1461  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: I'm selling my house for eth on: February 02, 2023, 08:30:28 AM
Good luck in selling your house, aside from posting it here in the forum and your local forum. Look for some other platforms like social media and other crypto groups in your locale to place this ad.

This will certainly get the attention for those that have been finding a way to spend their ETH and wanting to buy a house.

Anyway, I hope you find the buyer and this sale proceeds with someone who is able to take it with your asking price.

I drop by there from time to time and it is definitely sad to see where it's gone. It used to be a fairly large site overall and now the volume is abysmal.
Before it's like a normal thing to see that the active users were like three digits but now, it's has gone down to 2 digits but still close to three digits.

Plus reading about LL not being responsive and everything is a bit concerning, so I doubt most people would trust it with many funds at this point.
That has become a concern but I still people that get to trust him and the site. Reading on the chat there seems people have nothing to worry about so, I guess if they're not too worried about then that means they're all satisfied and as long as they're receiving withdrawals which was the major concern before on this thread.

Then everything is all good as of now.
1463  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is it advisable to stay away from yield farming in a bear market? on: February 01, 2023, 07:36:24 PM
We all know how lucrative yield farming can be if you choose the right DEFI platform but my question is when is the right time for a newbie to start Yield Farming? A bearish market or a bullish market?
I guess there's no actual season of when it's profitable. It's like that you just have to monitor and choose what you think is going to be profitable because they're just like all of a sudden becomes profitable and then when people starts to gather and starts investing and also do yield farming then rates are decreasing.

My second question is what risks comes with Yield farming?
I'm sure you've heard of rug pull then that's one of the risk that it has.

I have once heard from a popular figure in crypto space that the beginning of a bull market is when staking and yield farming makes sense but how true? I haven't done this before.
Rates are high during the bull run and that's why it's obvious that it's profitable but it wouldn't last long.
1464  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Main Stream Media trying to defame Crypto / Bitcoin on: February 01, 2023, 04:10:02 PM
That isn't brand new. Ever since that bitcoin and its market has been established, countless times FUD were made and even if the actual news doesn't have something to do with it, they're making their articles relevant.

But as we know when these FUDs are made, I guess that we're seeing the sign that the bull run is soon to come.

It's more worrying when they start to praise the market as the opposite of it might occur. Just always remember that.

Nobody commenting on tie breakers between Entity, OG and Tundra? 2 of those will go to major and they started yesterday. I watched first round of tie breakers and we had some incredible games, especially Tundra - Entity was a great one and we got tier 5 items.

In the end it wasn't enough and they needed 2nd round which again did not solve anything. They are playing 3rd round today, never seen this happen before  Grin

Maybe worth putting some money on same outcomes as yesterday, they repeated two times in a row, who knows maybe third time we will have same thing.
That's one of the funny tie breakers. 3 teams involved and it's like an unending cycle. Basically, 2 slots left for the WEU and all of them got the same chances to take any of those slots.

Later on the first match on the round 3 will start. I don't know what will happen next but if they end up today with the same results again, we'll see then a round 4 for the tie breakers.

This is seriously a bad beat but funny scenario that has ever happened and seen by me.
1466  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: JP Morgan was a major early investor in Ethereum? on: January 31, 2023, 10:23:56 AM
We are all for bitcoin and my major holdings is in bitcoin. But, I can't deny the fact that there are a lot of utilities and use case done through Ethereum and that's why even JP Morgan is also investing on it. They're not the only company that's known in investing in Ethereum.

Well, I don't watch those suggested videos as they might take a lot of minutes. But use cases and features done by Ethereum's smart contract can be done and applied to many companies if they want to. It's like another technology that every company needs to scale up their business.
1467  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Shiba inu get to $1 on: January 30, 2023, 08:25:35 PM
Can shiba inu ever get to $1 in the next bull run or more years to come??,  though nothing is impossible, but i don't think it can get there,
And is the project still good to invest in?
Even we go to the highest point of bull run, I highly doubt that shiba inu will get to $1.

