While allowing to continue operating, exchanges will accept certain restrictions to prevent over-speculation. Transparency reduces uncertainly, translating to rising price. I don't see anything there about the PBOC saying anything... This isn't "exchanges and pboc reach agreement". This is "exchanges write note to beg and plead PBOC one last time". |

I'd reccomend waiting for confirmed mid-trend reversal, or you could use a phased buy-in strategy where you buy in $250 per week for the next 20 weeks. Coinbase has some feature to do something like that I think.

You can't trust: Day-trading is zero sum game. Your win is somebody's loss, everybody is your competitor, all predictions are made to benefit predictors and therefore to harm you. Even is somebody gives correct call, it is just a bait, to gain your trust and to rob you later on.
You can trust: Bitcoin is different. In long term it's positive sum game, because it grows exponentially. We are all want bitcoin to succeed, we are collaborators here, rather than competitors, so you can trust long-term (and some mid-term) predictions. Only short-term predictions should not be trusted.
Stop spreading lies. Not all traders are on here to try to manipulate people. When I make a prediction, it is because I honestly believe it, and not for a personal gain. I do not even believe that I have the ability to effect the market. |

I don't think of the upcoming drop so much as a prediction, but as a painfully obvious feature of the chart that I thought we all agreed on.
bitcoin will drop because chart?! stick a fork in them! the bears are done! Yes... when have I ever made a prediction based on anything other than the chart? It is true that sometimes I try to speculate about some factors that might be responsible for the trend on the chart, but I am always primarily about the chart especially when projecting the next movement. |
