1381  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A good book to learn how to trade. on: February 17, 2020, 03:01:40 PM
when you read tutorials or guide you might expect something or do something a little bit off than what the book really meant to say to you because its only pure text but when you try video tutorials you'll have higher chance of getting and learning trading quickly. Also showing or seeing what you should focus on the charts is very important part of tutorial and nothing beats video guides in that but i am not against books, books is also useful specially when you don't have internet, its just you settle for more.
Video tutorials might be a best option for those commodities which keeps on updating. Charts and patterns are something which are constant without any change since years and a book could really make us understand those patterns more closely with some images as well. Usually, we could find a number of videos on youtube giving a detailed guide about such patterns but I individually found least of those videos useful.

But instead, I could gain huge knowledge just by reading books. Also once we read any book, that books automatically gets stored in our unconscious brain which would be recalled once needed and this really makes me much close to the patterns as I could understand the patterns without any complications. Also the book would always be with me for further clarifications so I would love reading the book stated by OP.
1382  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My story with leverage on: February 17, 2020, 02:09:02 PM
To monitor, we have 1000s of way but to eliminate the dangers associated with leverage trading what you have? We cannot simply go forward it is a high risk -high reward way of trading. Because, in my opinion leverage trading is kind of unnecessary risk in the greed of high profits when we have sport trading for decent profits with low risk and more importantly with guaranteed peace of mind.

Alerts or reports or any kind of thing will not save you when market do a reverse. When market is complete unpredictable we must need some cushion to wait which is the exact thing leverage trading is not providing. No one could predict exact turning points to enter and to exit and when this is true, it is always highly recommended to stay away from leverage trading regardless of how advanced tools or apps are equipped with.
That is why I compare leverage trading with gambling. We can see that a number of greedy people usually go for leverage trading with the greed to have immense profits in minimum time interval but with those huge profits comes huge risk. Leverage trading might even make our entire wallet balance to "ZERO" overnight if the price continuously moves in the opposite direction.

Crypto markets are high volatile and they might even make a move above $1000 in a single day which might give you huge profits if the direction is on your side but on the same hand you can imagine the risk associated here. Spot trading is always good but would need high capital whereas you can start with a lower capital with leverage trading and this might be a benefit of leverage. If you are wise, you would make huge profits with leverage.
1383  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: After losing did you feel you must return the soonest to win back your losses? on: February 17, 2020, 07:40:39 AM
Of course most of us feel this way but that's when you must control yourself and not chase after losses. So many gamblers fall for this and try and make up losses but most times then not they end up losing a lot more and dig an even bigger hole then before. The best thing to do is walk away and take a break for a few days/weeks and even months after a bad loss or losing streak. Come back fresh and with a clear mind and put the loss behind you, try not to think about it too much, I know its hard but that's the way you can move forward. Not only with gambling but I also apply this to crypto as I could of sold at a certain time but didn't and lost but I move on as there are always more opportunities just like gambling to an extent.
I feel the opposite, like suppose you had a streak of reds today what is more likely next according to the law of averages another red streak or a green/winning streak? Its a winning streak and I feel like if you stop just after you lost then you will probably feel within yourself like a winning streak was on it's way and I missed it.

Not really I see any problem, suppose I have deposited 10 mBTC and I have lost 6 of it and now I see no problem trying to chase the lost 6 mbtc and if I loose the remaining 4 then obviously I deposited all the 10 mBTC because I don't mind too much loosing all of them while every mBTC is precious and I want to grab it back!

Honestly, the best way to make money from freebitcoin is affiliates and has always been affiliates. Think about it, this place gives out free money, it gives out free money in many many different forms, it gives money for people who gambled and you gain it, people who claim faucet and you gain from it, they do anything and you earn from it, on top of that you get free tickets for it as well.

Plus, it is insanely easy to convince people to join a website that gives out free money, some people feel like it doesn't worth it and they may leave (which you still gain while they are still there but stop when they leave) but some people find awesomeness of it and stay, some people even stop the faucet and start gambling. I have been an affiliate networker here for years and made more money from that alone than anything else I have ever made.
1385  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: February 16, 2020, 04:46:37 PM
I feel sad for the Manchester city players because those players go out there every game and try their best, I know they weren't really that good this year but they have absolutely no guilt at all for the things the teams management did. Now because of what the teams owners and other management did with the finances.

