141  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Nigeria is now the No.2 bitcoin market on: December 21, 2020, 07:03:10 PM
If they can reach #2 without the government's support can you imagine how much help they will be giving it to them. By way of law and through attracting foreign investments which will help them exponentially just by showing that the government is supporting a certain industry it simply boost everyone's confidence about using it more and more since they know that it is legal and they have the assurance that noting will happen to their assets.
142  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Help with Crypto Signals on: December 21, 2020, 06:32:48 PM
Just always take their analysis with a grain of salt since there is really no 100% accurate analysis or at least one without any kind of bias/hidden agenda in mind. Also I don't consider the analysis in tradingview as dome kind of trading signal website because they are not one, I consider them as some kind of thought sharing website where you can confirm what they are trying to analyze and maybe debate on the different things you are seeing which could be a lot if you know technical analysis.
143  Economy / Economics / Re: A reward system for Covid Free people.... on: December 21, 2020, 05:39:11 PM
Only if countries can this be rich that they would have enough budget to reward people following protocols as well have decent allocation for the healthcare and future needs, we wouldn't have this kind of problem in the first place at all if officials have listened to early warnings about a new spread of a virus happening but no no they only see the economy and things in between now majority of their citizens are suffering without any pay and more reliance to the government which the government can't give. Having some kind of rewards might just be wishful thinking from us.
144  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: NYC Residents on: December 21, 2020, 05:14:51 PM
From what I know residents in the New York have a special license if he/she wants to do business related to cryptocurrencies so maybe you should have this first known if you have one or not because I don't think you can start or even plan a foundation of some sort related to cryptocurrencies if you don't have the license to do so. Also you won't be finding any devs or invesfors with what you have posted since it lacks information needed to get them interested in joining.
145  Economy / Speculation / Re: Covid 2.0 UK has suffered massively and BTC is dropping on: December 21, 2020, 04:37:39 PM
I am really not sure what's going around, Are billionaires spreading rumours to make vaccines demand? To me it looks like BTC will go down slowly from now, what's your opinion guys.

I don't think this is a correct assumption especially if we have 7+ big pharma producing their own COVID vaccines with different price points. They can't really do anything about the demand at this point when the supply itself is enough for everyone to have. For the numbers or the increasing of it in the UK how did you assume that the numbers they are giving you about the rise of infected is fake? I mean you might not see it but for sure people in your country gets tested everyday and this alone is enough to determine if this person is infected or not.
146  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Received my first product purchased through bitcoin today on: December 21, 2020, 04:00:01 PM
Kinda sad though that it almost took 2 months after your purchase before you get the actual magazine itself. Magazines should be give during the month in order for you to get the latest and up to date information and news and what is happening during that time. Right now reading a magazine that is saying news from October is really not news anymore. Maybe they should improve on their logistics side of end. Maybe if they improve this side their sales might even increase because of that.
147  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2020-12-11] Why 2021 Is Set To Be Even Bigger For Bitcoin on: December 21, 2020, 03:39:04 PM
It is sad that the article is generally highlighting Bitcoin's price movement but only mentioned a few things about Bitcoin being adopted as a payment system which is one of the main goals for us Bitcoin users. I think if we focus more on mass adoption rather than price movement we will still benefit from both since if Bitcoin will be accepted by the majority then we can expect that the demand will also increase thus affecting the price as well. Right now the article just looks like it is speculating the price movement next.
148  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Money laundering via BTC on: December 21, 2020, 01:00:52 PM
It's not easy to launder money in Bitcoin anymore even if you transfer it via mixer you are still gonna liquidate it in fiat currency which the authorities will definitely question where it come from. Authorities always track the movement of your money especially the taxing department you have and aml compliance department you have. Coming from a unknown Bitcoin transaction and then converting it to fiat currency will definitely make your fiat currency more suspicious to them.
149  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: December 21, 2020, 12:24:11 PM
Guy, what do you think about Rudy Gobert’s 5-year, $205 million contracts?