I think this idea has been for so long and those that have missed buying at its launching price and selling at the peak of its high would probably be thinking about this.

Like those that have been holding millions of it which is the typical thing if you're a shiba inu investor because you'll really have millions of its supply.

But no way that it would be high like being asked.

Alright moving to WEU, Team Secret is joining the party of division 2 teams.

Team Secrets current roster is a far cry from what they have a few months ago in TI. They did not even win a map against Nigma. It is a shame that they let go of Nisha, who are working perfectly for them. Now, Team Liquid is very much enjoying the service of Nisha.
It is sure that they've made a downgrade instead of an upgrade but they have no choice. It was not the team's choice to let him go but Nisha's choice to find another opportunity somewhere else and he has seen it with Team Liquid and they did well for qualifying to Lima major.

Team Liquid now is no doubt stronger with Nisha's addition to the roster.

Now as for Team Secret, I wouldn't be surprised if they'll have an announcement that Boom's trial period to their team has expired and will look for another mid laner.

I am wondering who they will pick up next. I am sure they can come out of Division 2 in the next round but it is important who will replace Boom. It is hard to earn DPC if they replace their roster because of the new rule that will deduct dpc points when substituting a player. I do not know if it will apply to the case of Team Secret though.
Yeah, they can come out of division 2 for sure but as long as there's no announcement yet if they'll change roster then let's think of who will they pick for replacing any of them.

When the DPC was about to start, many have been saying that they should replace Crystallis but, it didn't happened. Maybe this time even if many fans will tell them that they should replace Boom, they'll still give time for it and won't be hasty to replace him.

1470  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who else have my kind of mindset for Bitcoin 2023 on: January 29, 2023, 08:27:57 PM
I do.

I'm long term in bitcoin but that doesn't mean that I won't check the price from time to time. There's this thrilling feeling that I want to feel whenever I'm checking the price.

That's why my mindset might be the same as you but I am not limiting myself into checking the price of bitcoin. I find it essential to find myself positioned in a good situation currently and how I should react.
1471  Economy / Economics / Re: Don’t Fall Prey to these Market Sentiments and Save your Bitcoin on: January 29, 2023, 01:14:10 PM
Where did this meaning of HODL came from? Isn't it that it's just a misspelled typed word of someone who's drunk. Well, whoever and whatever was the meaning of it, why is should be avoided?

You can't tell someone who's been holding for years and then made a decent profit out of it to say that he should avoid it. Experience wise, holding is profitable especially if you're holding good cryptos and the number 1 of it, BTCitcoin.

It is also the same for Muslims, that there is also a portion of them wanting to convert from being one to being a Christian.

Well, a topic that is all about religion is just the same as politics that it will never be an unending debate for which has both good ans bad things to say for themselves and for one another.

But I am sure of this, whether you are either or none, we all know how to love and want to be loved.

That Talon -1.5 has been a trap that many people fell into. Weird picks from Talon and perhaps overconfidence because they were doing well on their previous matches. I mean, who the hell uses Rubick as position 3 in a meta dominated by durable offlane and carries supported by early game nukers? CM and Tiny just ate the hell out of Jabz in game 1, and they can't seem to really find any answer to Fnatic's aggression as the game progresses. Overconfidence IMO brought them to experiment and try other heroes thinking that they can edge against Fnatic.
I will understand if that's a rubick mid so that it can move easily early game and will manage the map control to give space to their carry. Well, but that's not the plan of theirs and maybe on their minds it's like that 'if it works then it works'.

Fnatic might already be secured to relegation to division 2 but they wouldn't just give that up easy.

Alright moving to WEU, Team Secret is joining the party of division 2 teams.
1474  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Trying to steal our Bitcoin or simply hatred for Bitcoin? on: January 27, 2023, 03:23:19 PM
You just have to ignore him. People like him will keep on bad mouth bitcoin despite that everyone knows that he's an actual investor.