I understand they HAVE TO be punished and that is understandable but the players are stuck there now which did a bad thing, they should have rights to be going to any team they want without any transfer requirement, there are a lot of players who still have time on their contracts that can't leave the team because of the high cost, they should be allowed to go any other team they want this off season because of all the damages City basically did to their careers by not being on champions league.
1386  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: February 15, 2020, 05:25:03 PM
Pogba is not really what Real Madrid should be looking for, he is a good player but he is both a bit emotional and always gets injured as well. I think a better player for Madrid could be Kante like previously mentioned, dude has a high motor, constantly runs, be at the offense when attacking and be at defense when defending so much that he almost always has a shot at being the "player with most distance traveled" when the game ends, that is the type of player they should aim at.

If they want more talent and flair instead of just high motor or dedication, they could potentially look for somewhere closer to Modric style but I feel like they have enough talent on their team, they probably just need some sort of hard worker and even maybe a bit aggressive. I would say Arturo Vidal would have been perfect for them but he is at Barcelona.
1387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If google has its own crypto currency? on: February 15, 2020, 04:04:51 PM
Iif they ever thought of having their own coin, it will certainly be a coin for the elite that is highly centralized and be controlled by a few, Google is a huge company and i feel that unlike Facebook they will have the necessary approval to lunch the project, but will probably face few opposition from btc fans all over, but i don't think it can be a challenge to btc.
Yes and they also have to follow the rules being the biggest company on the planet and making their own crypto would probably be the last thought in their mind and talking of taking over bitcoins, no crypto would ever be able to take over bitcoins as long as bitcoin is there because these alts are known bywhats their value in bitcoins. As strong is USD in terms of currency similarly is bitcoins in the cryto market and there seems no one who can move bitcoins.

By the way I would be glad if google or someone can come up with a stable coin though because USDT is the alone leader in the market right now.
1388  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Project's website is asking private keys of the holders. on: February 15, 2020, 03:31:25 PM
It’s obviously a scam, any project asking for private key is a scam and you don’t need to be told to stay away from such scam project.
Yes and I was searching about this and found out that OP is not the only one to face issues from this ICO as you can see people commenting in their thread like what's the use of such a token when you can't move it from your wallet. But that said, the token seems to be dead already as the last post in their thread was months ago and there seems no proper communication from Volentix team.

The funniest part I see is where the OP asked I want to withdraw my tokens and the support was like Why? Lol, it is my tokens I don't need to give you a reason for moving my tokens.
1389  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Random coin picks experiment on: February 15, 2020, 02:49:48 PM
LOL.

This action was a stupid action for me, the risk more than a gamble risk. You should know more than 90-95% a cryptocurrency who got listed at coinmarketcap its shitcoin, based on that your chance was not good. Most of the picker from the script will choice a shitcoin, also marketcap can be manipulation by exchange bot.
Yes, because there are more and more exchanges too and even small exchanges are heavily listing coins just by taking some listing fees. I think this idea of buying all coins might work if you are trading on a reputed exchange like poloniex or binance because as per my estimation they will never add any coin just by taking some money, they might take money but they also do their due diligence.

Let us suppose every 1 coin out of 20 pumps hard and gets to 10 times it's value, now you have to agree that this will result is little or no profits because the other 19 coins are most probably going to be dust very soon. yes if you make some research and buy coins then it might be well worth it!
1390  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Illegal gambling in Asian football increased partly because of crypto? on: February 14, 2020, 07:12:01 PM
It doesn't sound good that crypto is being used by illegal gamblers but it is just a medium of exchange that any individual can spend like fiats. I guess they found crypto, being borderless and censorship resistant currency, more practical to use for gambling.
Yes you are right like hackers now a days use it for ransomware hacks. But on a flip-side, when bitcoins did not existed it's not that there were no crimes and we were living in the golden age. I mean hackers and gamblers will always find a too for their gambling for instance there was Liberty reserve earlier which was almost serving the purpose of bitcoins and now there is Perfectmoney but LR and PM both being controlled by some organizations will always have their limitations though.

What I mean to say is that we will always have a tool that people will use for gambler and other activities and I personally see no problem if someone earns money and gambles it, it's their money and hey should have the power to spend it.
1391  Economy / Gambling / Re: MintDice – Bitcoin Casino With Online Slots, Bitcoin Crash & Bitcoin Investment on: February 14, 2020, 03:56:19 PM
^^Is there any ETA on the 2.0 version? We have heard about it for a while now and I can't wait! Cheesy. I know I have liked every single thing mintdice has done so far and when you increase the expectations like that, it is very very difficult for you guys.

