Hey guys,

We dressed up BOT Tipsy and some mods into Santa outfit.
They will be raining tips on chat in the next few days.
Come have some fun in ours chatroom and we will spread some Christmas cheer!

Here's my deal with the faucet thing. I've mentioned it   earlier but  let's see if I can explain this better:

It's being said that the point of the faucet  is to test out strategies and so forth. Ok fine. But If I were to deposit, I am met with:

Quote

"Your IP appears to be from the United States or another restricted jurisdiction. As a result, you will be limited to the free version of Primedice.

We are sorry for any inconvenience & hope you still have fun.
"

Isn't there something contradictory here?  To me that was fun. Did I use it a lot? sure. Did I  throw it on other websites to gamble more? (poker, sports, etc) sure. But what was I supposed to do? I mean.. I was having fun.. I don't know any other way to explain it. lol. And the site hoped I did.  I did deposit when I was allowed to though but now my  only choice was to... have fun.

I am trying to be nice here but you can't tell me I can use the faucet only then say I am abusing it because I used it.

finally: , no I've never abused/spammed the chat in any way (I've already said I usually keep to myself) and support gave me the runaround.

Please review my account again. Thank you.

Hey,

What is your username?

If you are from USA , and you got banned from faucet its probably because you were cashing it out to often or banking it to another account. Which is not playing for fun its abusing.

If you get banned from faucet please submit ticket and we will review your account.
In the effort to stop bots and faucet abusers mistakes can happen and some legit players can get affected.

So please submit a ticket and we will sort it out.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

A) Kept arguing to the point they stopped caring
So PD won't answer to anything that don't care regardless of the number of people who need the answer ?
you might want to correct something there otherwise the next post would be like "we don't care about your withdrawls motherfucker either you receive it or not and we don't reply to what we don't care"

I think the statement was supposed to suggest that after several exchanges, Support recognized that the user's position and PD's position were irreconcilable, and thus moved on to more recent tickets rather than basically perpetuating an endless argument with the user.
(I've heard a number of stories like that from PD Support, sometimes they just can't comply with a user's requests/demands.)
yeah ,i know how support works or acts and how they respond to stuff but the way he says looks like the same arrogant fastdice admin who thinks he is doing a favor to people by running a casino and stunna is opposite to that.
support has to care and will always care unless the user is trolling.

Yeah, some people wont accept things how they are. Or will keep claiming something that did not happen. In cases like that i cant chat with them hours and hours via ticket system. I have to stop at one point and from there mark ticket as solved.

Some people will argue for days. And since we get up to 50 tickets per day there is no way for us to keep entertaining them.

But we never ignore users. We will always read all comments even after the point when we stop replying.

1045  Economy / Gambling / Re: [POLL] Best Dice of 2015 on: December 19, 2015, 01:24:29 AM
We are winning this again Smiley .

Well when you're essentially buying votes from people, what do you expect?

Hows that?

If you mean the giveaway we did. Nobody was asked or needed to vote for us to get that giveaway.

We just wanted some feedback on how people vote here and why.

As you can read there we credited people who did not vote and who had a lot of negative feedback about Primedice and positive feedback about other sites. Which we will use to even more improve ours site.

Yes it is still advertising of this poll , but we never and never will ask people to vote for us.

I'm still waiting for PD support :/

It's a shame that they take so much time to answer, cause they're really friendly and trying to help...

Bumping my cause hoping an admin or someone will see my post here xD

Hey,

Your issue is very hard one. You don't have enough proofs that you are owner of the account from which you want balance of 3.7 btc. That is why its taking a bit longer. I'm waiting for Stunna and Edward to come online together so i can discuss with them if there is enough proof to do that for you.

Sorry for waiting but we are taking serious every single satoshi and we need to make sure it all goes to the rightful owner.

Hey,

Yeah I'm sorry if it seemed like I was complaining about the support. As I said I was just worried that I have been forgotten. Because PD support was really friendly and tried to help as much as they could (I don't know if you're the one who answered me by mail, not the same pseudo but maybe the same person ^^ ). And i'm perfectly aware that I'm totaly at fault. I'm the one who lost the password, who didn't put a mail and who made a deposit anyway xD

Thanks for everything, I hope we'll find a solution. Anyway I'm thankful for your time.

Cheers,
Flagpara

Hey,

Yes I'm the same person as Mladen on support.
And i hope you are satisfied with the result. It was very hard with your issue but we managed to sort it out with your help.

Thank you for your cooperation and your patience.

Just a random question... Is happy hour weekly, daily, biweekly or something like that?

Is there a list for the future happy hours?

Hey,

Happy hours are totally random.
They happen when Admins feel like doing them Smiley .

Bitcoin is a peer-to-peer digital currency that trades on public exchanges and can be instantly transferred to vendors when purchasing goods or paying for services anywhere in the world with the speed of an email anonymously with much lower fees than the traditional banking system.

PD Username: StarLord

I don't think this is the best entry of all! Undecided

There were so many other better entries than that if Stunna or MICRO had taken some more time, checking entries after 3rd page.

I think due to their late evaluation, they skipped reviewing entries after 3 pages. Sad

Anyways! phew! At least the contest is over!

Actually we spent a lot more time than we should. I read all pages at least 3 times.
There were some very good entries but i think this guy summed it up pretty good.

Nice website and nice game for dice to play satoshi with it Smiley
I had fun, but I lost a lot.

Its good to see that some people still understand that gambling is all about FUN.

Unfortunately they are almost extinct... Most of the people see it as easy earning money, but they are so wrong...
not that wrong maybe , there was a thread about a guy who won 500 bitcoiins on bitdice.
I have also seen people winning huge amount of coins on PD though. Probably some exceptional Luck.

Ofc you can get lucky and win big. With 1% edge its rly not very hard if you have bit of luck .

But you should never gamble from a standpoint "I'm going to earn bunch of money" . You should always start with "I'm going to gamble to have fun and only what i can afford to lose while still having fun" Cheesy .

MICRO picked winner but he still haven't announced yet.

Probably he is still waiting about the decision of the other judges based on his post here so maybe it will take atleast 1more day before they announce the winner

Yeah, im waiting for Edward to confirm the winner and we will announce it here.
1059  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Most Popular & Trusted Bitcoin Game | Huge Community | Free BTC on: December 03, 2015, 05:14:52 PM
When i look closely to some complaints about this bans, i see that most of the people used faucet to the point that Primedice did not have any edge over them for theirs wagered.

When somebody has 10 btc wagered and 0.1+ btc in faucet claimed they have edge over pd.

It was defiantly unsustainable.

I almost picked winner. Waiting for Ed and other judges to confirm and we will announce happy winner Smiley .
