1161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ur Next Cycle Expectations on: May 20, 2023, 02:41:45 AM
I would be very careful about all the projects listed by you many of which are long dead, then many will not reach new ATH.... Be careful do not be fooled by the possibility of easy earnings
That's the same thoughts as mine. I want to know how much OP has invested on each of them, maybe they're just like $50-$100 and that's it suggesting these, all of it to everybody as if they'll reach 10x soon.

Be careful with your choice because you'll not know if all of them are going to be as good as they are. It's good to have lesser coins in your portfolio but they're the best performing assets than to have a bunch of them but most of them you're unsure if they'll perform well or not.
1162  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is a new pandemic imminent? on: May 20, 2023, 01:18:27 AM
The pandemic is over, and we hope that this will not happen again in our century. Economically, I think many have sunk rather than won, especially ordinary people.

Actually, if you take a look at the previous pandemics that took place in the least decades, it is very likely we will have to face a new one before we reach 2060 or even sooner.

After all, we are talking about virus which continue to mutate in the wild and there are even laboratories which experiment with artificial strains of viruses. We should just need to focus on what we have learnt from the COVID 19 experience, so we can act shifty next time and develop new mechanisms to save people and billions of dollars of investors money in the global market.

I am afraid though, many around the world have not learnt but rather continue to deny reality on what we went through since 2020.
With what I've read it takes a century before another pandemic rises so if that will be the next standard then I'd assume that most of us are no longer in this world.

Bill Gates has hinted the covid-19 and pandemic, and again, he has hinted another one might come again. And some news again that might have spread fear although there's no basis on this one.

Scientists revive 'zombie' virus that was trapped for 48,500 years in the Arctic’s permafrost
1163  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Don't gamble if you don't have patience on: May 19, 2023, 05:34:50 PM
If you don't feel like gambling then do not engage in small bets that may potentially lead to further losses and ruin your mood more.
But you'll feel it and it's hard resist when you're at the waiting game while your funds are sitting there and do mostly nothing. You have to resist that feeling and avoid gambling as much as you can especially if you've experienced the same thing as OP did before.

Well then, if you can't resist that and you've done that already and spent all the funds that you've got that's just about to get withdrawn. Then, there's no other people to blame but you for being impatient so, just take all the responsibility.
1164  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: does it worth to start mining now ? on: May 19, 2023, 04:19:14 PM
It's worth it, if you're able then why not go for it? Not everyone is in good problem to think of something like this if it's an opportunity that shouldn't be missed.

Aside from the factors of having cheap electricity. You should also be prepared for the volatility of the market because if you happen to use the mined BTCs for paying bills then that's it.

If electricity ain't cheap in your area, you can have some alternative of using renewable energies like solar energy but, you'll treat that as another investment unless you already have it.
1165  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Best crypto exchange - 247 CRYPTO on: May 18, 2023, 09:42:26 PM

After reading the comments above and seeing these fake reserves, I will choose to give a negative trust.
Unfortunately, many of these exchanges have become widespread in the hope that these scammers will get a few dollars, and they do not even want to develop the site to be selective scam, it is just lazy scammer that does not even want to respond to all above questions.
It doesn't even look unbelievable having that type of reserve and they think that it's easy to fool people with those numbers.

If there is any change, I can amend the trust.
I doubt it that they'll even change or will come back to clear what has been brought onto this thread about their reserves. But it will be good to clear things and let's see if they'll say something justifiable based on those info that they've projected through their website.
1166  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Happy to start bitcoin lifestyle. on: May 18, 2023, 08:34:43 PM
I don't investing any cash entering my hand even if bitcoin is going down or up, I still prefer it to others.
Your telling on your title that you want to start your lifestyle with Bitcoin but then, your statement is contradicting your title.

You don't want to invest your cash or whatever is coming in through your hand and you don't want to buy Bitcoin whether it's high or low.

What do you mean that your prefer that to the others? You want other people buying it for you and you don't want to do it alone as there will be people that shall do it for you?
1167  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - 🦉 Drake, UFC, Everton Main Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: May 18, 2023, 11:09:35 AM
You know what's funny, i already have and they don't reply lol.
Just an advice to you.

First, you don't have to post many times consecutively if you're going to reply to other members post on this thread or with any thread. You can post and reply to all of them all at once with just one post.

