So the last days I have been working on creation of a website to replace the current site and cloning of the Clams chain. With the blockparser I am able to take complete snapshots of balances, there are approximately 1000 addresses with more than 1 CON in each address so building a new chain and pruning off excess Blocks won't be that big of a challenge once complete. I still think it will take approximately a week or so for the website and probably atleast a few weeks for me to get familiar with the codebase.

wtf does the CLAM blockchain have to to with this ?

Nice slip up. haha..  That shit happens when you're juggling all those socks and shitcoins. LMAO

Why not ask your neighbour Speotnoob for some help ? OR .. just dial up your BitJohn skype hotline. lolz..

He don't need my help LOL

Not a slip up at all, I am working on Cloning of the Clams chain because I like the code associated with it. Last I was working on snapshots and redemption through private keys on a private, 100% premine clone of the PayCon codebase I have been working on with Jahvinci https://github.com/Crestington/MotaCoin. I am going to clone Coins and create a redemption through private keys for all holders, Who know? I may make 10 Blockchains all with the same balances and keys Wink

BitJohn must be the SuperAwesomo of shitcoin exchange support personnel. lmao So much that he is cracking jokes about mullick with every 1 month old crypto noob who happens to dial him up on skype !

The start of the chatlog makes it clear that BitJohn is quite familiar with "me".

So while everyone was frantically writing ADTswap support tickets, our humble COL saviour is dialing his insider hotline putting him at the front of the line.

EDIT II

@"me" aka Crestington

How did you forget about posting this and other chatlogs on your.. mudda's.. forum ? Roll Eyes

Not Mudda's forum, it's sudo's

Go do something productive with your time, I remember once upon a time you trying to get your pal Mudda to code you your own shitcoin,

VEGANCOIN! Cmon everyone! let's buy some VEGANCOIN!!!!11!!!!1

What a fucking joke. Can you imagine you being in charge of any Coin? Would have burnt to the ground in minutes by your own poisonous attitude.

Your efforts to twist and hide the truth have failed once again... Crusty... dare I say, muddafudda aka me, mee and very likely Meeh.

He initially offered me a "freebee" in exchange for a 40-50 block premine.

I backed out after realizing the potential damage I might help to cause and that he was lining me up for everything that Zack has unfortunately had to endure. Namely the extortion like tactics he has used to make the candygirls/devs pay for their client updates and forks.

WAT !?

Are you saying that you'll set me up with a coin ?! GTFO ! lol

I now present to you ! VEGANcoin ! Grin  VEG LMAO

Being the veg-aphoebic carnivore with the teeth of a jack ass, that he is, mudder didn't like my name and theme selection. LOL

Hey Crusty.. you're one of those too ! If you really aren't mudda (and thats a really big IF), you guys should start a club !

Why not ? ahha

Vegans are one of the biggest untapped markets out there. lol

I'm assuming that you are not aware of the vegan revolution that has been quietly brewing ? Grin

The super blocks will also payout free tofu. Tongue

If I was to look.. how many of Stakeminer's coins will end up getting traced back to YOU aka. me ? (very likely mee and/or meeh and/or muddafudda aka. memecoin)

@all
Fyi.. my hippie sense first began to tingle two days prior to mudder's grande offer when Vlad2Vlad hired me to open a BTCLTCdotCOM account and make some COL/LTC trades. I figured that he/they were tossing me some bait or testing me out and thus why I played along.

We'll get into that later if /when it becomes neccessary.

Do people know you're Memecoin ? I noticed that zachclark doesn't. hehe

I should have mentioned this last night . . VladVlad gave me 50.7 LTC to spend at BTCLTC because he doesn't wanna deal with translating Chinese. hah..

I still have 40+ LTC. Plz let me know if you're willing to part with anything more.

You are associating based upon a sided conversation that identifies the user as "me", also everything is you quoting yourself so I don't understand where you are drawing your conclusions from, lol
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Team FLY : *NEW WALLET* v1.76 RELEASED 12/18/2015!! on: December 19, 2015, 03:51:47 PM
We are still waiting for more peers to get added to the network. We all decided to do an immediate fork. Not something we wanted to do, but we did. So lets wait some more time. More peers will mean more confirms. and damn dude.. do you REALLY have 5000 FLY!?!??!

