I admit that De Rossi's winning streak proves a little that he is able to manage Roma players well, but there are several problems, namely having to play against Inter Milan in the Series A match and then having to play against Feyenoord in the UEL match.
The situation is a bit difficult if De Rossi uses all his main players to get good results against Inter but is very prone to injury if he competes too forcefully, whereas if he prioritizes the Series A match it will really affect his performance in the UEL against Feyenoord.

Regarding Barcelona and the next games for this team, I can see there is more reward for betting on Barcelona against Napoli which means people mostly think Barcelona is going to lose it to a team like Napoli and this is not good for Xavi and players to be in this situation at all. Madrid missing Nacho will not be all that important if you ask me, if you asked people who is the most important player on that team, he would be named probably out of top 5, and that is why even though captain or not, Nacho will not be missed. As long as Vini could play, they should be fine. They are of course playing in many competitions which does make their players take some rest days and I understand the logic behind it, there is really nothing wrong with that but that doesn't mean that it would be fine.

In terms of quality, the Roma team is slightly better after being handled by De Rossi, but I doubt the team's mentality and confidence when facing difficult matches because De Rossi is not an experienced coach on the European stage, that is what differentiates him from Jose and I think this has quite a big influence. So far, Roma has been considered quite a consideration on the European stage, inseparable from being coached by Jose Mourinho and this indicates that a coach's experience on the European stage influences the team's performance. Alphonso Davies the player of Bayern Munich wanted to join Real Madrid and that's not something we didn't know about this player. He was even close to leaving Bayern Munich and joining Real Madrid last summer and during the winter, but he didn't do that. Now it seems Vinicius Junior contacted Alphonso Davies personally and he asked Davies to leave Bayern Munich for Real Madrid.  I do take my time to ponder and wonder why a player like Alphonso Davies would keep Real Madrid waiting, there's no way possible it's happening during the January Transfer Window so I knew it was going to be during the new season. I can boast about the defenders of Arsenal eve if they make errors, they now have Tomiyasu and also Jurim Timber back from the Asian Cup Competition and also the later returning back from a long Injury. Having them back is a huge plus as they'll be used both for the Champions League Competition and the Premier League Competition.
I don't know about them attackers but they failed to add one more support in midfied, since player's like Elleny and Thomas Partey has refused to be consistent with the club.

At least Bayern Munich has got a great striker who can help them win the Champions League title and if they failed last summer to get Harry Kane, of course it will be even more difficult for them to survive competing in this competition. Maybe without Harry Kane Bayern Munich would still be able to be in the quarterfinals, but in the semifinals or final it would be difficult if they didn't have a very productive striker. The result, as we can see, is that Harry Kane can almost always score a goal in every match with Bayern Munich in all competitions and currently his goal collection reminds us of when he was still at Spurs. He never played at all because he had previous experience in the EPL as an elite striker, but at Spurs he had never won a trophy. So after moving to Bayern Munich, it is hoped that he can win his first title, including if he can lead Bayern Munich to win the Champions League, that will be a great achievement in his career. He could finally go ahead to score 30+ goals for Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga League Competition. And in the Champions League Competition, I've questions them creativity countless times. Can they help the Englishman continually? Then we can boast of them winning the Champions League. If we'll checked, they're far from winners I'd also place them, third place. Strong feeling that he'll not be able to win the Bundesliga League Competition this season because Leverkusen are strongly ahead, a win tommorow gives them that chance otherwise, they'll perish. |

AS Roma will go far this season, they just have to maintain good track on winning their opponents. AS Roma are opportuned to be managed by an experienced coach but it doesn't look like their performance is governed by such person, instead we keep watching the inconsistent results generated by Roma. The board came together and decided to let go of José Mourinho who's currently without any solid managerial job. The new boss, Daniele De Rossi have achieved gradual progress with the club, perhaps he's yet to cross the main test for the club, I'm hoping when it's time, he do passes them without difficulty.
The next match is against Inter Milan. I think it will be a good test for them to see Roma's performance with De Rossi. I appreciate the positive results of the previous few games but I think everyone also agrees that it's a coincidence that Roma still haven't found a real test. The match on February 11 will be a very interesting match. I don't expect a surprise like a win but at least I can see the true performance of De Rossi's version of As Roma. We all know that it will not an easy task for De Rossi to draw the match or even think of winning Inter. This is because Roma is not as strong as Inter, and Inter are in their desperate mood of winning the league this season, and that will make them put in their best performance to make sure that they win Roma. Personally, I am not expecting much from Roma, but the goal difference should not be much. De Rossi will not be blamed that much if he lose against Inter, because he has won three consecutive matches after his arrival, and Inter is a strong opponent that Roma fans should not think that their players can outperform them on the pitch. On the other hand if Roma can win Inter, I will respect De Rossi as a good coach, for now I don't see as a good coach. De Rossi has seen a great start with the new job I won't call it a perfect start for him though, because he's still got lot to do for the club. Three wiks against Verona, Salernitana and lastly Cagliari is evident that he's buzzing already and making As Roma players and fans not missing Jose Mourinho and the making the decision of the management go well. Four goals to nothing win against Cagliari also showed how much he's also solving his goals conceding amf his defending system so far within his first three games. Not sure he'd even lose, best prediction for me also would be for him to make he tries to draw the game at home. Sure he's already having the backing of all these players and the fans. Losing is a no no. |

Chelsea are just a hopeless case now as long as they are managed like this. By saying management I don't mean Pochettino's by the way. No matter who Chelsea bring to manage the club nothing changes. They were terrible last season and there is the same situation this season also. I relate this poor look to the owner of the club rather than the manager. Todd Boehly might be a good businessman I don't know about it much. But honestly I don't believe he is good enough to manage a club. Spending insane amount of money and getting 0 result summarizes this.  As much as I don't want to see Mauricio Pochettino bashed, sacked and also see him winning a trophy for Chelsea, he should have known quite well that he is a failed manager and has nothing to offer Chelsea's squad. Maybe he could continue saying "Trust the process " lol until he gets them sacked. They'll have to stick with him anyways until the end of the season, since they can't kick him out right now. I feel like he has something to do though this weekend against Crystal Palace who under Roy Hodgson is nothing but subpar. Palace management should have sacked the old man to retirement. He should be amongst the coaches to take a complete leave from the game of football and coaching. Chelsea will yeah, win the game against Palac, they have something to write about. Its three points for them trust! They've seen the better in the last five head to head games against Palace. |
