which is partly the reason why there is a pump in the price of Bitcoin.
Private institution is not owned by the governement and they didn't represent so I don't the point on why will Government will try to control decentralized asset like Bitcoin for their own gain. The best thing they can do is to regulate exchanges to guarantee that they can get profit on it. There's no Sinister move here from the Government but rather from the financial institution that benefiting on the turmoil of Bitcoin to create a move while SEC is busy on their campaign agains Binance. Now SEC will be pressured for the approval since they are preparing for there battle against Binance. This is self explanatory. CZ is the owner of Binance while Binance Nigeria use their brand name impersonating that they are local Binance for Nigeria. Most likely this company is scam a like even they are still not scamming anyone for now because legit business will not use a popular brand name without permission. This is a clear sign of malicious business and using this services is very risky. It’s clear that Binance Nigeria is impersonating and leeching the Binance popularity. if you want to teach or introduce bitcoin to someone, make sure that you tell him more of the risky side and don't just tell him about the benefits,so that it will be the person choice to invest in bitcoin or not. If you only tell the person about the positive side and the person gets excited and believes that bitcoin has little or no risk,or the person thinks that bitcoin is a get rich project from your explanations.
I disagree on this kind of teaching. Why you will emphasize the risk side over its benefits while you are introducing Bitcoin to newbie. You are scaring them instead of converting them to investors since no one will invest on risky assets most importantly that you are keep emphasizing it to him as a big deal. Risk is just introduced as disclaimer but you should focus on the positive side since Bitcoin has a lot of pros over cons. Bitcoins is just volatile which can be easily solved by just holding strong. If the newbie is interested on Bitcoin then we need to introduce Bitcoin gently so that they will not discourage. Just remind them the disclaimer. It’s very hard to encourage newbie if the way of teaching that we will use is to scare them by risk involved. |

Exchange owner is public like CZ and SBF but knowing who owns it change everything in case they runaway? FTX customer funds still locked despite their previous CEO is already sued or in jail since they will just replace it with another CEO. The reason why CEX is red flag for me is they are operating overseas on country with a lousy law when it comes to crypto frauds. They can runaway anytime and put the blame on someone else as their proxy. same as banks, I don't want to save it for long time, because banks often go bankrupt, and the owner run overseas.