Vegas

No I don't really have those Fly as they are orphans, the number is perpetually stuck in the unconfirmed balance even if I repair wallet.

Please be aware that currently there are issues with Cryptsy and they are currently disallowing all deposits and withdrawals.
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Team FLY : *NEW WALLET* v1.76 RELEASED 12/18/2015!! on: December 19, 2015, 01:54:19 AM
Please download new wallet asap and stake. Do not try anything with exchange get. We need to yet as we first need as many wallets on new version as possible first.

Vegas

Staking has been working well, I was able to Stake on all the previous versions as well so it seems like it's all about trying to cater to the exchange in the way they derive their Fees. The hardforks and constant upgrades are going to be a turn-off though so I guess if a person can't be patient then this probably isn't the Coin for you.

The new wallet has a bug with the Splitblock, I tried to split about 30 inputs of 2-3 Coins totaling 47.62 Fly into 110 Blocks but was charged no Fee for doing so and when splitting it said the Coins were already spent . It tried to send all the Coins as 110 Blocks of 47.6 FLY, repair wallet recovered the Coins but the balance is stuck as unconfirmed balance.

127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [HYP] Let's take a closer look at HyperStake HYPER SCAM on: December 15, 2015, 06:59:45 AM
what you said is on previous pages.. i suggest you re-read what you typed out Wink

And yes i postulated you were Shakezulu and i had good reason i outlined.

foaming at the keys and flinging wild accusations is hardly what I would call good reason. Or reason at all, for that matter.

But whatever. Can't talk to a psycho like a normal human being.

I do however reiterate: to date, I have not been directly involved in the coding development of ANY coin except Tech (not TEK) where I altered a few lines of code in the .pro file to make it compile under Unbuntu. I did this because I use ubuntu and the .pro file had lines in it that were windows specific, causing it to crash the compile.

I was part of Team Earthcoin as a writer (prose, not code) until other obligations made that impossible.

Now that you have shown me the writing of shakezulu, I very well might try my hand at developing a coin. Won't be soon, and probably won't be for profit as I'm just trying to learn more about coding. But what the hell.

I'm done with this.

You may be "done with this"

But, the coin you were paid to make for David Latapie is alive and well on Stakeminers and Poloniex.

Even though David Latapie stopped spamming the living fuck out of it 24/7 on Polo chat (sanctioned by Staff)

Let me guess he dumped his high-stake load all over PoloTard's and wandered off quietly to embark on his new venture..
Monero Marketing
Sadly the french Police did not like him and his half dozen Monero cohorts antics and arrests / apologies were made.

See the mess you created there Mr.Dev Cloner ?

Shakezulu, Maybe don't take money to clone coins for kids Wink

Biomech is not Shakazulu if that is what you are implying.

I've gotten to know the Hyperstake guys over the last 6 months or so and there are MANY good people around the project. Some early adopters benefited more than others but I do not see it as ever intending as being a scam nor is it even in the same category as CENT which due to a bug created some 50,000% per year and trillions of Coins. HyperStakes inflation is capped at 1000 Coins per Block so it would be very unlikely to ever reach 1 Satoshi.

  • Now what about goals?
  • Where are we going toward?

Well, I have worked with znort recently to add X13 Coins to his Blockparser via PayCon. I also added in ColossusCoin2 ( https://github.com/Crestington/blockparser )which allows to create snapshots of the Blockchain. I want to prune off all the old Blocks of the PayCon Blockchain but undecided if it would be ok to trim the CV2 chain until atleast the swap is over with. I'm not sure what to do about Cryptsy at this time as I've heard about a lot of problems recently, they hold a large amount of COL that we need to swap over but if we go ahead and make those arrangements, are people going to be able to withdraw?

Excuse me, but two times this week I've seen this:

Assertion failed!

Program U:\PayCon-qt-win-thor\PayCon-qt.exe
File: src\kernel.cpp, Line 429

Expression: pindex->pprev||pindex->GetBlockHash()==(!fTestNethashGenesisBlock:hashGenesisBlockTestNet)

The last time I re-downloaded the block chain which fixed the problem, but it took forever.  This time I'm just going to bootstrap it, unless somebody knows a simpler solution to my problem.  Is there anyway I could rescan the blockchain just from a certain block?
Thanks for any feedback.