He's there to make money out of people's emotion and want everyone of us to sell those bitcoins at a cheaper rate so that he'll take it and sell it eventually for a higher price.

You should dance on their games because they're big on the market and knows how to make people put into panic selling.

Geek woes continue as they seem losing their rhythm. They lost their 4th straight map against SMG. While Blacklist survived a scare and bounced back with a 2-1 win over BOOM. Blacklist versus Geek seems like a duel for the last slot. Unless Fnatic who already won game 1 will finally take its 1st win in this qualifier against Talon. Great games coming up in the region, thrilling and very important.
I think it's safe to say that Blacklist got to secure one slot for the Lima major and whether they win or lose tomorrow against Geek Slate, they'll still have the slot and ready to go there. What's worrisome is with Talon Esports, if they lose against Fnatic today for which Fnatic already got the first win then they'll also lose the slot for Lima.

And then we get to see Execration, Blacklist and Geek to secure all the three slots for the Lima major.

As for Nigma, we'll see then the battle for the division 2.  Grin
I was talking earlier as a fan. Cheesy I just actually bet over 2.5 maps today for Secret vs Nigma. Nigma obviously had a better performance lately but I hope Secret wins.
Good luck with that, 6 hours from now we'll get to see the fight for division 2. Haha!
1476  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Betincrypto.org 🚀 Crypto Bookies & Casino Reviews 🔥 on: January 27, 2023, 11:03:41 AM
Welcome to the forum and I start to see that there's a demand for these reviews website and a way to get more referrals. However, it's not really the key on it but to inform other gamblers on what the author personally think of those casinos that are on their list.

The thing here when a reviews website is becoming known, the importance and reputation of the author is where the readers will take their trust with. And it's a very important factor to be trusted by your readers by giving truthful and real reviews and not just because you're paid to do so.
1477  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESports betting -CS:GO, DOTA 2, LOL, Valorant - Sportsbet.io discussion thread on: January 26, 2023, 06:42:10 PM
Well, I said it correct on this one and Blacklist did really lose against SMG and as Fnatic loses against Execration. It's a big help to Talon that they've got a secured win for their very last match on January 27.

Geek Slate and Blacklist still has 2 matches remaining. And the fate of Talon Esports being the third slot to secure in Lima major will lie on the hands of these two teams that I've mentioned first.

While on WEU, Into the Breach is now out and goes to division 2.

Yeah. What a bummer. Of all the teams, Blacklist lose to the team they're supposed to win. The momentum is on Talon's side now having shut out their opponents in their last 3 series. Geek came from a loss while Blacklist lost all its 4 last maps. It's more like Talon and Geek are the ones to take the last 2 slots for the Lima major.

I guess Nigma is next to fall into division 2. But the most interesting part are the last games of GG, OG, and Tundra. Entity seems like a sure win over Nigma and a chance to earn tickets to Lima.
Yeah, for Talon. But with their situation, since Fnatic is out. They can still play their remaining match against Talon and it's going to be a hard precedent for them if they lose against Fnatic and if they'll still play for this match even they've got no more chance of staying in the division 1.

Currently, Talon and Geek are the most possible team to qualify but there are still games left for SEA's dpc.

As for Nigma, we'll see then the battle for the division 2.  Grin

IIRC, the last time I've heard about them is when they have partnered with a pornsite. I think it was pornhub if I'm not mistaken. Well, most of the altcoins in the past that didn't able to cover with the ones that are trendy have fallen to the ranking.

It's #388 now as per coinmarketcap.

Wondering with all the pressure from legislators to regulate further if Privacy coins are the future... Huh

What does the community think?

It's possible that it had became lowkey due to the regulations and pressure that has been placed upon to the privacy coins. We've seen the example for Monero.

You're right with your thoughts and your brother is the one that doesn't know what he's talking. Did you asked him what he's cloud mining?

Even before, most cloud mining were likely a scam and if there's a few that are actually legit, you'll barely get a slot to rent them because majority of them are always full.