I think this is one of the biggest contracts in the upcoming season right now, What do you think? does it worth it, to pay this big man that high?

Too big for me but certainly this is big for someone who just specialize in defense. Certainly this is the price the Utah Jazz has to pay in order for them not to lose Gobert but for me I won't be paying this much when he is not my mvp or something that would help me win the championship. Maybe the Utah Jazz are just losing options that is why they are forced to have this decision. On the other hand if a contract has been made I think both parties have agreed to this decision and maybe they are happy with it.
150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: December 21, 2020, 11:56:38 AM
And Lazio has beaten Napoli 2-0. It's a long time we didn't have Juve-Milan-Inter in the top of the league  Smiley.

Actually the only thing that was missing in the past years is AC Milan. Inter and Juve are are always there while AC Milan ever since Berlusconi sold all their star players after selling the team entirely have been a bad team. I feel bad for AC Milan and its fans since they have to undergo seasons of poor performances and as well a try-out of different managers as well as players and all of it didn't work out well for them. Maybe if Milan will continue their performance they really have a chance to have a huge improvement in terms of player transfers for next season.
151  Other / Meta / Re: Newbies account upgrade on: December 20, 2020, 11:45:19 PM
It's either you pay for the copper membership or you just wait for 30 days and get 1 merit and don't pay anything at all. If you aren't here promoting anything like any other new account have I think it is best if you just wait it out since merit will always come to a sensible and helpful post you will be creating. For a newbie it might seem to be a tough mountain to climb but the truth is its really not something that will burden you forever.
152  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is this a scam? on: December 20, 2020, 09:54:11 PM
The video looks very bad and unprofessional, and just like others here I'm sure it's a scam. Of course, someone could get particularly lucky once and win a lot, but then it would make the big media news, and this person wouldn't be able to help anyone else to anything. Plus, Bitcoin transactions are transparent, so a real winner could give links to deposits and withdrawals at least, whereas making fake screenshots is something a middle school kid could do.
There's a lot of scam in the crypto world, so one has to be very cautious. If it looks fishy, it's not worth the risk.

If you will focus on the content alone you will see that it is really a scam, just like what I have said in my previous statement people who are selling something that has already work for them won't really ask money in exchange for what they are doing I even doubt that they will make their strategy public because chances are it won't be working for him if a lot of people already knows it. Remember that gambling is always a game of chance and it is purely luck no matter how convincing he showed the transaction it is not a proof of a winning strategy.
153  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk on Bitcoin: "Bitcoin is almost as bs as fiat money" on: December 20, 2020, 09:12:56 PM
I think he made it clear in his replies after that he is trolling, he specifically said "come for the comments, stay for the memes" in one of his tweets which I suspect he is trying to point out that he is just there trolling. Other people pointed out his "former ceo of dogecoin" which he is not so he is clearly trolling around people here. Elon Musk from what I know in the past years is a believer in cryptocurrency so I don't think he is really trying to say Bitcoin is BS.
154  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2020-12-17] IRS is trapping bitcoin and altcoin investors on 2020 tax form on: December 20, 2020, 07:09:39 PM
Won't this be counted as double taxation already if they did this? If they taxed the capital gains of the foreign users then the users will also be paying their capital gains tax on their own domestic country which would certainly be unfair for the foreign users. IRS should think about a just way on implementing some kind of tax not a way to burden them with the same kind of tax which the users will literally won't earn anything because of it, they might not even have this kind of jurisdiction when it comes to taxing foreign users.
155  Economy / Economics / Re: The Way how things are going and fiat and crypto on: December 20, 2020, 06:09:37 PM
Why would the eliminate something that has a lot of value for them? If we are talking about digitalization of cash then a lot of governments are already doing it but completely eliminating it I don't think that the government will likely do this move as immediately the economy will be affected with this action. Not unless they just go for some kind of digital version of their fiat currency which is backed by the current supply of their own fiat currency I don't think something else will work for them.
156  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: December 20, 2020, 05:03:36 PM
Juventus is giving me a hard time lately and I believe this is the sign I have to bet them winning Champions League this season! Odds are pretty good @ 13 and I will try my luck! You read it here first! Juventus will win CL!