In console but might work from shortcut??: rescanfromblock (##) ## = block number - no ( )

I haven't really seen this happen, I would try rescanfrom Block #

I have been experimenting with the Blockparser and the testnet I have setup and it would be fairly easy to create a snapshot and seed a new chain. The benefits to seeding a new chain is that it would cut off all the old Blocks, we could also decide if we wanted to split the money supply (if wanting to do a 2:1, 10:1 etc), as well as a change in algo, rewards, Blocktimes etc.

The way it works is that the chain to seed needs to have the same address starting letter, you can then send from the new chain to old chain addresses, when you import your private keys into the new chain you receive the transactions sent.
I could not try either of these as the console would crash before I could rescan the chain.  Instead I went to bootstrap it, but it turns out the bootstrap on the OP is quite obsolete (I could've missed the updated version), so I am currently syncing the wallet, and this time I'm going to back the blockchain up!  Thanks for the help!!

I have the next couple days off starting tomorrow and will update the bootstrap.
You're the man Crest!!

Bootstrap available on Github, current as of an hour ago.

130  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: December 14, 2015, 11:17:11 AM
So, what's the deal with Cryptsy/ Are they still jerking everybody around?

Currently only some very small withdrawals (under 0.1 BTC) have gone through but has taken up to a week, main problems are with BTC, LTC and Dash withdrawals. No confirmed reports of larger withdrawals having been processed going on 2 weeks or more. Cryptsy staff are not answering questions as to why the withdrawals are not taking place and have been absent from their chat, chat has been removed from view unless users are logged in, only mention at this moment was from Jshock that too many withdrawals are taking place (possible insolvency). More than 80 wallets are currently offline, some deposits are not being processed. ETH (Ethereum) hot wallet is empty, no indication as to whether or not Cryptsy has a cold wallet. Big Vern is currently in China trying to make deals with a Chinese version of Cryptsy.

Short answer is Yes, Cryptsy is still jerking everyone around.

People have died from sex with animals

Quote
One day, a woman decided to join a beastiality chatroom, like ya do, and in doing so met a German man with a German Shepherd dog, who were both very enthusiastic about having sex with the 43-year-old mother of three.

So, you know, if you're looking to join a beastiality community, that's what you want. Mission accomplished.

After they met up, the faithful, obedient, enthusiastic dog ejaculated in her, like people do during sex. This particular part of the act, though, didn't sit too well with the lady's immune system because it turns out, she was allergic to the dog semen. Who knew? It's not like they test for that.

Kind of a crappy way to find out you're allergic to dog semen, though. That's like going on a Cheese-of-the-Month weekend retreat with a group of friends and then finding out you're lactose intolerant. Bummer, man.

Anyway, the semen killed her after she went into anaphylactic shock.

Quote
In Enumclaw, Washington, there was a 45-year-old man who died of acute peritonitis, which means that his colon ruptured while he was having sex with a horse.

Hundreds, yes hundreds, of hours of footage of him and other men having sex with horses were found at his farm, so, you know, they were actually pretty good at it. I mean, hundreds of hours of footage? I haven't clocked hundreds of hours of anything other than work, masturbation, and TV watching.

Well, at least he went out happy.

Bestiality IS illegal in Washington now, I guess all it takes is one good horse fucking. If you absolutely feel the need to satisfy your urge to be penetrated by Scooby Doo, singing the American anthem, while wearing a diving suit, wellington boots, gas mask and nipple shock clamps, please consult your local laws first.

LOL,

don't Ya know,  Da Boss don't want a working Fly Wallet,  dem peoples could dump, fees or no fees.

AG18

Actually I would like to speak for myself. The wallet DOES work. We are going to implement the old style wallet for now as we know it functions. Ive already presented this new idea to the guys. So what many dont know is every major decision I make has to be voted on. Its correct this way. I dont have all the power to make all the major decisions. So this has been presented to team fly. There are 11 of us, and all in different time zones, so everyone needs to vote on this and be heard. Community has massive say power , even over team fly. So its a process. Ive presented it. Lets see what they say. But for now the wallet we know does work will be working on Crytopia soon.

