1161  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cheating with Hunters in the name of Bounty Campaign. on: June 05, 2022, 03:21:15 PM
What we can do in this situation is to do bounty hunt.  The job of bounty managers is to promote bounty.  I don't blame the bounty managers but is it right to give 4-5 consecutive bounty scams?

I remember somewhere else here a reputable bounty manager admitted on his post that he stopped managing bounty campaigns because almost all of the bounty campaigns he handled are scams.  Good bounty managers not only care about who will promote the bounty but there should also be a balance between the project and the forum.  It seems like they are still looking at the quality of members who have joined the project than the quantity of the bounty hunters.

So what did you expect from those bounty managers that mentioned you above?  They even don't have enough reputation, so it does matter to them if they will promote scam projects as long as someone paid them and they will generate profit.

If you have joined a scam project once, stop bounty hunting if that is the same bounty manager.

Seniors, please answer my questions The number one question is how do I know if a project is good or bad?The second question is how to verify which project can pay and which can cheat it will
There's no way to answer your question because usually, they look good at the first glance but in the end, they'll scam their investors and run away with the investor's funds.

When it comes to verifying, it might there's a chance that you will know them more if you will join them on social media (there might be a presence on all social media platforms), do you might witness their progress and regular update through their social media platforms.  And the most important is, the Whitepaper, there should be a realistic goal that makes their project more progressive in the future and of course don't forget the real use of their project, utility of the project must be important somehow.

While joining bounty programs you'll know the legitimacy of the project, there should no fraud activities, and must be transparent in all aspects.
1163  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Usual phishing warning on: June 01, 2022, 02:58:24 PM
What can you expect from Google?
A company so big still doesn't have any mechanism to stop spam from appearing on their search algorithm. They also cannot stop scammers to advertise on their search page. Unless the community reports that advert will appear as soon someone enters a specific keywords. This why it is always advised to not click on ads that appear on the search page.
They will take an action if there are various reports on such scam ads link, and Google only cares about the money they will get from those fraud ads but they didn't care about their users.  So, in a case like this, we can help to shut down the site by reporting them, just Report Phishing Page.

Airdrop phishing sites aren't new on Google, so we must be careful upon clicking suggesting ads there.  Ads blocking apps or stop using Google Chrome much better solution for this, it's shame that big company names can't even filter those scams ads.

I used the LibreWolf desktop app, it has DuckDuckGo for the browser and is safe for browsing.
1164  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Education is the Key on: May 31, 2022, 11:50:18 PM
When people are talking about that exact same outcome it doesn't always happen, the opposite is what will happen..

Charts don't lie, people do.
Because they're claiming themselves to an expert in prediction which is the fact that isn't.
I tend to agree that the chart will not lie and all price history of the price was recorded there but the chart won't tells to anyone what will happen in the future.  Though there are many people who believe that the chart will use as a tool to speculate the market price but that still remains to guess the price, there's no guarantee that you will have an accurate result.

That's a perfectly right answer, education is the key to how we do understand the market behavior even though it's unpredictable.
1165  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: free crypto with learn and earn on: May 31, 2022, 11:42:06 PM
With the free-to-earn crypto, most likely, you must be careful of the scam.
Free crypto hunters are prone to scams and possible you may also be a target of malware infection through clicking those given link, you must be aware of it, and also, I don't think they are worth spending your time which you can find another alternative that gives a good return.

Upon having some small research, I found the article and all they said above was here.
Here's a link that I've found How To Earn Crypto While Learning – Learn & Earn Free Crypto [NO INVESTMENT].
1166  Economy / Economics / Re: Food crisis coming? What's wrong about it? It could be good on: May 31, 2022, 11:18:04 PM
The problem will be with the poor countries, but I wonder: is it a problem, or a solution?

There were 100 millions people living in Africa in 1900. Now, there are over 1,500 millions people there. I know that some people live a in a fantasy world thinking that there will be food, jobs, modern housing and all creature comforts for every human, but that won't happen. We live in a finite world, and the population just cannot grow without limit. Number one rule of the world has always been the survival of the fittest...
We know that this country (Africa) was still on the report that belongs the home of a food crisis but there are many organizations already looking to it, like Global Network Against Food Crises (GNAFC) that was tackle this problem and find a solution how to fight this problem.  AFAIK, there are 16 organizations globally that have fought the hunger increase and find it a solution.

