1521  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will You Allow To Undergo Hypnosis If A Professional Recommend To Cure Gambling on: May 29, 2023, 03:55:45 PM

You'll not wanna be unaware of whats going on while waking around the city and back home but you forget gambling I guess thats what would happen. How long is the hypnotism going to work?

This is really a scary solution and you should be afraid if you own coins, the psycho might as something and unconsciously answer your 12 word seed.
1522  Economy / Reputation / Re: After Chipmixer, Is Sinbad.io Next To Be Shutdown? on: May 29, 2023, 03:35:43 PM
Mehdi is confident of his fate though and most peobably if he even get caught he will also accept whatever sentence given.

He seem to have roam around bitcointalk since he shared the link https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2827109.0 emphasizing several anon services were not seized by governments.

If I were NoKor hacker, I would actually be spreading that $1.7B in different anon services. Sinbad only got $10M, thats too small.
1523  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: As a Gambler and a Die-Hard Fan of a Club Would you Bet Against your Club on: May 28, 2023, 07:22:56 PM

As a gambler and a die-hard fan of a club that has been having a terrible season, would you bet against your club, knowing that their loss would be your financial gain? Or would you stay loyal and not bet against them?

You're not getting a lot if you're betting against your favorite team where you are a die-hard, so I'll just skip it and just cheer for your favorite team there will be times when my favorite team will build up so I can continue betting for them if you're betting against them it's like betraying your loyalty to the team, you are not a die-hard fan in a real sense, you're just a casual fan.

If you feel like you are betraying your fav team, just don't bet at all.

Gamblers look at it differently because often times they don't have favorite team. They analyze probability of which team could win. They take side to whoever has the chance of winning. I would say they are more fan of the sport than a fan of a team.
1524  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Garcia Vs Lara AUG 05 2023 SATURDAY WBA WORLD MIDDLEWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP on: May 28, 2023, 05:20:39 PM
What makes this fight good to watch is they are just about even their record even their last 5 fights are also even and they have the same style,

Lara has beaten 4 of his last 5 opponents, Garcia has beaten 3 of his last 5 opponents, and the knockout ratio is almost the same, I have Garcia here winning by close decision his age will carry him in the latter rounds and he proved himself to be a good finisher he had lasted and gave Spence a good fight and this experience will carry him.

Same here, Garcia is the younger fighter of the two so that makes him a slight favorite i think but for the bookies, that remains to be seen.

Gonna be interesting as who is going to be the favorite in this fight, so far I have checked one of my favorite sports bookies and non is still listed on this fight.

TBH, i have not seen Lara fight live and don't know his style much but seeing the tale of tapes, no doubt for me that he will be the underdog, 40 years old is old enough in boxing unless your name is Manny Pacquaio.

Watch Lara vs Canelo fight,

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5CnKOqJ-AO8

Good thing that Garcia is still fighting and this time he is fighting for a championship belt which seldom happens to a fighter, i guess that's what makes of a good promoter in Al Haymon.

Yes, just like any other promotional company though, their champion is being given a chance again to fight for the belt. This time, Danny "Swift" Garcia will become a champion again if he beats the old Lara as you have said, youth is on the side of Garcia here and he has the power. We just don't like when Lara started on his bicycle in this fight and started to run.

Both have good stats but Garcia is better. When a boxer is defeated by a more popular one like Canelo, they are almost forgotten if they don't make an impressive KO in their next fight.

Though I may not bet, it would be Garcia that I would go for if I would. its Garcia that has a high chance of winning and he is younger as well.

I think OP should just add the first name of the fighter on the thread title. I actually thought its Ryan Garcia again.

1525  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | July 25 on: May 28, 2023, 04:29:24 PM

By now the injury must have been dealt already and overtime its already cured. If its not the fist that's broken, it wouldn't be a big deal in the fight. Inoue is not old yet, there is no way he can't get used to the weight after few months.

One more advantage with this fight is that Fulton vs Inoue fight will be held in Japan. He'll do his best to impress his fellow country men to give them an spectacular KO.
1526  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will you invest in a project that might take years to outshine the market?? on: May 28, 2023, 04:08:21 PM

It always takes time for projects to mature since they are following roadmaps. And patience can runout when you see the investment never grow along time especially when the bear market strikes.

But I did tried investing during ICO, it paid well despite the time of waiting though as in crypto all you need is a bull run. The timing matters in crypto investing.
1527  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Educating unemployed friends about Bitcoin on: May 28, 2023, 03:59:38 PM

Your government made BTC illegal. You don't want them to blame you once the authorities caught them. Only way they can hide it is if they know how to use tools for anonymity which is another lecture to do but you can't be sure how careless they may be.

They are unemployed and my guess is that they don't have something to invest. This should be the first to solve first, its a long way but one at a time before introducing them to BTC.

If I were OP, I wouldn't recommend my friends invest in bitcoin because they need a steady source of income right now, and bitcoin can't help them do that. How can someone without a job invest in bitcoin? The savings will also be exhausted if we use it and don't have any additional sources. Not to mention the investment is very risky, there is no guarantee they will be profitable and out of unemployment.
OP, moreover, it's not wise to give investment advice to others. Have you ever thought if the investment fails, what will happen to your friendship after that?