And if they're not replying, it's either they see that it doesn't make sense to notice you as you're derailing their thread. Or they've already noticed you and they're just waiting for the right time to respond all of those accusations you've brought them. I have to back read where you're pulling all of this against them.
1168  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Best crypto exchange - 247 CRYPTO on: May 17, 2023, 10:20:54 PM
~snip~

When I first had a look at their site the numbers gave it away  Roll Eyes. 100k ETH but can't get the website to look the right way. If this isn't a failed marketing attempt to attract clients then it most definitely is a scam.
True. As soon as I've seen the design of the website, it's not like what I'm expecting when it has claimed to be the "best".

When such claims has been said and there's no proof to what they say and even show some hefty amount of money as if they really have it but upon having a first look at it, there's really something wrong with it.

Much better not to do any transaction if they keep on enticing this way.
1169  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Best crypto exchange - 247 CRYPTO on: May 17, 2023, 06:14:39 PM
We usually see this type of claim but it's just another false claim which has been done to market the new exchanges and projects. If you haven't proved anything yet, it's best to just be lowkey and never claim yet that you're the best.

Because if it's about exchanges, everybody knows what's the best right now and many will have the same thoughts if we'll pick one exchange that's common to the most.

Proof of reserves?
They say, here you go. And they are probably richer than most of those early adopters by simply inputting 99999 or 10000000. LOL

1170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESports betting -CS:GO, DOTA 2, LOL, Valorant - Sportsbet.io discussion thread on: May 17, 2023, 04:10:26 PM
SEA was done and I'm now into WEU. And it was a sad start for Team Secret, they've been beaten 2-0 by Team Liquid who was also 0-2 on the first day of this DPC tour 3.

Just want to go back to the SEA where Talon and Blacklist was hot on the 2nd map. But for the first map, it was an easy game for Talon, what a great Dota and perfect executions from them.

On the 2nd map, I thought that Blacklist will take it as there have been too many chokes from 23 with those chronosphere's but then still, thanks to Mikoto's storm.

It seems that some of the roster from Nigma has been standing-in for some teams. But still good luck to them and the game is about to happen within a few hours like 5-6 hours from now.

Well for now the team members are really capable of standing in because they are still top tier players but thats not really the whole point of Team Nigma if in the end they are just those 'mercenary' team. They need to figure out their own game soon otherwise there is no point for them to stick together, they should have let go of their entire roster
Good thing for Nigma, they've got new two players and one of them is known already for standin for Shopify Rebellion and that's Mikey. While Miracle is on the break and being inactive, he's been replaced by Yuma.

I think it was just Miracle and Kuro that didn't got any stand-in invites but for Miracle, IIRC, he's experiencing some health problems so he needs a break.

Thanks for the heads up. Either way, Entity won the game so yeah it was a good bet taking +1.5 on them against Liquid
You're welcome. Many were for sure got slaughtered by their bets for Team Liquid and that's a straight 2-0 for them. Later, we'll see the next game of Team Liquid against Team Secret.
1172  Economy / Economics / Re: Financial education or 1million dollars on: May 16, 2023, 09:29:09 PM
On the other hand 1million dollars is truly a life changing amount of money but if you are not financially educated, you will lose it all on  the long run,
I don't know if anyone sees it the same way I do?
I do.

It's like this, give someone who's not financially educated a million dollars and he might just lose that within less than a year.

While you don't give nothing to a financial educated person and he might reach that goal in no time. And that's because he's knowledgeable and aware on how to make his finances well including increasing his source of income.
1173  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: WHAT OPPORTUNITIES DOES CRYPTOCURRENCY AND BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY OFFER? on: May 16, 2023, 11:59:11 AM
I joined cryptocurrency in 2021 based on recommendation from a friend. Since then, I focused mainly on trading in exchanges. By this I mean, buying in exchange and holding till price rises and I sell for a profit. I wouldn't say it was a bad experience entirely but it is a slow process that tests patience, wisdom and greed.

Nevertheless, I believe there should be more ways one can find opportunities of making money from blockchain technology in general; this is the reason for this thread.
Well, that strategy you've been doing is the strategy for the many. And you know what, there are even more patient people that you can ever think. Like buying during the bear market and will hold it for years until the cycle comes again and goes back in the bull run.

Kindly, give recommendations as to how one or what one can do to make income (passive or active) from cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
Be a skilled guy that focuses in blockchain technology and development. There are still a lot of demand on it and it's not yet a saturated market for being a skilled person on this space.
1174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some points that can make the airdrop hunters safe! on: May 15, 2023, 12:38:44 PM
Well done and you did a great job, thank you for sharing these. I'm not into airdrops but this is certainly helpful to those that's always catching those especially the new ones.