Like you could make a pretty decent update and I could still be disappointing, why? Because I am expecting the worlds from you so if you do even a decent one, that wouldn't be enough to keep me happy at this point, lol. All jokes aside, your track record makes people be more hyped about a crypto casino update than needed be, I am not 100% sure whats being developed neither so I don't even know what to expect or what type of improvements there will be, so I simply just assume this awesome website was just the 1.0 and we are going to get something even more awesome, don't think any further than that.
1392  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: February 14, 2020, 06:26:49 AM
I took the Nuggets to upset the Lakers tonight. I think Jokic has been playing great recently and it's always tough traveling to Denver.
Sadly to say that they've loss in the overtime, AD and LeBron's combo manage to snatced this game from the Nuggets, The power duo
bring the game in their shoulders to lift the entire team in winning this game.
It's almost a good catch for you if Nuggets manage to continue the rally from the third period, but Lakers able to catch up and win.
Jokic is a very very smart player but people forget about the fact that dude is not ripped at all or not even as athletic as any other center of this era. He is a modern day player with his "point center" type of amazing passes, he has great handles, however when it comes to running or jumping type of physical attributes dude lacks a lot.

AD abused that late in the game and even during OT, AD also realized whenever he was outside Jokic didn't came out that much, so he shot couple of threes as well. However this game goes to Lebron easily, dude played like the Lebron we all know and brought the game home, he may have missed the last shot at the end of regular time but he was the one that brought the game all the way there as well so it was ok for him to miss it.
1393  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Hits Fresh Yearly Highs, Profit Taking Push the Price Below $10000 on: February 14, 2020, 05:56:13 AM
In 2017 we were focusing on too much about adoption and just using it everywhere, there was ton of new people and all of them came here to either make a profit or spend it somewhere like simple stuff such as paying your bills with it etc.

Nowadays we got smarter, we want bitcoin to be money itself and we want it to be used everywhere, but the main reason people use it is to get richer, they want to buy bitcoin low and sell it high so they could have more fiat currency in their real wallets. So now in the past 3 years, instead of using it on amazon, steam, microsoft or whatever, we have actually hyped the financial institutions with it, the wall streets of the world because that is where bitcoin could actually find itself a home and be adopted heavily as well.
1394  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin won't surge past 11k, your thoughts... on: February 14, 2020, 05:03:55 AM
Bitcoins all time high of this year is all set to stop according to the indication, there was a massive pump from the last week which crossed $800 in a week was really amazing from BTC. Here I will share a link where it clearly shows that BTC won't go beyond 11k. Guys kindly share your thoughts.
https://www.newsbtc.com/2020/02/13/bitcoin-wont-surge-past-11k-just-yet/amp/
Right now, price is at around $10.1k for example, closer to $10.2k , do you really think that when price moved from all the way down from 7k to now today over $10k, it can't just go another 800 dollars? That would be less than 10% increase, more like a 7%-8% increase to reach there, I doubt the price could move 40%+ in 1.5 months but then get stuck at the last 8% increase.

I am not saying it will definitely break $11k and even be $100k or something like that here, but the idea that "won't" past $11k is a bit weird since that is the more likely thing to happen compared to price starting to go down suddenly without any reason at all. I can't believe people who think the reversal of market movement is more likely than the current market movements because they feel like it.
1395  Economy / Speculation / Re: Tone Vays Stands by $4K Bitcoin Price Pre-Halving Prediction on: February 13, 2020, 06:42:28 PM
If you check previous articles about Tone Vays and his predictions, you will realize that he had some right ones and some wrong ones. Nobody in the world could be 100% right all the time without ever being wrong (at least that is what I think) but at the same time Tone Vays is a liked person with a good track record so I would give him benefit of the doubt.

Maybe he saw something that we are not seeing right now. I personally said the same thing about the halving for example, the current new machines are making difficulty go higher but thanks to them being bigger in hashes the people who will have the new machines will probably make a profit even if the halving happens and drops in half for mined coins. So the idea that "price has to double to cover the difference" is just wrong if you ask me.
1396  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Another wallet key lost. on: February 13, 2020, 06:05:12 PM
Yesterday someone I knew uninstalled his wallet from his android phone mistakenly and he told me to help him recover his wallet but guess what? he did not write out the wallet recovery phrase, the wallet consist of 640$ worth of bitcoin, he was broken, felt pity for him, how can someone not take recovery seed serious? that's what came out of my mouth, Really I felt pity for him because he went through a lot to gather that bitcoin, people need to start taking wallet keys or phrases very serious, newbies should please understand that without these keys you lose your money, time and energy
Someone you knew? Why didn’t you teach them about the recovery phrase? From the way you explained this I guess he was still a newbie and maybe didn’t know about the recovery phrase. This is the reason newbies shouldn’t make use of wallets that are made for people that are already experienced enough. They should be making use of online wallets like Coinbase, Blockchain, Xapo and the rest of them, these are the wallets that newbies should be using. With these wallets they will just have to create their wallet and login anytime with their email and even when they forget their passwords they will still be able to recover it with the same email they have created it with.

