Dear fillippone, in case you are not aware, imgur will stop supporting images uploaded on our forum. There is a very short time frame until these images can be saved from imgur: the change will apply on May 15th. So it's not just the fact that the pictures do not show on the forum anymore; imgur will also delete them. As a consequence, after a tremendous effort, I managed to save all the images from my topics and re-upload them. Now all my topics contain visible images. Among my topics there are also all the translations of your topics. Since I don't think you wish the save all your images from your topics one by one, then re-upload them then change all their links from inside your topics, you can simply take their URLs from my translations. I hope this helps. There is only one picture which I can't access, from the topic Securing Your Seed Phrase with Washers. It's the image https://safu.ninja/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/safu0-2048x996.jpg. This one is not affected by imgur, but it just does not show up anymore. If you can fix it it would be awesome, as all the other images are secured now. Now I'll try to fix as many images as I can from the other posts I made. Thank you for spreading the word about TalkImg, dear cygan! Indeed, it's a mess what happened with imgur. However, I am not sure this is exactly correct to say -- I think it's something related to the forum or with CloudFlare. since tonight all imgur links are no longer working and therefore all images (uploaded through imgur) that were then posted in the respective threads are no longer displayed. but if you open the respective link such as this one: https://i.imgur.com/wI2CvlS.jpeg in your browser, the image is displayed. I believe that, since the images are correctly shown on imgur, the problem is not caused by imgur. Maybe it's something temporary generated by CloudFlare. And I hope it'll be solved. Otherwise it would be very sad to know that you have to upload all the pictures you previously uploaded in different threads (even if we talk only about the important ones and it would still be a horrendous effort). Nevertheless, TalkImg is a solution for the future. But, at same time, I hope this problem to be automatically solved, in order for users to not lose all their efforts from the past... |

Zusammen mit 1miau habe ich versucht, etwas für dieses unterdrückte ukrainische Volk zu tun. Ich bin absolut gegen Kriege, gegen Unterdrückung, gegen Gewalt jeglicher Art, und ich habe mit diesem Artikel versucht, dem armen ukrainischen Volk irgendwie zu helfen. Ich danke 1miau, der mir vorgeschlagen hat, dieses Thema zu schreiben, und ich bin froh, dass ich es am 24. Februar veröffentlichen konnte, genau an dem Tag, an dem der Krieg ein Jahr alt wurde.

Merit Circle When I get some free time I will go and search the CryptoTalk forum. To be honest, by now it should have faded in to obscurity by now but if it is still active I will take a look to see what is happening there. The last I checked it was full of spammers and not much else. In der Tat braucht ein Übersetzer etwas Mut, um diese Abhandlung zu übersetzen, denn sie ist ziemlich lang, aber ich halte sie für sehr wertvoll.
Dieses Thema sollte jeden auf die Gefahren aufmerksam machen, die mit zentralisierten Börsen und Banken verbunden sind. Bu pure chance, while searching for Italian / German / Polish translations of Assange books, I also found this book, which is written by Chelsea Manning: Readme.txt.  For those not aware, Chelsea Manning (used to be known as Bradley Edward Manning) is the soldier whistleblower which gave more than 400.000 Iraq war logs and almost 100.000 Afghan war logs to Assange, the materials being published by WikiLeaks. The documents depicted all the atrocious things done by American soldiers during these wars. Curiously, before contacting WikiLeaks, he tried to contact The Washington Post and The New York Times but these publications were not interested about such documents. Among the materials leaked by Manning is also included Collateral Murder, a video published also by big press outlets (such as Der Spiegel) presenting how American soldiers are killing civilians during war. Among victims there were also 2 journalists of Reuters. The video is still available on WikiLeaks website and also on other newspapers' websites. Bradley Manning was put to detention in May 2010 inside a 1.8m x 3.6m room which had no window. Poor man (which became a woman meanwhile) finally got free in March 2020. I am more than certain that this book is also a must read and I am going to order it next week. |
