1081  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] LiveCoin Signature Campaign | Hero/Legendary Members | Up to 0.02BTC/Week on: July 04, 2019, 05:47:43 PM
I've talked with LiveCoin and I've talked with many of my peers and mentors and the consensus is that the campaign will continue. LiveCoin will most likely come to a solution with the particular Scam Accusation and nothing has changed regarding my stance on this or about them (LiveCoin).
It is interesting that you acknowledge there is a valid scam accusation, yet you decide to continue the campaign.

LiveCoin has also acknowledged seizing their customers deposit for an arbitrary reason:
There is a scam accusation against LiveCoin
Communication and relationship between client and Exchange is regulated by User agreement, which every user accepts at registration. There is no way to register without accepting the user agreement. However, rarely, some clients ignore and flagrantly breach the User agreement.

For the first time of violation of rules, we just warn client, but in case of repeatedly violations, account may be blocked for verification and further investigation. But, even in this case, we allow to withdraw all funds after the removing of false information and consequences caused by this publication. In some cases, verification may be required by the security team.

This is exactly what happened to the said client. This client created a ticket with a demand to enable withdrawal of MONA for his account, what is absolutely impossible because of the attack on the MONA network and public refusal of the developers to bear responsibility for that. We replied to the client with the explanation regarding MONA asset, but he decided to start spreading false allegations, publicly accusing the Exchange of fraud, and thus misleading the other clients, - your message is another proof of that.

The client is clearly provoking a conflict, ignoring all suggested options of settlement. Earlier this client said that all information, violating the user agreement had been removed, but the investigation found out that, on the contrary, there is much more such information now. All further discussions of this issue will be held solely with the client and only after eliminating all negative effects.

I guess your ethics can be bought for less than the 0.06/week you are receiving for running this campaign.

'My Messages' -> on the left site click 'Search Messages' (click here for direct link) -> enter the username into the field 'by user' -> click on search -> profit
You need to enter a search query, and cannot use a wildcard in the query. You can get around this by searching for "e" which is a letter that almost every message should have.

Unfortunately, you cannot search your outbox, however people commonly quote all or part of a received message when replying.

Both Hhampuz and pandukelana2712 (who is wearing a LiveCoin signature) both are opposing the flag.

It appears that signature campaign that pays both these members has benefits beyond the advertising.
1084  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] LiveCoin Signature Campaign | Hero/Legendary Members | Up to 0.02BTC/Week on: July 03, 2019, 01:11:59 PM
Hi guys  Kiss

I am fully aware that this campaign is open to Hero and above, and as a newbie, I should have no shot. But I will apply regardless.

Why?

Because for years I have been very active on different Internet forums (I hate Twitter though), discussion forums are the real deal! (please bring me back the 2000s... 2019 sucks).

Because I was a no lifer for years, I have written millions of posts on different discussion boards, about many topics, music, rock and roll, sexuality, relationship issues, sailing, tennis, drinking, prostitution, French food and Italian cuisine, and of course once in a while about cryptocurrencies (not my favorite subject though).

This experience makes me an incredible asset for a campaign such as yours. If I was not a humble man, I would even say that I may be one of the best posters the Internet has ever seen.

Anyway, I suggest you make the right choice today and enroll me. It will be one of the best decisions of your life.

Why aren't they responding? Livecoin has been online on bitcointalk and he has probably seen his this thread as it was linked to in his own topic.

I'm supporting the flag (for now).

I think they have a policy of not discussing anything like this here at bitcointalk. Just like they state in their thread that they won't respond to any questions as they only post updates.
It seems their strategy is to ignore accusations, and allow their supporters to ignore and distract from evidence of theft, and scamming.

multiple people

Voices in your head don't count.
This post is a smear attempt by someone with a history of defending scammers in order to divert attention away from Hhampuz.

Anyone is free to review this thread for themselves and make their own decision.
1087  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Hhampuz embezzling signature campaign funds from BestMixer on: July 02, 2019, 11:09:51 PM

There allegations in the OP are so outrageous that they do not deserve to be acknowledged, to the extent that the OP is likely operating in bad faith (in multiple ways).

Except there is evidence the money has been stolen, there is motive in the form of a loan, and multiple people have acknowledged there is ample evidence of wrongdoing on the part of Hhampuz.
1088  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Livecoin.net Scam on: July 02, 2019, 10:32:38 PM
Hi guys! I have some news from livecoin support.
They wrote that in my posts I lie about them and thus violate the terms of the user agreement! And so I have to delete all my messages so that I can get my money back! Is this normal, and should a decent exchange behave like this? o_o
Even if you were lying, this would not be an acceptable reason for them to withhold your money. No, it is not normal for a business to act this way.

Haha, Cortez isn't even in that list, did she got booted out?
Are you talking about AOC? She isn’t old enough yet.