Thanks

Probably best to revert it for now to give ample time to implement it the way it needs to be. I have those theme's btw and can do a little work on that.
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Spin-offs: bootstrap an altcoin with a btc-blockchain-based initial distribution on: December 11, 2015, 01:12:03 PM
... think pruning would be important for all Blockchains as if most Blockchains were compact, it would solve many space issues in holding chains on low powered devices. I would think that in order to be fluid that it would need to create states and lodge unspent blocks to addresses along with their ages, old unspents get rolled over to new states as old ones are discarded. I think what I am thinking may be similar to Cryptonite mini-Blockchain scheme http://cryptonite.info/files/mbc-scheme-rev2.pdf

Don't waste your time in that direction of pruning. Pruning is irrelevant. Sorry I don't have time to elaborate. My future actions will explain.

If you are going to post, atleast post why.
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Spin-offs: bootstrap an altcoin with a btc-blockchain-based initial distribution on: December 11, 2015, 11:27:31 AM

What particular things would I need to do if I want to clone from one Altcoin to another?

I'm interested in this as well...

The first thing to do is to port libbitcoin to handle altcoin.
This isn't so trivial, as the chain parameters aren't in one
place. Quite a few of them can be found in <bitcoin/bitcoin/constants.hpp>
but not all. In particular, I've had a hard time locating the base58 prefixes
(PUBKEY_ADDRESS etc)

I've been thinking about it in a way of a POS to POS chain however I think pruning would be important for all Blockchains as if most Blockchains were compact, it would solve many space issues in holding chains on low powered devices. I would think that in order to be fluid that it would need to create states and lodge unspent blocks to addresses along with their ages, old unspents get rolled over to new states as old ones are discarded. 137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Spin-offs: bootstrap an altcoin with a btc-blockchain-based initial distribution on: December 10, 2015, 01:56:10 PM
Sure thing. Sorry I didn't answer earlier.

It's a bit of a convoluted process. Had I known what I know now, I'd have based my code around a standalone leveldb parser.

1. Build and install https://github.com/sfultong/bitcoin-spinoff-toolkit
You'll need to install libbitcoin as a dependency

2. Clone https://github.com/sfultong/bitcoin, switch to the "prune-chain" branch, and build that.
You'll have to edit lines in src/Makefile.am (change ones containing "sfultong")

If you wish to take a snapshot at a particular height in the blockchain, you have to reindex, and also pass a -reindexLimit=x option to bitcoind, where x is the height you want.

Finally, you can run "bitcoin-cli writesnapshot" to create the actual snapshot file. The first repository has code for loading data from that.

You'll probably have difficulties/questions. Does anyone know automake/autotools? Ideally I'd like it if one didn't have to edit the Makefile.am

What particular things would I need to do if I want to clone from one Altcoin to another?

I think taking snapshots offers a pruning update method for future protocols of existing Altcoins, and eventually Bitcoin as a measure of keeping accounts and balances after a period.

Are you on drugs? Why do you link my services thread in here? This is not relevant to the discussion and my questions. But we know that already. Read back on your old posts which also don`t add any value to my questions and concerns.

Because u r not really interested in the answers! If u read back everything, vegasguy did its best, to answered ALL!
Fly is not here to be deadtraded in few weeks. What we do here is unique in cryptoworld. Antidump-feetable!!!

My link to your post was only an invite for u, to maybe can give us feedback. U can always pm Vegasguy here and imagine ur suggestions!

Who are you to think on behalf of other people? You are thinking way to high of yourself. You think i'm not interested, then why the hell would I ask the same unanswered question again?

I will ask again,

ETA on working exchange? (its not that hard to answer)

And please add detailed information in the OP about why the trading has halted for weeks, why yobit is not compatible anymore for trading etc. The OP only states info about where to trade, not on the issues that FLY is having at this time.

Don't worry about it, you guys are just getting worked up about non-issues.

Best way is that if Vegasguy isn't sure about the implementation of his fee system, that he should create a hardfork in order to revert the current method until which time he can perfect it the way he needs. This would probably be best for now to allow everyone to transact Coins freely.

BitStone decided to lock their thread because we don't understand what trolls are.

Hello Future Bagholders,

We are really taking a look at the last 65 pages of this thread, and wondering why it's such a circus?

Do we have immature people parading through the thread like monkeys, on a tricycle, in a barrel, wearing a little hat?