The only solution for this is to help the farmers and give attention to the agricultural industry which gives motivation to them to supply food.
I think you're too much worried about this which is we have GNAFC already looking to it.
1167  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Platform? on: May 31, 2022, 10:46:46 PM
Hi guys, I am new into Crypto, I wanna know which platform has low gas fee ..
Gas fees on exchange vary on the network, if the Ethereum gas fee is congested, it seems you need to pay that amount, and the only way to know that was on the Ethereum Gas Tracker.

These exchange platforms are most recommended for lower gas fees for NTF.
  • Binance
  • OpenSea
  • Rarible

You can check on your own, but don't expect to pay lower than $5 for the fee on those exchange platforms, especially if the Ethereum network is congested.
1168  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bounties and Airdrops on: May 31, 2022, 02:14:03 PM
I'd rather recommend you another alternative way of bounty hunting, maybe a play-to-earn game or just joining an affiliate program, that might not waste your time than joining as a bounty hunter like collecting airdrop which these days are completely worthless.

Yeah, airdrop back days are worth it but now, most of them are scams, and the worst is they aren't totally free like before, there are too many tasks and the most that I hated is that asking KYC, submit your personal identities or sending a little amount to their smart contract but there's no token arrive.

There's no free these days, you need to input capital before you will benefit from it.  It's better if you will change a route, focus on Bitcoin investment, study crypto trading and stay on the coins that on the top of the CMC.
1169  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Quox Capital on: May 30, 2022, 11:38:27 PM
My suspicion is correct,
It's a good step if we always verify the website first before we entrust them.
Just use the Who.is as one of your tools upon verifying the websites and it should always be suspicious if the site running for under a year.  If you will use a centralized exchange and let them hand over your personal documents via KYC, just go to the most common and well-known CEXs.

However, thank you for bringing up it here, and those who clicked ads from Freebitco.in are now must aware.
1170  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what countries have the best / most privacy fiendly bitcoin laws? on: May 30, 2022, 11:21:18 PM
Which countries dont ask for KYC for their citizens buying bitcoin on exchanges.
Though Bitcoin is legal or banned, citizens can still use or purchase Bitcoin through decentralized exchange platforms.  Bitcoin has a decentralized nature and no one will stop using it, KYC was prominent on the centralized exchange, they follow each country's jurisdictions and if you don't use them, you'll never implement that KYC stuff.

Those countries that announced Bitcoin become legal tender will be a good place for Bitcoin but in privacy, factors are still undecided for them to adopt.
1171  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Split: How do I retrieve Bitcoin bought in 2010 on: May 30, 2022, 10:57:01 PM
First I think you need to remember what wallet it is to simply export your wallet into other wallets that are compatible with your old wallet.

Quote
2. list of words
This must be a seed phrase that is very important, without this, I'm afraid that it will be lost forever.

Quote
3. long character string ( 64 characters)
A private key for sure.  If you know what wallet it is, you can simply choose the option button like "Restore private keys".
Password must be there so I think in this case, you need to have a brute force, and here's a video tutorial to do that.

1. wallet file downloaded to my computer
If your computer is still alive you can recover it, the file must be there.
1172  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Buying a house with 100% Bitcoin is possible in Portugal on: May 29, 2022, 10:42:39 PM
bitcoin has now become a legal tender in several countries after EL-salvador because bitcoin is now one of the right choices to avoid taxes and other fees for buying land Houses and goods that are good for investment I'm sure later all countries will probably can accept Bitcoin presence
This is the reason why there are more countries has been undecided until now when it comes to Bitcoin legalization.  Because possible people can invade to pay tax which we know is the only way our government system way of surviving, it's through tax.

Back to the OP's topic.
If Bitcoin isn't completely illegal in your country you can use your Bitcoin to purchase houses, cars, or any assets that you want.
Not only in Portugal, but even in my place I saw there's a house and lot for sale in 4 Bitcoin.  But I think as a buyer, you should contact a lawyer and ask advice for on this matter first to know further if you aren't violating the law.
1173  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What would you do if you are me on: May 29, 2022, 10:28:23 PM
You can choose a good AV software for your computer, this will help you to protect your important data against malware infection and cyberattacks.  It has many features that AV can do and I think it's usually recommended on PC that has an AV system to control that possible problem.

