Thanks for the reset. If you could add ethereum, we would donate frequently.
Your site is by far the best compared to cryptowat.ch and TradingView. Simple but it runs circles around all other giants.
A Masterpiece.

Your website (probably the api connection) is down across several exchanges. You may want to look into it.
Thanks for your hard work if you are still there.

Thanks Xian,
In the papers from BFL vs Kansas you can see just how little "shit" we were all full of. They repeated the same terms that we had endlessly talked about on this forum.
See, official documents making fools out of BFL...and forcing them into agreeing to terms of a reputable business.
I am sure there are others climbing out of the woodwork to do the "trolling" for us.

We obviously knew there would be a settlement of some type. Usually with the FTC there is some promise to discontinue behavior that is publicly acknowledged, but I doubt all the good details will see the light of day.
I'm hoping for criminal trial of some sort so that if anything there are more facts put out. Plus it would be nice to see someone end up jailed for their role.
Did you now? Now hopefully they newly alleged counts will be strong enough for an injunction.
I enjoy how the judge was like, "yeah some of what hey claim doesn't even meet the criteria of affirmative defense, but I'll allow it because I want to see there this thing goes."
i'm not picking on you rik. i would like to make aformal request to the ones in this thread that keep posting with no useful information to please stop so that ghose of us that want to watch this thread for useufl updates can do so. Gleb, puroto libre, sbogovac searing and a bunch of others just add nothing but noise to this thread. some of them post (like gleb) what looks like useful information but it just turns out to be false and fake. i have yet to see anything gleb posted be acted upon or turn out to be true, same goes for purto libre. before you to tell me that i am wrong plese review your past posts where you say someting is true and it turns out not to be. it has not happened just once but many times. please, i am asking for the rest of us who really care, stop posting in this thread and leave it for real updates with honest and factual information and not speculatio nand made up "facts". Actually, alot of it is true. So true, someone related to BFL probably asks to have it taken down. Check Mate.

Why is their website still active? When you click on any product is says "currently out of stock". They should just close the site down. They could put up a one page contact list on the main page instead of allowing people to browse through a useless website.
I guess it means that BFL is now fully defunct. There goes our RMA's. I guess the lifetime warranty of all products, delivered or not, are now considered expired? Edit: Lets see how far into the future they paid for the hosting of their cloud mining operation. I assume without payment they may go into delinquency with the hosting company and all those miners will go offline and placed into some storage room? I wonder if the contract miners by the GH/s had, will cover any kinds of losses resulting from such a scenario?

Whatever, we definitively already know who Slok is because he previously used an service (image) account with his Slok account and another account tied to his identity. Both accounts made references to purchase orders at BFL and promoted BFL, both described having the same declared orders at BFL. All public knowledge discussed and released by none other than Slok himself. He tried to be "dumb" about it and conn people about his identity not being found and edging them on to find out more in the hopes that gullible people would move on to another false link.....but he'd already been identified online. If the FTC ever needs help putting a name to the Slok account I and others would be willing to turn it all over to them so they can confirm the identity on their own. Anonymous he is not, nor has he ever been. He asked people to look for him and we did find him. Whether he would accept that he'd been collared by his mistakes is another story entirely. We thankfully did not even need his confirmation to link his anonymous account with an a well identified account. With that alone, the FTC can identify him by name and present whereabouts in the world and ask the defendants at BFL to verify it if they had to.