If she is still in Congress in 2023, I would expect her to run. It would be a circus. If by some miracle, she becomes president, it would be the end of the United States and possibly the world.
1090  Other / Meta / Re: 502 Bad Gateway on: July 02, 2019, 04:13:52 PM
You would be surprised as to how much of the internet uses CF. Perhaps “~entire” was an exaggeration however many major websites use CF
1091  Economy / Reputation / Re: Mindrust [DT1] member gave me redtrust without reason on: July 02, 2019, 04:11:08 PM
That is not bullshit. I acknowledge that you do not want to have to answer to poor decisions, however I am not wrong. If you don’t want to have to answer to your decisions regarding your trust list, you can not use a trust list.

You're missing the point, Sparky. You can bark all you want - nobody can be obligated to "answer" that, nor can you take away the ability to use trust lists. You can however exclude the person who you think is not fit to be in the trust system and I don't give a shit if you "answer" for that exclusion or not, although you can "answer" if you wish. Freedom.

But you know all that, you're just stirring shit up, as usual.
Sure, you can refuse to answer questions about your trust list, and pretend that the questions and problems don’t exist, but doing so will reflect poorly on you.
1092  Economy / Reputation / Re: Mindrust [DT1] member gave me redtrust without reason on: July 02, 2019, 03:54:05 PM
If you are unwilling to have your decisions put under public scrutiny, you should not have a trust list. Ditto if you are unwilling to defend your actions publicly.

LOL

Bullshit. Anybody - even escrow scammers and hypertrolls and other sewage - can and should use trust lists.

The ~entire internet went down.
1094  Other / Meta / Re: DefaultTrust changes on: July 02, 2019, 07:10:31 AM
Interesting how the number of eligible users went down from 111 to 104. That means only 4 members got Theymos Snapped this month.
Some people removed their trust list entirely, and some people presumably did not post within the last 30 days, both disqualifying their eligibility.
1095  Other / Meta / Re: DefaultTrust changes on: July 02, 2019, 06:57:53 AM

Was Lauda not blacklisted because of his shenanigans when the flag system was implemented?
No.
This was a rhetorical question.

Lauda should be blacklisted for what happened when the flag system was implemented, along with his long history of abusing the trust system, among other reasons why he is untrustworthy.

Blacklisting Lauda would be mostly symbolic because he almost certainly had the foresight to either build up or buy alt account(s), some of which are likely unknown to the administration. Further, people who are separate from lauda have noticed how he made a name for himself, and are mirroring his previous actions, and are trying to emulate him in an attempt to achieve similar results. (I think lauda did some other things that others have not picked up on that were not genuine on the part of lauda, that cemented his support among certain very influential people). My opinion is the damage to the community caused by lauda is irreversible.

There is a scam accusation against LiveCoin, along with others they have not responded to.

I would recommend reviewing the referenced threads, and removing your signature if you believe there is evidence LiveCoin is selectively scamming their customers.

I would recommend reviewing the referenced threads prior to depositing money to LiveCoin, and should consider withdrawing existing deposits until the referenced thread is responded to in a way that makes you believe they are not scamming.
1098  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Hhampuz embezzling signature campaign funds from BestMixer on: July 02, 2019, 06:09:14 AM
And I have no idea why the hell are you trying to stretch it hard, very hard and push us to believe what you're trying to make us believe.
Didn't we all decide that it was because QS got kicked out of one of Hhampuz's campaigns or something like that?  The accusations he's making here are obviously being done out of spite.
Yeah, the only one who can provide the truth is Hhampuz, and it's so far not clear whether he's going to comment on this.  I think it would be good if he did, but there may be reasons why he won't or can't.  And as much as I don't like Quickseller, I don't think he's wrong for bringing attention to this.  If this was something jamalaezaz or Quickseller did, I'm very sure there wouldn't be such a fuss if the same evidence was presented.
Roll Eyes
Yeah well, it seemed valid when first posted but after considering the entire situation and thinking about reasons why Hhampuz might not want to comment on this, I changed my stance.  I don't happen to think Hhampuz stole any funds, though I can't say what happened to them or why.  However, given that the mixer service was shut down on the drop of a pin, there are a lot of possibilities and I'm willing to give Hhampuz the benefit of the doubt on this one.

It's also not out of character for you, QS, to create a scam accusation like this out of spite.  That's all I'm saying.
Funny, I would think all the reasons Hhampuz would not want to publicly comment on the situation would involve him being guilty in this case. Also, since you have made your original statement, it has been shown that Hhampuz was in need of a loan similar in size to the amount of money that is unaccounted for not long prior to when the money went missing -- if anything this would change a reasonable person's opinion in favor of Hhampuz being guilty, as it documents motive to steal from BestMixer.

My opinion is you made your second post trying to increase the post count for that paid signature of yours, after forgetting what you had previously posted.
1099  Economy / Reputation / Re: Mindrust [DT1] member gave me redtrust without reason on: July 02, 2019, 05:55:08 AM
My trust list is my own business.
This is incorrect.

A person's trust list is, by design, affects the entire community. Its purpose is to affect the public trust network. A person's trust list influences the community policy of whose trust ratings are shown by default.

If you are unwilling to have your decisions put under public scrutiny, you should not have a trust list. Ditto if you are unwilling to defend your actions publicly.