In this case, if you're afraid to get scammed, you can use a hardware wallet, this wallet has a built-in feature that can protect itself and won't have to leave any footprint for every transaction that you've made.  So I think, it's not ideal to leave a big fund on your computer if you've worried about this.
1174  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mentor experience in crypto trading. on: May 29, 2022, 10:13:26 PM
Do you have a mentor in crypto trading?
(....)
For me, I don't have a PERSONAL mentor or 1 person only. For me, a great mentor is yourself and your community, especially today you can learn easily because there are already a lot of sources and materials to learn about trading, the internet is your friend and can be your mentor too.
Overall, it will matter to taste of a people for learning.
If you want to learn via spoon-feeding, mentoring is the best option that you don't need to study and research hard.
But I tend to agree with what you've said, we have here a community that anytime you can ask and considering as a mentor of yourself.  If you're a good trader, you won't rely upon your mentor at all times, you still need to learn on your own, from scratch, until you will successfully become a good trader.

Though we've preferences in life, it always matters to us our willingness to learn.
1175  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to move crypto between binance account without any transaction fee. on: May 29, 2022, 03:06:09 PM
Well, its actually not a transaction since nothing is happening on chain probably we can just call it as transfer and there is no wonder that we can do for free but anyway thanks for the steps because I didn't know the feature exist in Binance but used the feature in coinbase not anymore.
It's actually the same on any local exchange wallet, actually, that is not on-chain and it's not recorded and reflected in the public ledger.
This means the transaction that was made can be validated in a public ledger while off-chain was not.  That's why the transaction fee has a low cost or is totally zero.

Good to know that Binance adopted this feature, it will really help those small traders that wanted to save fees.

Here's a list of reputable mixers: 2022 List Bitcoin Mixers Bitcoin Tumblers Websites.

cant I just use Samourai's mixing functions ?
This wallet doesn't have the same function on Bitcoin mixers, this is just a wallet that isn't a perfect way of taking care of your privacy.
Reputable Bitcoin mixers are still good to go for any pseudonymous transactions but when it comes to completely be anonymous, that's impossible to happen.

This is very common in crypto and the fact is, we can't hide it in every transaction, everything is traceable and even you think Bitcoin mixers are enough to clean dirty Bitcoin, to protect your privacy but isn't.  As many people say, (when there's smoke there's a fire), what is the purpose of using Bitcoin mixers and using P2P exchange if there has nothing to hide.  So that's was expected if you keep using these, you can get dirty Bitcoin, like darknet or even black market.

But I think this isn't something to worry about, we have many dirty transactions that have been considered as clean.  If you heard Silkroad raided and seized a huge amount of Bitcoin, the government put it on auction, and those who have to buy Bitcoin consider it clean.
If you have doubt, you can call these agencies that studied Bitcoin blockchain transactions to confirm Bitcoin transaction is clean.

1178  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin drops to $8k on: May 28, 2022, 02:49:18 PM
Nobody cares about him, he is a dump person without true knowledge about Bitcoin.
He knows nothing about Bitcoin because he is only an expert on fiat, stocks, and other investments that I believe are irrelevant to crypto he guides only the firm's investment strategies and oversees clients and that's it all, nothing more.  So how do I believe his prediction, in fact, we know in the crypto market, everything is unpredictable.

Look around, everyone was talking about adoptions and Bitcoin was in the mainstream and it's already mature that could be possible many countries will announce soon Bitcoin becomes legal tender in their place.  That's what I have seen here and I will never listen to him, he is a crypto hater too.
1179  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: hi everybody..Nice to meet you on: May 28, 2022, 02:34:38 PM
I'm curious what's on his nickname, so I Googled it and translate, omg! it's parental guidance. Cheesy
I didn't understand it at the first glance because ain't Italian but how did OP choose this nickname which is even anywhere on the platforms, this shouldn't be accepted.

We didn't know what is the real purpose of choosing this nickname by the OP, either he didn't know or just seeking attention to the forum.

Though whatever it is, there is no rule for choosing a nickname, not at least for the purpose of scamming, spamming, or any violation that's against the forum's rule.  I suggest reading more first before posting it here and be careful on choosing a nickname
1180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BNB or ETH ? on: May 28, 2022, 02:19:29 PM
IMO, we must look at the utility of the project and its use, and in my mind, only ETH has that functionality and it has wide community support.
BNB has a dual purpose of being decentralized and centralized finance (CeFi and DeFi) but I didn't see the potential on it.  Because it only depends on the Binance exchange which is if this platform stops their business, BNB is nothing.

When it comes to the profit, we can't deny that BNB hits always on the ATH but if I think this keeps rising the price will affect the progress of the project which is completely irrelevant to the progress.

I will go for ETH even though there are too many networks wanted to kill this ETH network.