I wont say if we are upset with some of the peoples behavior here, its just it could be annoying that we may have to reconsider how to reannounce our pre-announcements of our yet obtained partnership companies and contacts.

Our escrow OgNasty is some guy that does escrow around the BCT community, yet some expressed their concerns of this thread and it's discouraging that it is impeding in our sales of BitStone Coins to say the least.

We have to inform the community that for this reason, we cannot prove beyond reasonable doubt that we actually have partnership companies in place.

All sales will always be transacted through escrow and when you receive your package in the mail...inside the box will be a clue to the next possible outcome, it is up to you how and why you will proceed. If you fail this test you are not fit for Bitstone and will be ejected immediately

All products besides the "Shill Appreciation" goods, will be coming directly from some factory in Taiwan and the shipping labels will identify a legitimate company in which you purchased your items from.

We are very sorry to blame trolls on our deception, but it appears that the community is right to question our motives, and we don't wish to disclose our nefarious dealings when right now its unnecessary...and will cause us more grief than relief.

So don't negate this issue, we will provide some sources and business contacts to our own BitStone Coin/Bagholders as we have to be a project willing to adapt and overcome potential truths along the way.

The BitStone Team wants nothing but success, and we're looking spread the word throughout the altcoin community that buying gold/silver/gems/etc is actually possible...and that we mean we really want the income from the Coins rather than the actual asset involved.

We think that its fair we hide from obvious questions rather than educate others about the uses of BitStone...so until further notice the thread will be locked and we will be working on creating a new self moderated thread where we can delete any objections people may have.

All community members are still invited to cash in their BST for any items we currently have listed, and wish to inform you we plan to list many others "soon™".

Sorry for any inconvenience the thread lock causes, but if we are going to continue at deleting investors concerns at 100% pace with this venture we need to get a handle on moderation because WE CANNOT OBJECTIVELY HANDLE CRITICISM.

Complaining about obvoius issues and moderators letting this type of information gathering take place, has left us in the situation of not being able to control investors opinions and taking care of every aspect in regards to keeping interest in the purchasing of BitStone Coins. For this we must apologize.

We will be available to address any concerns through PM and encourage everyone to reach out to purchase more Coins as the uptake has not been what we hoped.

We also want to commit to posting the BST PRIVATE ADDRESS that will be responsible for holding all BST premine from BitStone Related Transactions...

What does this mean?

Well in short, every BST that we collect from customers looking to cash in their BST advertised, will provide more BTC in our pocket.

We plan to dump any BST that are collected from sales, and do believe this will naturally decrease the value of BitStone over time.

We need to pump and dump, or make the market super volatile by selling random amounts of BST on the market any time we have, at any given moment.

The practice will be unfair and won't make sense long term in any fashion.

We will continue to keep you in the dark in the attempt to get investors to shill their way on to CoinPayments.net along with the shilling required required to get our PR Campaign on CoinTelegraph rolling.

BitStoneDev  Cheesy

Please be careful stating anything that could be perceived as a genuine violent threat.
That is something the Police will look into and actually arrest you for.
Most countries these days have laws against uttering threats on the internet.
So.. Think about what you guys say and maybe edit your post.
I would rather hear about BigVern going to Jail rather than one of his customers he allegedly ripped off.

Also i edited my last comment with the exact date BitJohn added the MOTD to the IRC channel.. OCT 17th
I had thought it was much earlier than that so i was wrong.. corrected Wink
So.. it seems BJ made that MOTD before his claim he didn't work there anymore.

BitJohn.. come and tell us some stuff man !
And before you do please add "AKA: Owsley / Bigballer" To the Text under your avatar Smiley
You could tell us what you think is happening over at Cryptsy HQ or just how it's going for you these days.
I had to tell a Polo Chat-Mod recently who BJ was LOL

I kinda doubt that BitJohn would be Owlsey but the reference link between him and BigBaller seems like it could be something worth noting. There are too many complaints about people not being able to withdraw BTC not to look into why. Why can't people withdraw their Coins? what is the problem? It isn't the Blockchains, most every one is running fine. I deposited BTC mid november and it arrived quickly so why is only deposits working OK but not withdraws?

Big Vern's got some 'splainin to do!

Why are everyone's withdrawals taking forever? Crypsty!, just level with us and tell us why!?
