В старых учебниках экономики говорится о том что ифляция появляется из за нарушения балланса между денежной и товарной массой. Денег больше- инфляция, товаров больше - дефляция.
Борьба и с инфляцией может идти с помощью повышения % ставки, что делает ЦБ РФ, и есть второй путь, по увеличению товарной массы. В СССР это работало, когда выделялись целевые деньги на строительство заводов и предприятий.
Во всех статьях пишут что ЦБ занимается таргетированием инфляции, как и многие центробанки мира.
Как можно таргетировать инфляцию если ее рассчитывают из индексов потребительских цен в корзине товаров, которые постоянно меняются. Но так как в любом товаре или его переработке есть зарубежные компоненты, которые покупаются за валюту. Следовательно рост доллара увеличивает инфляцию, но если в корзину включить правильные товары, то и результат будет соответственный.
При таргетировании инфляции требуется планировать курс рубля, влияя на экспортеров, чтобы они продавали больше или меньше валюты на внутреннем рынке и наказывать спекулянтов высокими комиссиями.
Конечно такая ситуация выгодна правительству чтобы наполнять бюджет рублями за счет продажи дорогих долларов населению и возможно туризм в Рф будет развиваться, из за высохих цен отдыха за границей.

However, if Tether and Paypal have trust the in American government and also have trust in their ability to once again get out of another economic crisis then for them it would be a good financial decision because they earn yield.

❇️ Предвижу критику, но всё же. Посмотрим на ситуацию с другой стороны: введение цифрового рубля убирает посредников в лице банков между физическим ( юридическим) лицом и Центробанком, который так или иначе контролируется государством ( вопрос эффективности контроля пока не рассматриваем).
❇️ Коммерческие банки теряют очень много: заработок на обслуживании платежей ( до 2 процентов от размера платежа), возможность вертеть деньгами клиентов задерживая платежи, возможность влиять на клиента в нужную сторону.
❇️ Поэтому не удивлюсь, что часть вала критики по поводу введения цифрового рубля модерируется как раз коммерческими банками.
В чем плюсы от введения цифрового рубля? :
✅ Возможность оперативных расчётов по госконтрактам ( деньги не будут зависать в коммерческих банках и теряться по дороге).
✅ Сокращение издержек для населения и предприятий.
✅ Купирование возможности саботажа со стороны коммерческих банков в части критически важных платежей.
✅ Создание инфраструктуры для двухконтурной финансовой системы.
✅ Снижение коррупционных издержек
✅ Возможность для населения при наличии шлюзов напрямую дешево закупать товары в том же Китае, меняя цифровые рубли на цифровые юани.
Плюсов от введения цифрового рубля много. Обычные деньги он не заменит, но финансовую устойчивость экономики может значительно повысить.
❇️ В подтверждении предыдущих выводов: в сети появляется информация, что экосистема цифрового рубля станет стремительно развиваться прежде всего через армейские выплаты, начиная с осеннего призыва и ротации. Если это так, и цифровой рубль будут использовать на этом критически важном направлении, надёжность платежей будет высочайшая.