Whenever you see some advertisement for an airdrop. It will either be a useless airdrop or the airdrop will be a scam. Right now there are so many ZkSync and Metamask airdrops, I am not surprised people are getting scammed left and right.
That's true, even if with reminders like this, tips and guides on how to avoid such. It's sad to see that those victims won't have their second though upon seeing those fake ones.

What they think upon seeing such ads is like a walking airdrop and free money. But little did they know, it's the opposite of what the devs sees from them.
1175  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What will happen to a wallet when the wallet company closes on: May 15, 2023, 10:55:41 AM
Has any wallet company ever closed down before or experienced issue that affected holders Bitcoin?
Yes there have been some wallet companies that have closed already. Just like Multibit: Multibit is Deprecated - Stop using it

If you're planning to keep your coins for a long time @OP, the best way to do it is to use a hardware wallet. It has a price but that price is certainly going to give you a peace of mind.

Although some wallets can be used and also good in keeping your coins as mentioned by some in here like Electrum.

While the DPC tour has already started for the two regions and then we've got some fresh faces and teams again coming from the division 2.

This is an exciting day ahead, later on the games are about to start.

Speaking of some new face, GH will be standing in for Boxi tomorrow against Entity. Pretty sure that Liquid is going to win against Entity but with Boxi not around, its going to change some dynamic of their gameplay therefore Im going for Entity 1.5 on this game. Other reason on why Im taking this bet is because the odds are great  Roll Eyes

The other teams that I think will make the round are Heroic,Vitality,G2,Fnatic,Faze,Furia and Ence.
G2, FaZe, and Furia are on 0-2 elimination matches today. RIP our Pick'ems Cheesy FaZe and G2 looking really weak, getting sent down to 0-2 by arguably the weakest teams, i.e. BNE and ITB. To be fair it was a BO1, but still disappointing regardless. Hopefully, we can see their better form in the BO3 matches today.

Navi is also not in their prime yesterday, getting schooled by Liquid in CT side inferno 14-1. Something is wrong and S1mple missing easy shots didn't help. The only strong contenders for the title now are Heroic and Vitality. Betting on them to get that 3-0 wins.
It has been on a downhill for some time now so it is not surprising that they will lose but to the weakest team, that is a new low for them. I do not know what happened to them, but they do not seem to get the frags that they used to.
There's another news about them and Valve has accepted this transition and that's good them and for the team.

While the DPC tour has already started for the two regions and then we've got some fresh faces and teams again coming from the division 2.

This is an exciting day ahead, later on the games are about to start.
1178  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Third graders and Bitcoin on: May 14, 2023, 08:36:41 PM
Well, it's prolly because to the videos that they've been seeing on their socials. When there's some random videos comes out that's related to Bitcoin and they've watched a few seconds of it.

Then, the algorithm of that social media will keep on feeding them with the same type of videos and niche and every time they browse. Those videos are the ones that will appear.

It's good that these third graders are already aware of Bitcoin. But did you know how they're able to obtain the idea of Bitcoin or where they've first heard of it?
1179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you like Meme Coins ? on: May 14, 2023, 07:23:43 PM
These days everyone is talking about the Meme coins and they are trending. Do you like investing in MEME coins ?

Do you like Meme coins and what are your Opinions on Meme coins. I understand Meme coins have no use case but they have hype and that's what you need to make money. Yes, the narrative of Meme coin is very short lived but it may give you 50x or 100x returns within no time.
Honestly, if I'll be serious. I don't like them because many misguided folks are going into it.

The trend of meme coins have been there and it's like an unstoppable era. But, I believe that a time will come and it's going to be stopped soon. If you're good at spotting at these meme coins and you're making that much, you know what to do.

However, if you don't know how to enter correctly on these meme coins and you're just also brought up by the hype. Then, it's likely that you'll lose money from most of them.
1180  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is destiny a fixed destination? on: May 13, 2023, 08:59:30 AM
There's destiny but we're the one that's making it as well. If you're destined to be rich someday then do you think that you'll be one if you don't do anything like working hard, investing or even betting on the lottery?

So, if it means that if there's a fixed destiny I'd say there is. But, we have also control over that destiny so it's flexible based on how we do things in our current lives.
