these allegations are unfounded, an i pledge not guitly on all accounts
this started by someone who could not take their defeat and were very much dismayed by me being superior!

You just amended your post: A moment ago you were issuing death threats?!? How pathetic.

You've been called out. Do yourself a favor and just slink away into oblivion where you belong.

For what it's worth, moonbind isn't doing bitcoinpoker.gg any harm by bumping this thread and crying every couple of days.  As they say, there's no such thing as bad press.  I'm going to try to jump into tomorrow's 25mBTC GTD (at 10AM pacific), maybe I'll see you guys there!  And if anyone wants to play a ring game before/after, I'll play!

I have changed the rate form percent to Multiplier.

I think that will help clear up part of your site.  But I have to admit I don't think the project has much hope unless you convert to a provably fair method.  But I wish you good luck!

Glad you guys liked it.  Feel free to PM me if you want more help or just reply in this thread.  I'm glad someone found this useful Smiley

been 11 hours still waiting for cashout

It's one thing if it takes them 11 hours to look over stuff, but it's a completely different story if they're not communicating with you about it.  FWIW, I would think the professional thing to do here would be to request an email from you (if you haven't already given them one) so that they can at least explain what the hold-up is, if any.  There could be a good reason for an 11 hour cashout---I mean imagine if you're in a particular timezone you might need to sleep for a number of hours and then looking into this might take a few more hours.  But the lame thing is not communicating it.  That's my 2 satoshi's.

Sawdice, step up the game and tell the man what's happening!

Thanks Lorenzo, I didn't know about coinwarz.  Also, I hadn't thought about merge mining at all.  I will check that out.  Cheers!

https://blockchain.info/address/1ELLXu1nBLZQooJmHfsrW2XHoeKKmA9QwV is the incomming address (10mbtc)
https://blockchain.info/address/1ZCcpTUwrJPuz5pCtit1aNEiXY4o9t7wK is the outgoing address (105mbtc)

after the playout blockchain need some minutes to show the transactions

Yes, I see this now.

INOUTPercent
1010100%
1011110%
1020200%
101001000%

I make a mistake?

I can't tell what it's supposed to mean.  Normally "percent" means by 100 (literally "per"->by;"cent"->100) .  So a percent usually has two numbers n,m and expresses their ratio with the denominator of 100 rather than m.  For example, to find a percent for n,m is to solve for p where: n/m = p/100.

So in your table, what are the things you are comparing.  The best guess I have is that you are referring to some kind of multiplier.  So maybe you're saying that if you bet 10 and win 100 that you got a 1000% multiplier of your bet?  But under that interpretation, the first row sucks,  that guy only gets his bet back if he wins.  Who wants to bet 10 and "win" and get back the same 10.  If this is the interpretation you want, why don't you express the rightmost column as "multiplier" or something like that:

Bet  Win   Multiplier
10   10     x1
10   11     x1.1
10   20     x2
10   100   x10

I think that's a lot clearer to say x10 than 1000%.  And I still don't get why that last bet got a x10 multiplier when the others got x1, x1.1, x2.  I guess my point is that this is very confusing.

Also, I'm starting to think there's some (nefarious) reason why you're not interested in making this provably fair.

-snip-
Seriously , I do mean no offend to yourself as I am just stating a baseless accusation like I said due to that this site is using a coindice script which has several accusation from few people regarding that someone coming and won big from the site causing the owner to lose alot (you can check on this in scam accusation ).

You dont need to verify yourself as it doesnt mean anything to me anyway and you will get your BTC if sawdice has verified that your roll are legit. Anyway I have apologize beforehand if you are indeed legit though
P.S : I do hope this served as a lesson for sawdice to lower your max payout also that if he is indeed legit then I would like to apologize for this baseless accusation

@arallmuus, I don't think it was a baseless accusation, it was a good observation and a question---what's up with this?  James has answered it and it's al good.  There's a big difference between drawing attention to something that looks weird and flipping out about it.  You were very respectful in pointing out the incongruity of betting 0.1BTC many times and taking 10kSat giveaways, and James was right to explain it.

Now the drama of the waiting to see what happens with the sawdice investigations.

