Sorry that you fell victim to a scam but you should always do due diligence and research before investing your money/Bitcoin in anything.

Some Cloud Mining sites have long been suspected of being ponzi scams.

1442  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: How can we create a provably fair Ponzi Game ? on: January 16, 2015, 01:40:06 AM
You cannot. The operator could easily invest their own money into the ponzi from various addresses, knowing that they would have the money returned to them even if they have to payout to other investors. If they do not receive enough money then they simply run away with their own money plus the money of their other investors.

Dont you think that the same probability exists for a dice site as well that accepts invetment in bank roll ? If players win against their odds, they can also run away with all the investments. They can play in their own website knowing the seed. In fact, Dicebitco.in did the same. In Ponzi game, there is no seed. The probaility is 100% real - "Whether there will be a next investor or not". So, how can it not be provably fair ?

You cant make provably fair unfair site.

Please explain...

Ponzis won't qualify as being provably fair

1445  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: How much did you lose through Cryptodouble ? on: January 15, 2015, 06:57:12 PM
The best part is the idiots that come and complain after they fell for an obvious scam. Even with ALL the warnings.

200% for free? What could go wrong!?  Huh Huh
dont say that you are not interested in free and easy money and never invested in ponzi or something

I have NEVER put money into a ponzi. There is no such thing as free or easy money. I use my brain. If I want to gamble for money, I play for fun. If I need money, I work a job.
1446  Economy / Gambling / Re: Suggest me good gambling site. on: January 15, 2015, 06:55:46 PM
Betchain has some fun games. Blackjack and roulette

1448  Other / Meta / Re: Trial Subforum for Ponzi's/HYIP on: January 15, 2015, 06:41:33 PM
Agree with the idea

All of the ponzis that were sent to games and rounds died instantly. The idea that a separate board would give ponzis legitimacy is ridiculous. By allowing them to be in forum at all gives them the same legitimacy

Sending them to a ponzi subforum would free up the gambling space clutter and spam. And if there happens to be a paying, legitimate ponzi (there won't) it can rise to the top of the ponzi subforum for 'investors'.
1449  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: [ANN] DoubleMybits.com | 100% Automatic | 140% Payout |4% referral Bonus on: January 15, 2015, 06:58:39 AM

How does the site work?
You can make a deposit between 0.1 BTC and 1.0 BTC, payments are made using future users deposits at a rate of 140%, once the weekly game has ended one final payment will be made to the amount of users there are enough bitcoin to cover, the last investors of each week take the highest gamble.

Still a ponzi
Due to the fact that "payments are made using future users deposits" ? So a dice site that pays out using past users deposits is not?

Dice sites have a house edge so mathematically they are winners in the long run.

You are offering 140% of payout + taking fees. This is unsustainable for a long duration and will lead to collapse and high probability of remaining funds being stolen.

Plus we don't know if you are using alternate BTC addresses to place and take funds for yourself. There is no way to verify. No PROVABLY FAIR method exists for ponzi.
1450  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Ponzi Control Idea: Keep bumping legit threads from your fav. sites! on: January 15, 2015, 06:34:10 AM
If the ponzi operators are bumping their threads repeatedly within 24 hours, they will be banned so make sure to report their posts if you see this kind of activity.
1451  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Bugs in ponzi script. on: January 15, 2015, 04:26:49 AM
They must likely got banned for bumping their thread (only 1 every 24 hours is allowed) and posting off topic stuff.
on his profile says multiple threads.
I see nextponzi tried to make one thread per game (they have two games) and got banned for it

They tried to make way more they two. They would lock one and open up another. They had multiple threads on the front page. Trying to create extra exposure.

Probably made a new account and started another ponzi in the meantime though.

1455  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Looking to purchase 4BTC but cash strapped**seller hasn't sent BTC possible scam on: January 14, 2015, 06:46:30 PM
Any update?

I opened a dispute and can escalate it to a claim after 3PM EST on Friday...will update thread.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to approach this...I plan to call them right after escalating to a claim. Should I say exactly what it was and that I was unaware of the digital goods policy, and even send them this thread to see he is clearly scamming?

Or say that I didn't notice his note and that I was actually expecting physical goods, maybe physical bitcoins? I really have no idea what the best approach is.

You can say whatever it was. Just say you were duped and he took your money. But you have to CALL. They will shut you down through dispute. Say it was a computer mining contract and they never came through and lead you along. Be honest and say you got screwed and need help.
1456  Economy / Gambling / Re: •••• COINICHIWA • SUPER FAST ROLLS • 1% EDGE • JACKPOT •••• on: January 14, 2015, 01:53:04 AM
i see bet but no mention of jackpot win

i dont see anywhere on site mention or data showing 1.23 was won.

I was actually the one who won this jackpot -- I've gone ahead and revealed the server seed, so you can check:

The progressive jackpot is rather silly imo (rewards min-bets, and becomes +EV at a certain threshold) but the site owner is honest, and honored all my withdrawals and bug bounty. I've used a few different accounts, and have verified every roll/jackpot without issue.

Very nice win. How often are jackpots distributed?
1457  Economy / Gambling / Re: www.Buttcoins.com Free BTC, LTC, DOGE and CLAM Lotto! Official thread! on: January 13, 2015, 11:21:47 PM

Michaeladair you got kicked in the face! Told you this guy ain't paying out shit! He also deleted all of my posts.

Anyone who sent anyone negative rep because you believed Plutonium was going to pay you out is now screwed over.

I should have made the bet with Michael yesterday. I would have won today 😀
Yeah, I get kicked in the face a lot for trusting humanity. It's one of my flaws.
I just don't see how disbelief to all that has not a lot of proof is a good way to go about life.

Yet you're STILL promoting and supporting other ponzis??  Huh
1459  Economy / Gambling / Re: what kind of gambling site do you feel the community is missing? on: January 13, 2015, 10:22:44 PM
also a good RPG with some betting options to get extra equipment, skills, etc. may be a good go. Seen so far a couple of ideas (e.g., based on game of thrones series), but they were still not good enough. It requires however substantial preparation of the story.

Dragon's Tale is a RPG with BTC but not really anything with battling or equipment.
