These thumbs up websites are so pre-2000.
Also I never really trusted a female who can spin earth on her fingertips.
I am beginning to think Jakxter must be the owner of this place. Whoever is making the website content is obviously a fucking idiot, which he certainly is. Pre-2000 you say? Nothing says modern hi-tech like fucking Skylab and a dog on a rotary phone- right? "ReRoh? REss, Ris Ris Reidans. Rah Ri Relp Roo?"Edit to add: Looks like he is the owner: ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FCbJKUy9.jpg&t=663&c=A5Sib7GMxmlMlA)

In 2014 my company made over 400k trades at Cryptsy, for a trading volume of over 18000 BTC.
Due to limitations in the cryptsy API, we are unable to directly and accurately download all of our trade records.
Since late November, I've been pestering support to get a CSV download of our full trade history. Months went by, multiple tickets too, and they have been unable to deliver me this simple request. Every other exchange we've traded on has been able to deliver this to us. Even Ferdous over at Mintpal went out of his way to get us our 2014 records after the exchange had been shut down for many months!
We need this data for our business taxes.
I've tried support but at this point they just ignore me and close my ticket. I've tried their history reports CSV tool, it doesn't work (the requests are forever "not ready"). I've even emailed Bigvern directly (no response). You would think this company would want to support big traders like me, but apparently, they don't care or their level 2 support system is completely broken.
At this point I feel I've exhausted all options but publicly lambasting them.
This might explain why Josh Garza chose Cryptsy to be the main trading platfrom for his scam Paycoin. Sure convenient not being able to find those pesky records of trades for scammers. For you, of course, it sucks.

Is Jakxter the owner? Employee? They sure have a convincing proof of thumbs picture. Is this the staff? http://jacklouf1.wix.com/friedenstechservicesJust $49 to fix your PC! Or... Maybe have this fucking chump who invested everything in a scam install some spyware on your rig so he can clean you out, same thing. You know, "System Cleanout Special".

The charity thing is probably a legit mistake. I have a vague recollection of an email chain where he asked how many 911 hashlets were sold, someone told him the number, and he was like, "o shit."
Fraud has to be premeditated. Misappropriation is intentional. I don't think this was either. He probably botched the part of the system that was supposed to put a cap on the sales, and he probably had all sales money go into the same account as regular hashlet sales. By the time he realized that he sold too many, the money was spent, and all he had left was the $10k he actually did set aside for charity.
I'm sorry but the law does not care if your mistake is "legit" But i think you know this too. Actually, it does. Fraud requires intent, as does illegal misappropriation. To clarify, this is fraud in the way that all hashlet sales are fraudulent, but I don't see the evidence that he intended to defraud a charity. I don't think there's any additional fraud going on beyond what occurs during an ordinary hashlet sale. I think it's a fuck up followed by an ugly resistance to make up the difference. There were a lot of really incompetent people making a lot of poor decisions (like the entire concept of Paycoin) and making a lot of mistakes. This smells like a fuck up. Wrong. He clearly stated that ALL proceeds from the 9/11 charitable Hashlet sales would be donated to a 9/11 charity, and then he did not do it. Then there is the detail about specific laws dealing with 9/11 charities on top of that. The emails that make it clear he is aware of this are evidence that he understood what he was doing. Even if that were not the case, people in positions where they are responsible for conducting business are required to be held to a higher standard of conduct than the average Joe. They have signed legal documents saying they DO know what they are doing and will take responsibility for the actions of the corporation they represent.

The slimy bastard is laying it on thicker and heavier, as if admitting to a lie suddenly makes it not a lie. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FZAgAVaD.jpg&t=663&c=HWzOjh2N8aCDQA) https://hashtalk.org/topic/36666/remember-hashlets/31Archive: https://archive.today/H77G9At that time, I was told 10k worth of 911 Hashlets had been sold, and that's what we committed to donating to the 911 fund. Got it, loud and clear, you are admitting that you raised money for a 9/11 charity and then did not donate all of it to a 9/11 charity. Busted, asshole.

Josh is backed in to a corner and starting panic and blurt things out that make it perfectly clear that he was commiting fraud with the Remember Hashlets. The lying fucking prick is now saying that he does not have to disclose the charitable contributions the corporation makes.: https://hashtalk.org/topic/36666/remember-hashlets/17Archive: https://archive.today/ukFXP![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2Fs8bu5QN.jpg&t=663&c=g68rPRubilMEQg) Get him boys! Particularly regarding Stu Fraser's involvement in GAW.
