Making friends is crucial, especially those who are skilled in marketing and operating campaigns.

Friends? I would rather say business associates.

I totally agree it's important to have professional connections who can bring the skills you need to help your business. While "friend" may not be the most accurate term for these individuals, forming strong relationships with them can be a huge asset to your business. At the end of the day, having a network of skilled and supportive business associates can be a major factor in the success of your business. So, whether you call them friends, colleagues, or business associates, investing in these relationships can pay off in a big way for your business.

Hey OP, appreciate yer effort, but we already have an exaustive list of scam and dead mixer sites that u can check out: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5381839.0

If u find any new suspicious site, I think it would be a good idea to report it there so that LeGaulois updates his list.

when it comes to crowdfunding aspect, the person or the group should have their credibility to conduct this type of sourcing funds. because these days, people are not trusting anymore most anonymous projects. they know that they can easily abandon their project without a trace.
we don't know how serious they are with this endeavour. the concept is great but to what extent they will go out their ways to make sure this platform will survive? some are losing their enthusiasm after few months of operations if they can't get their target number of players or income.

You make a good point. When it comes to crowdfunding, it's good to consider the credbility and track record of the person or group behind the project. Unfortunatley, there are many cases of crowdfuning projects failing or being abandoned by their creators, which has led to a decrease in trust from potential backers. However, in order for the crowdfunding campaign to be successful, other factors such as market demand, competition, and execution are also critical to the project's success. Even the best managers and developers cannot compensate for a bad idea and an unsustainable business plan. The team behind the project needs to have a solid plan in place and the expertise to execute it successfully. Overall, while credibility is important, it's just one piece of the puzzle in a successful crowdfunding campaign.

I know of the Breached.vc and Russian XSS forum, but there could be others out there that I don't know about.

1466  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: in my opinion don't buy crypto at high prices on: February 13, 2023, 08:07:14 PM
I want to ask everyone?
what do you think causes people to behave like that, namely always buying at high prices,? but when the price is cheap he doesn't want to?

It seems like you either have a limited understanding of investments or you're relatively new to this world. When people see prices rising, they may feel a sense of FOMO (fear of missing out) and make impulsive decisions to buy at a high price. On the other hand, when prices are low, they may be uncertain or skeptical about the market and choose to wait for a rebound. But the most important thing is that no one can know in advance when the prices are too high and when they are low. Timing the market is a difficult task and is often impossible to predict with certainty. Therefore, it's recommended to focus on a long-term investment strategy, instead of trying to time the market.

How great to see that we have ruined the reputation of this scam site.

Guys, you have one chance to wash off the shame and restore your name, this is to pay money to all the deceived clients.

Ruining the reputation of a scam site may seem like a win, but it's not exactly something to cheer about. It would have been better if the casino just played fair from the get-go instead of resorting to shady business practices.

Anyway, I noticed that OLE777Official was active today, but they didn't respond to this thread. I hope they haven't given up and are working with their security and compliance team to find the best solution.

You need funds if you want to start your own full-blown crypto casino site.  If you do not have enough funds, but have the ability and knowledge to set up an online casino  you can always do crowdfunding to support you with the finances you need.  There is two way in getting crowdfunded, you can use kickstart platforms or create your own token and sell them as an initial offering and give the holder part of the profit.  If you are successful then you might be able to get the fund you needed for a gambling site.

Speaking of crowdfunding, I was wondering if any of the veterans here know of any gambling projects that started through crowdfunding and eventually became successful with the help of the community? I'd love to hear about any experiences or examples.

Not really, but such a platform will be sure success. Invest options over gambling platforms itself very rare option. As the house always have its edge, there won't be much of loss unless there is some security issue that can cause hack.

OP could try to learn and slowly develop something unique, maybe it can take time. But his work will be really a big learning and can turn to be a great success as he have well understood about the market and wants the independent market.

That's what I thought. A platform that focuses on transparency and fairness, utilizing blockchain technology, has the potential to be a success in the industry. With the added benefit of having a guaranteed profit, it could be a compelling investment opportunity. It may take time to develop and establish, but the learning experience and potential rewards make it worth considering.

P.S As you are already aware, i have already created a red flag for Ole7.io:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=3518507;page=iflags

Well, we still have no answers. This lack of action and transparency is unacceptable. That's why, for the time being, I'm supporting this flag.
The player deserves to know what happened to their funds and why they were banned. It's time for the casino to step up and provide some answers.

@shasan, it's great that you're bringing attention to these questionable practices. They clearly violate the terms and conditions of the freelancing platform, and it looks like the job offer has already been taken down.