@P.S: you're totally right that sawdice needs to drop their stakes before they get into trouble.
1348  Economy / Gambling / Re: DaDice.com - Next Generation Social Gambling Dice Experience on: June 17, 2015, 08:12:59 PM
It could be increasing in minimum payout , like 0.005 . faucet time increasing is not good idea ......

It's not a good idea for faucet farmers.  But it seems like a pretty good idea for dice-sites.  Think about it, faucets are there so that you can try out the software and see that all works okay before doing some gambling, it's not there so that you can take free money all day and never buy in.

Once a dice site has its loyal players who buy in, the need for the faucet drops drammatically.  Think about it, primedice or the big sites could basically eliminate their faucet nowadays and they'd most likely still be fine.
1349  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: [solved] Need help compiling Gavin's bitcoin-miningsim on Ubuntu on: June 17, 2015, 05:41:17 PM
The -mt was already in the makefile from Gavin's github repo.

That's very strange, right?  It would seem to mean that Gavin's repo's Makefile is broken, or that he's using a different distribution than you.  But Ubuntu uses the same package names as debian, which I think is pretty standard.  Oftentimes, Makefiles get generated by ./configure or ./autoconf.sh.  Did you run ./configure or ./autoconf after installing libboost?

In the repo, he said "I don't do autotools" and that he was using OS X. The project is pretty minimal so I don't expect lots of handholding in making it easy to run. It turned out not too be that hard.

I find C++ with templating and boost pretty cumbersome to read and I may do a sim in python just so it's easier to explore some of the details. Overall I think his is pretty decent...perhaps being able to explore less reliability in network links, getting into some sort of mempool and fee modeling with some miners making smaller blocks, would be enough incentive to get started on a sim.

Cool, using OSX explains the difference in package names.  For some reason, I had just assumed that all of the C++ code from the "serious" developers would be targeting GNU/Linux.  'scuse me.  --TSP

1) refill that cold storage address

I doubt they have more than that because if they do they will probably have put all of it into the cold wallet
We have no idea if they have more fiat.  Sawdice may be run by the wild-child son of a millionaire,  who knows?!

2) maybe lower stakes and max bet?!

Lowering the max payout based on kelly criterion
Yes that's what I'm saying

@James1999, you'll be fine, they paid yoler, I'm sure they'll pay you too.

This one seems to be a different case with yoloer. Judging from the screenshot at the previous page, I could see that indeed thats a very risky bet risking 0.1 BTC for 98x multiplier and normally people wouldnt do it because the risk are pretty much high.

Also the fact that this site is using a coindice script which has a lot of accusation due to that alot of site claimed that they lost alot using this script . I would say that this guy could know on how to "win" here or atleast use a known exploit or so

P.S : Someone told me how this could be done but Id rather not spill out any name for this

Another reason is that this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=948128.msg10384052#msg10384052

Not much of a proof but someone risking 0.1 BTC for a 98x multiplier would not be lurking around for 10k satoshi though

P.S : I could be wrong on this

Everything you said is very interesting indeed.  If someone knows how to cheat that coindice script then, wow, sawdice is in trouble.  Also, you're right that it's strange that someone who is betting 0.1s is asking for 10KSat, but it's not totally impossible.  I, for example, recently got caught up and lost a lot of BTC gambling on a site where I usually only bet very small.  Every once in a while, you can get caught up in the moment and either win big or lose big.  That's definitely not unheard of.
1353  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Cost of Bitcointalk Accounts. on: June 17, 2015, 03:44:27 PM
I have a LOL idea

why some one not open a "exchanger" for Bitcointalk ACC in Excel and we can see open order, high rate low rate  Cheesy

It's not a laughing idea at all, given the fact that there is (a pretty unsorted) market demand and supply here.
But whoever is to run the main thread for it would have to know a lot of sensitive info, since you can't expect every claim to be just added to trade list before it is checked to be legit.
cheers

Exactly.
Dont make a website if you dont have the right information.