But, if it’s offline wallets that requires recovery phrase you’re likely to lose your coins. As a newbie I used Xapo and I made the mistake of losing my password several times and Xapo saved my life. I only started to use wallets like BitPay and Exodus after I have got much experience.
1397  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coins do you Hold ? on: February 13, 2020, 04:54:43 PM
There are lots of good coins that you can hold, but before you choose any coins, despite that you’re newbie, you will still have to do strong research about them before you choose. And I will advise you to start with those top coins in the market.

You can check out Coinmarketcap.com and you will see a lot of coins and see how they are all ranked. You should go for the ones that are ranked top, maybe the top twenty list. And as for my recommendation: the first coin should always be Bitcoin, apart from that you can add altcoins – Ethereum, Litecoin, Ethereum Classic, Bitcoin Cash, Ripple, Stellar, Monero, Zcash, Ripple, ChainLink, Basic Attention Token (BAT), and NEO. You should check up on these ones I have mentioned and know what would be best for you.

There have been lots of speculations surrounding Bitcoin as of late, that there is going to be a bull run. If that happens, some of these coins like Ethereum will go up with it, and they are already doing that.
1398  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [POLL] How diversified are you in Altcoins in Q1 2020? on: February 13, 2020, 03:33:13 PM
I hold the majority of my crypto funds in Bitcoin, and I keep around 25-30% of the rest in Altcoins, though I would not say there's a fixed percentage of my portfolio consisting of alts because I manage it very often and the number can go down or up at any moment depending on my personal analysis. Of the alts that I own, none of them are what you might call lower-cap coins, and a few of them would be ETH, LTC and XMR. I've maintained largely the same basic portfolio setup since 2016, but it's been producing great returns for me consistently since then, so I see no reason why I should change it now.
You should never change your portfolio but you should try to add on some more beneficial coins. You are investing into cryptos since 2016 and from that time a number of potential coins have hit the markets which have also gained huge prices. You should have added those coins to your portfolio. Maybe you could devote 5 to 10% of your total capital into such coins and rest as your have already planned.

It is good to see that most of the people prefer holding majority of bitcoins in their portfolio. This is something which would be beneficial for the price of bitcoins as the majority of holders, the more demand it would get which would lead for a better price in the nearly approaching future.
1399  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE.me - Crypto Casino 🎰 Now Accepting EOS | Roll Hunt | Bonuses on: February 13, 2020, 02:17:22 PM
Sports is also quite wildly unpredictable and bookies don't always give you odds according to stats, but also according to margins and how people bet. For example if a lot of people are betting on one team in a normal sided game, bookies tend to drop the odds more and more to protect themselves against risk.
They do drop the odds a lot but at the same time any team has a chance to lose at any moment. So, let's assume people see that Real Madrid is playing some third league team on cup and it is obvious that they are going to destroy them, and 99 out of 100 times they do destroy them, the odds are literally at 1.03 or maybe even lower for Madrid for that game and maybe like 10+ odds for the other team, seen as high as 44.00 once for example on some Brazilian game, the sport book does lose money 99 times out of 100 but that 1 of it makes up for ALL the losses they endured and even makes on top of it because the odds are so low that they don't play too much when Madrid wins, yet they do make all of it when they lose. That is literally the "house edge" of sportsbooks, not as obvious as dice games but its there.
1400  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: February 12, 2020, 07:01:39 PM
I think freebitco.in moved away from free part a bit because it is getting more and more attention from the gamblers nowadays. Of course, there are a lot of people who do not spend a single dime and never deposit yet still lurk around trying to make the most out of everything on freebitcoin but that doesn't change the fact that there was a lot of them back in the day and now the ratio of people who deposit to people who don't must be changing a lot. Even if it moved from 5% to 10% that is a big change for freebitcoin, and it looks like the number could be even higher in reality by the look of the numbers.

I can't say if the people who come here for gambling managed to be biggest number and maybe free ones are still the bigger piece but I am sure the gambler number must be higher than say a year ago or further back.
