I'm not trying to be the guy who spreads FUD or something negative but let us be realistic here, centralized and regulated coins have a higher chance to get famous and succeed more than those decentralized ones. Bitcoin became famous because it is the first cryptocurrency and it sparks the era of crypto. Today, it's all about sticking to those who are more likely to succeed. I do not like the government nosing around me but investment wise, it's good.

New ICOs are basically free cash. Since it is not heavily regulated, those scams could just get away with it without getting caught. Just looked what happened last year. Most of ICOs are either dead by now or scams. It's sad that there's no way to stop them because this is a free forum.

There's no way cryptocurrency would end as long as there is the internet. There are actually a lot of people using it to their convenience and that it proves its worth to be anonymous when it comes to transactions. I myself find it very good when it comes to paying and transacting. Cryptocurrency will evolve even further in my opinion and just as you said, more people will use it.

It's just mostly one of these reasons:
1. They(one of both parties) simply dislike the volatile nature of bitcoin 2. Because most of the countries can use PayPal anyway 3. They aren't willing to learn about new tech that they probably think is unnecessary
I'm pretty sure freelancers can demand BTC anyway if they're allowed to(unless they're using freelance sites like Fiverr).
I'd say the main reason was that those companies that hire freelancers hate the fact that Bitcoin's volatility is high. It changes from time to time and that it could affect the payment. The transaction is not the problem, it is actually convenient. It's just the volatility.

It can either be a good or a bad choice. It really depends on your strategy. Most people holding their assets for a certain period of years while people hold to make a profit base on their percentage. It also depends on when you hold. If you didn't sell when Bitcoin was at its peak in 2017, then it's a long lost for you. If you hold during 2010-2017, then it's a great profit.

It is true. Most transactions in the dark web are made using Bitcoin before the year 2017. It is not famous enough to be noticed by the public hence making it a good way for illegal transactions to be made. But now, I think they've migrated to Monero now since it is more anonymous.

Don't be fooled by anyone. Anything could still happen in cryptocurrency. It might still go down but the chances of it happening are still very small. Well, this is definitely a good time to buy if you compare the price from the years before. I would say try some altcoins like monero, doge, and eth. This 3 would surely get you some decent profit in my opinion.

Bounty hunters value personal information rather than those shitty coins that don't even guarantee a profit. I'm a bounty hunter myself and I don't want my information to leak. Who knows what they will do to it. They might sell my information to someone or something without me knowing.

Hey, as long as we are getting free money from it, I'm not going to complain lol. It's probably going to be another Bitcoin cash where they will shill it and make tons of money. To be honest, I don't even know who this guy is. But I guess he's pretty famous.

In my opinion, the regulation would help Bitcoin grow even further. Yes, it is a decentralized currency but that doesn't guarantee anything even if it is being used by many. Regulations would really help investors and users alike to clear some of their fears when using Bitcoin

I guess that the criminals decided to use Monero, Dash, ZCash or other anonymous crypto currencies, because their transactions can't be tracked. Yes, Bitcoin is quite transparent crypto currency, so BTC is trusted by many people.
Anyways, I think that the overall dark market was not reduced, but illegal activities are paid in other coins. Therefore currently the most of Bitcoin transactions are made by speculators.
I agree with this one. There are a lot of cryptocurrencies that surpasses Bitcoin when it comes to speed, usability, and anonymity. I heard that they mostly use doge coin and monero now because they can't trace. Although Bitcoin is pretty famous around, it wasn't really completely anonymous.

I totally agree with Brewmaster. Dominance statistics that came from coinmarketcap is fake. It's full of crappy coins with billions and billions of supplies. We can't deny that no matter what the statistics say, Bitcoin is still dominant in all aspect as altcoins still rely on it.

Thanks for the encouragement. I was also a victim of the dumping but I still got some of it. Just like you said, even though we are experiencing huge market loss compared to last year right now, I am still optimistic and I found another opportunity for me. Thank you

A lot are still probably holding from 2017 because they've lost so much. Most of the time, people invest because they are expecting a profit, if they missed the chance, they would hold to avoid losses when selling. There's a difference between a supporter and a holder.

It's not a bull. Please stop comparing this to an actual bull. This is just a trap to lure people like you. Look at how the price jumps suddenly, it's not natural. The only reason why altcoin jumps too is that their price is connected to Bitcoin. Wait for a week or two, it will dump again. Let's see.

Don't get your hopes up for now. This might be another trap set by those whales. Remembered when we reached $4,000? People thought that might be the start of a good thing but it didn't last long and plunged again to $3,300. Let's wait for another week if this will last enough or those whales would exit again.

What? "I don’t believe we shouldn’t teach kid about money, we should be encourage them to earn money." -Well, they have the right to know things and teaching about money doesn't really affect them. But why encourage them to earn money at an early stage? They are not even physically capable of doing work, how can you expect them to do well mentally. They are kids, they shouldn't worry about what the adults are doing, they should enjoy their innocence as much as possible. How can you expect kids to understand Bitcoin if even the adults don't want to? It's too complicated for them. You are speaking nonsense. "Kids shouldn’t go to school and learn the same repetitive education that trained them to be slave, like lawyers, accountant, doctor, they should be earning their own bitcoin too." - That education creates a society, how can you expect a society to function if all people do it earn Bitcoin? You view children as a laborer. Please stop. You are speaking nonsense.

I've been there and it is so frustrating. It just shows how powerless bounty hunters are. Those projects are getting free advertisement by paying us tokens that don't have any value that they've created from the air at all. The humor here is good mate. Super relatable.