What's more, while it would be interesting to see what accounts are going for, account sales are generally frowned upon (see rule 18 of the rules post https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0).  So people tend to want them to stay private.  There was a time when, if someone saw that an account was bought, people would drop negative feedback on it just for that fact.  I don't usually see this happen anymore though.  Nevertheless, it's certain that the people who are doing the account trading don't want to be doing it in the light of day.
1354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: SHA256 on: June 17, 2015, 03:38:47 PM
Gonna bump this because I was wondering the same thing.  I don't think it's worth it to mine bitcoin on my sha256 miner at this moment, so what's a coin I can mine which I can easily convert into bitcoin on poloniex?
1355  Other / Meta / Any storage limit on messages? [Solved: no-limit] on: June 17, 2015, 03:33:39 PM
I know some people must get a lot more messages than me, so I doubt I'd hit any limits soon.  But I guess I just wanted to ask about if there's a limit on the number of messages we can have in our in/outboxes in terms of message count or storage size.  I'd never heard of any such limits but I just wondered if there's any drawbacks to doing what I've been doing for years now, which is never deleting any messages.
1356  Economy / Gambling / Re: bitcoin-jackpot.org a simple fair lottery on: June 17, 2015, 03:27:19 PM
The script is more transparent now.
deposits from server are indicating now.

While it seems like a step in the right direction, I think you're still not getting what people above were saying about how this needs to be provably fair.  If you implement it in a provably fair fashion (see what RHavar said above), you might actually get a lot of players.  Until then, people are going to be skeptical.

One other feedback, although it's less important than the provably fair aspect, the numbers don't seem to add up (at first glance).  For example, I see a deposit of 10mBTC and a payout of around 100mBTC but then the payout percent column says 1000%?!  But 10 is 10% of 100, not 1000%, seems like you're missing a decimal point somewhere.  Also, looking on the blockchain for that address:

https://blockchain.info/address/1ELLXu1nBLZQooJmHfsrW2XHoeKKmA9QwV

I don't see any payout of 100mBTC.  So I must be misunderstanding something quite a bit.

In fact, the criteria are a lot more concrete than that.  Only a human can really judge what is constructive, but the bitmixer bot applies straight-up rules found in the OP: at least 75 characters (quotes don't count) and only certain subfora count as well---check out the OP.
1358  Other / Meta / Re: QUICKSELLER Vs. LEGENDSTER, LIVE NOW on Pay Per View, ROUND 1 on: June 17, 2015, 03:16:44 PM
My point is that I trust him and don't consider him to be "unethical or childish"
He's a great asset to the forum.

He's a great asset to the forum until you're the one that he decides to wrecklessly go after.  Yes, I think he is basically ethical, but the problem is that he's also childish.  By that I mean that he flips out on people when they disagree with him.  You can see this again and again (although maybe he's calmer nowadays, maybe he's learning his lessons, idk).  I corrected him on a few points a few months ago and he flew into tirades of "you're an idiot" etc, then went off into a 3 month long smear campaign where he was using alts and trying to dig up all these unsubstantiated charges against me and use them to have me kicked off a signature campaign.  Why?  Apprantely he didn't like it when I told him he was a hothead and that calling people idiots wasn't cool.

Quickseller is a little like an overambitious cop, he wants to catch the bad guys so damn badly that he doesn't care how many babies and old ladies get run over by his squad care while he's in pursuit.  It's the main reason he didn't last on default trust (my guess, anyway), he's so quick to call people out on half-baked conspiracy stories and accusations that his actions often do more harm than good.

That said, who knows, maybe he's learned his lesson but I don't know.  A week ago a newbie account showed up and started to try to reignite the quickseller drama with me, then disappeared again.  I'm sure it was quickseller in a trolling mood---the person even had his writing style---but who can say for sure.  Anyway, I'm hoping that as quickseller gets older, he'll learn to think twice before he acts.   Once he learns that lesson, he realy will be a great asset to this forum, till then, it's hit-or-miss at best.

1) refill that cold storage address
2) maybe lower stakes and max bet?!

These guys are getting hammered by the winners---but hey, congrats to the winners.

@James1999, you'll be fine, they paid yoler, I'm sure they'll pay you too.  Lol, in the meantime while sawdust is checking your winnings, why don't you go win some more at another dice site? I recommend "dadice" Smiley