That is kinda something that is hard to believe especially if you think about Juventus having a hard time especially when Juventus plays poorly after the group stages. Even the teams like Ajax and Lyon are something that Juventus can easily beat but surprisingly they start not to convert anything which is sad for one of the most competitive teams in Italy. Maybe they need to change something in order to improve on these certain situations if they ever want to win the CL final again.
157  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: benito wallet on: December 20, 2020, 04:04:08 PM
OP's last active right after he posted this thread so I don't think he is really interested in talking about his wallet but he is mainly here just for the purposes of promoting the website and not to answer any of your concern. Maybe he just wanted people to know that this kind of website exists and with various red flags he might just be waiting for some people to get scammed by him.
158  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: CONFESSION TIME: I SOLD TOO EARLY on: December 20, 2020, 03:35:09 PM
It really wasn't too obvious that Bitcoin will be the one going up since other altcoins was going with the same flaw Bitcoin is doing, the only difference is Bitcoin did it faster maybe it is because all of the eyes are focus on Bitcoin and that is including big companies who are buying in the action. However I do believe that Bitcoin's price action right now is something that won't be holding in a long duration especially when it is the start of people actually seeing profit from the price Bitcoin currently has so I won't be surprise when Bitcoin will go down as soon as the first big sell order starts.
159  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: December 20, 2020, 03:12:27 PM
Sassuolo vs AC Milan that would very interesting match I placed my bet on AC Milan because they will try to keep their momentum up by adding 3 points to get more strong position. Now they have more high chance of winning as per my opinion so let's see how they will perform today.
Milan is leading with 2 goals to 0 vs Sassuolo in the first half. Seeing the stats Sassuolo seems to be ruling the game but failing so far to score.
Inter 0-0 Spezia until now, that result is good for Juve tho Wink

One thing I notice about the first half is Sassuolo most of the time is dominating the ball with a lot of opportunities to score bad they end up not converting any goal. Milan on the other hand in the first half barely even have the ball but the good thing is both Leao and Saelamaekers converted with their goals. Game is not yet finish though so there is still a chance that this might end in a draw or Milan losing if they keep this kind of pace where they won't dominate the ball.
160  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]Canelo Alvarez vs Callum Smith Super Middleweight Title on: December 20, 2020, 02:04:26 PM
I'm astounded by Canelo's performance, there was a time between the break that he is not sitting down to rest Callum is known as a volume puncher he holds the record for that, but on this fight he cannot pour his volume punches because of Canelo's volume punching, Callum is a big man in the ring but Canelo's performance dwarf him, now Golovkin and Alvarez is on a trilogy right now.

Still Canelo's performance was not 100% satisfactory. He was landing accurate punches, so I will not claim that he was rusty after such a long break. But then, Callum Smith looked out of sorts and I expected Canelo to end up with a KO by the 6th or 7th round. Perhaps there was not enough power in Canelo's punches and that enabled him to survive till the end. On the other hand, GGG got a KO a few days back (vs Kamil Szeremeta).

Hmm I wouldn't say that he is "rust" but more careful in this fight. If you can see Callum Smith is taller compared to Canelo Alvarez and I think this is the first time he fought against a tall boxer like this and there are certain boxing techniques he can't apply in taller boxers because his punches and defense would need to have a different angle in order to land. This is what happened against Pacquiao vs. Margarito where Pacquiao had a hard time landing punches on the earlier round. So at least that is how a view things during that fight, if it weren't for the height disadvantage we won't see this kind of different style with Canelo.
