News just hit WSJ with 'software bug' in second sentence.
http://online.wsj.com/news/articles/SB10001424052702304104504579374410182920576

Expect more panic waves.

Neah , those news are already digested. If there will be a panic wave it will be when gox finally closes down.
14062  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 10, 2014, 11:34:16 AM
Could be typical crash behavior, meaning another small wave of dump, followed by a sideways movement

This is my opinion also. I believe that most of the fun is over , for today. This unless the geniuses at magical gox do another crazy stunt.
14063  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 10, 2014, 11:30:28 AM
First wave of panicking is almost over.

Now , the second wave will be a panic buy or another dump ?

Where are the bulls today?  Tongue

 Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

DISCLAIMER: under normal circumstances I am a bull  Cool

There are lots of bulls , but are busy sending money to bitstamp to get their hoof on the so called "cheap coins".
14065  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 10, 2014, 11:19:38 AM
FINALLY I BOUGHT AT THE RIGHT TIME.

I can't believe it. Nailed that dip at 560! I am so psyched!

Dip was $110 Cheesy

I believe after that incident a lot of people would move fiat to btc-e to put ~100$ buyorders, just in case Cheesy

Happy accidents happen once , bad ones a few times more.

Stompix: Bitcoin going forward is about mainstream adoption. Some cunt running an exchange like this and crashing the whole market for personal profit is simply going to keep new faces firmly out of bitcoin. Why bother dipping one's toe into bitcoin when the price fluctuates so wildly? Congrats to those with orders set at 100$ - and those few people who sold out to buy again lower. But it all comes at the expense long term of success for the currency.

Things like this did happen in the past.
Mtgox managed to crash it even better a long time ago.

But this didn't stop bitcoin not it's adoption in 2013.
We'll get over it soon.
14067  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 10, 2014, 11:16:29 AM
why is it going back up?
bull trap or recovery?
bull trap at 540? or should we really be buying??

Quality panicking here Smiley , enjoying the popcorn. (I actually do have a bag full of popcorn).
14068  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 10, 2014, 11:13:32 AM
BULLS ? WHERE ARE YOU STUPID BULLS ?
Bitcoin cultists and good newslers are pissing themselves while I am bathing in blood. Cheesy

So , that treatment is still working for you , Elizabeth Bathory?
14069  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 10, 2014, 11:11:14 AM
Bitcoin can't afford this shit now, being in the press spotlight.

It has been through worse. And also here we consider always bad publicity as good.
14070  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 10, 2014, 11:09:52 AM
pls let me buy for 100

Can't you wait till tomorrow? =)))
14071  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 10, 2014, 11:09:02 AM
Not sure why you are all cheering, that is mainstream adoption set back another 12-24 months at least.

Follow the btc history and count the crashes. We're already 10-20 years behind schedule if you believe that.
14072  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 10, 2014, 11:07:17 AM
Here is your opportunity to buy, panics like these dont happen very often, i hope you had your bid orders in place if you missed the last china panic

I for one hope this kind of panic , which is just a mix of FUD and failure from a certain exchanger won't happen again.
It's an artificial panic dump and I have the bad Feeling it was all planned.
14073  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 10, 2014, 11:04:54 AM
dogecoin is actually holding steady lol

thats pretty funny

It's holding steady against the btc price , that means is falling just as fast.
14074  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 10, 2014, 11:02:24 AM
If 550 breaks on Stamp, I am not sure how low it will go.

There is always a minimum and a maximum.. Smiley I should put some orders at 3 cents.
14075  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 10, 2014, 10:59:57 AM
Who would sell until 102? Panic?
And btw, FUCK GOX!

Probably somebody panicking and dumping more than the order book could take at that moment.
14076  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 10, 2014, 10:54:55 AM
Holly crap. Look at btc-e.
14077  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 10, 2014, 10:53:37 AM
Guys... whats the realistic chances we get our fiat back from exchanges if the market collapses and there is bank run.

If you want to get your cash back from gox , probably close to 0.
If from bitstamp i think it's over 90%.
14078  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 10, 2014, 10:51:48 AM
My transfer just hit Bitstamp.

Time to buy, guys!

Didn't you hear that bitcoin is broken? Why are you willing to buy?
Everybody runnnnn Smiley)
14079  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 10, 2014, 10:50:28 AM
650 STAMP WALL DOWN... NEXT STOP 600

You go first... sell all of your bitcoins.
14080  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 10, 2014, 10:47:58 AM
If Bitcoin is actually broken then it good news for none of us. The exchanges might even run with our money. Do we have a word from the dev team yet?

It's not bitcoin that is broken, it's the "custom" piece of junk that MtGox is running.