I think it's important to be vigilant and bring to light any instances of fraud or unethical behavior. By doing so, we can help protect others from falling victim to similar schemes.

do you know any game providers that is accepting non licensed casino ?  Huh

I did an extensive research for one company a while back, and trust me, there are plenty of game providers that fit the bill. I suggest taking a closer look into that market and if you don't have the expertise or time to do so, consider bringing in someone to assist you. And no, I'm not just referring to a quick Google search, but in-depth information such as contact details, business terms, prices, and more.

i would suggest for the OP not to pursue the route of creating his own gambling site. based from his statements, he has no full grasp about this business. if he has no other partners here who have good knowledge managing a gambling site, he can easily be bankrupt and just wasting money and other resources. think again what is his goal of putting up a casino? can he survive long term with his resources and knowledge about this endeavour? seems that he is not ready on this.

Yes, I agree. The OP doesn't seem to have the necessary resources or knowledge to start an online casino. Without proper funding, development, or any other relevant skills or experience, it's hard to see how the OP would be able to make a successful gambling site. It's important to carefully consider the goals and potential consequences of any business venture, and it seems that starting an online casino might not be the best fit for the OP at this time.

And besides, there is no staking word that has been used by freebitco. The service that they are offering is only savings and then the users can gain interest depending on the amount of fun tokens that they put on their accounts. I think if kraken just clarify that what they are offering isn't staking and then they use the correct term for it, maybe they won't get fined by the SEC, but this was still bad a bad news for the crypto community if ever the all the staking platforms or services will be fined and then closed.

This may not have a direct effect on freebitco but this will have a bad impact in the overall crypto which can then affect them because their users might consider saving their Bitcoins for a while than spending/betting it because its value is still dumping.

In a press release from the SEC, Chair Gary Gensler stated, "Whether it’s through staking-as-a-service, lending, or other means, crypto intermediaries, when offering investment contracts in exchange for investors’ tokens, need to provide the proper disclosures and safeguards required by our securities laws. Today’s action should make clear to the marketplace that staking-as-a-service providers must register and provide full, fair, and truthful disclosure and investor protection."
https://www.sec.gov/news/press-release/2023-25

So, the focus is not solely on staking, but encompasses all comparable services that provide investment contracts in return for investors' tokens. Sure, I get what you're saying. The SEC's move could definitely hurt the crypto market as a whole, causing a dip in demand and, potentially, a drop in value. But, on the bright side, regulations can also help make the market more stable and trustworthy, which could be beneficial in the long run.

Furthermore any "proof" I don't mind sharing to any serious potential investor over a PM conversation. It's why I asked for people's Telegrams if they were interested. I don't expect you to trust me but at least have a conversation before bashing on it.

I get that you're hoping for some big offers with the numbers you've thrown out there about the casino's earnings and wagering volume. But, if you want serious investors to take you seriously, you might want to try and convince them first before hitting them up on Telegram and other private channels. To be honest, I wouldn't even consider reaching out if I saw an offer like this, considering all the scammers out there. Just sayin'.

You're using a newbie account on the forum, which doesn't have any previous reputation, and it's understandable that people may be a bit suspicious. If you want to build trust and credibility, why not just come out and say which casino site you're representing? That way, people can see that you're transparent and serious about what you're offering, and it might make it easier to attract serious investors.

You guys know that Sportsbet had perfectly good app for some quite time now?

Wow, I had no idea that Sportsbet had a mobile app for such a long time! I've only been using the desktop version, so this new release sounds like a great update for me. It's great to hear that it's designed specifically for mobile use and that the development team is working towards integrating everything into one platform.

I'm definitely going to give it a try and see how it works for me. Thanks for the heads up!

Yes, it's important to stay informed and continue your learning journey. There are many ways to learn, so here are some suggestions for you. You can join online forums, like this one, join discussion groups on social media platforms like Reddit, and ask questions. Yo can read books and articles written by people who have experience with these technologies. You can also watch videos and online courses to learn more about this area. You can also find a mentor who has experience with these technologies. If you know someone who is an expert, ask them if they would be willing to talk about their experiences and give you some tips for learning more.

Everyone has a different approach to learning, so it's important to find what works best for you. Don't be afraid to ask questions and seek help from others.

As reported by Reuters, Hatayspor's winger Christian Atsu remains missing despite the previous statement from the club's vice president that he had been rescued with injuries and taken to the hospital. The initial announcement of Atsu's rescue had given hope to the family, friends, and fans, but now they are left with uncertainty and concern. The situation is being closely monitored by the media, and updates are expected to be provided as soon as more information becomes available. In the meantime, thoughts and prayers are with the player and everyone else who was affected by this great tragedy.

No need to say that if Ole7.io didn't want double bets, they could have easily stopped them from being placed, write it in their ToS etc.

I agree with this. If a casino wishes to prevent certain bets from being made, they should simply disable the option. By accepting a bet, they are expressing their readiness to take on the risk involved in the outcome of the event being bet on. If the bookie subsequently voids a winning bet, they are retroactively avoiding the very risk they had agreed to take on. This is fundamentally unfair and goes against the principles of a fair and honest betting system.

I can't say who is right and who is wrong in your case, but if a casino lacks transparency and provides a inadequate explanation, they should be deemed untrustworthy and avoided completely.