As much as he care for them to have something to hold on for the future, they may blame OP since there is no assurance what could happen. He might lose these friend of him when things go south. I strongly suggest the maximum caution because BTC is illegal in the country.

Getting employed is the first to worry before diving into BTC. You don't wanna see then sell in loss.

1529  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: An Intriguing article: How to Perfect Your Gambling Strategy on: May 28, 2023, 03:01:14 PM

The author is not even sure if what he wrote can provide a perfect strategy to a reader who wants to gamble.

Learn to accept loss. Really?  And then quit!
At first he give you a list of ideas that would make you hopeful at some point that you may hit big thru them but if it ain't a success. Just learn you lose and then stop?  Grin
1530  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It's on! 2024 US Presidential Election Biden+Harris Vs Trump Bitcoin betting.... on: May 27, 2023, 05:45:36 PM
Ron DeSantis to announce Presidential bid in Twitter space with Elon Musk, follow the link to the announcement: https://twitter.com/elonmusk/status/1661498079386931206

Unique way to announce. Compare that to Trump's announcement: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5hsVS8EVH1c

Usually announcements of any serious scale for Presidency come from a large rally, back dropped with the U.S. flags and large speech. DeSantis is the first to take it digital. Watch betting markets closely, the tone gets set from here once he officially announces.

On a side note, DeSantis has the financial backing of major Republican donors to take on Trump. His avenue to the nomination exists.

This is Elon playing around politics like his new toy besides crypto. And he had DeSantis supporting BTC too. Which this election is bringing crypto on the table for discussion which Trump may have no say. He is no fan of crypto.

Media was furious of DeSantis for using twitter instead of them. He definitely made some enemies already as much as Trump.  Tides may change and Ron rising above the rank may be a loss for Trump.

1531  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: May 27, 2023, 05:28:12 PM

Though we saw them before, Gaeth vs Poirier is an exciting fight. Can't say who's better this time but whoever wins at least we see another Islam fight. But I'm going to stick with Poirier to win. Hed done before and can do it again.

But since TopTort77 mention Poirier has no defence against ground games, he might lose against Islam. Too ironic to see a BJJ belt holder can not defend himself against a BJJ attack.
1532  Economy / Gambling / Re: ❤️ BitcoinCasino.to - Guide & Reviews - 1400+ Crypto Casinos List on: May 27, 2023, 03:59:37 PM

Anyone who have been in the forum for years have read about BitStarz reputation and users  accusing them. And since you mentioned you first need to talk to a casino before you give your review I guess there is a done deal happening. Just an impression that others could also have.

But I can understand if its meant for users not from around here and the casino doesn't have withdrawal fee and some free spin upon registration. Still attractive to new users.
1533  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stablecoins on the bitcoin blockchain on: May 27, 2023, 03:48:52 PM
I once heard of this stablecoin on taproot though.  I never thought right now that its possible on Bitcoin blockchain. If it is then certainly its going to be another reason to clog the network.

Butmwe already have a ton of stablecoin already from different chain and its always pegged on USD. What would be best right now I think will be a stablecoin pegged in Yuan. If banks are now taking Yuan seriously, traders should also do.
1534  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: May 26, 2023, 05:26:12 PM

True that. I don't see Fury going to UFC fight when he can earn what Dana can offer in boxing. But if Jones wants to earn more than Dana could offer, he might just jump to boxing regardless of win or lose the record won't matter if it comes to making more after all boxing is not his sports. That will be an excuse.

But Dana offering all these money while some champ earn less than 100k per fight makes it reasonable for Ngannou not to sign a new contract.
1535  Economy / Economics / Re: For whoever has, to him more will be given, and he will have abundance on: May 26, 2023, 05:05:39 PM

When you are wealthy you learn to make more money with your money. You don't even need bible to prove it right. Hundreds to thousands of people just pay corrupt officials of government agencies to buy a huge land area which these people also plans for the mining of minerals.

Elon is a military weapon developer  as far as news websites are saying to which US government and his company has a contract. He sure will have more money even if the government defaults.
1536  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Martingale strategy in casinos on: May 26, 2023, 04:53:48 PM
Martingale strategy is something that is being known to most of the gamblers. The success of the strategy is simply low and it is high risky when we don't have big fund to spend. Just think of the situation, you spend $1, and the bet is lost, in the second bet to get back the loss you increase the bet to $2. Here if won you'll get the lost $1 along with $1 as profit. If the bet is lost you'll go for $4 bet where you'll get $3 along with $1 as profit. For mere profit what we risk will be very high. Rather than risking it is always good to go with a bet, if won just try to spend the profit on next bet and not the capital.
The martingale strategy is not recommended for trial purposes because of the large risks and with this strategy it is usually used by gamblers who have large amounts of money so that martingale can be used correctly.
Regarding risk, everything involved in gambling has a risk, the only difference is the size of the risk of losing some money.
When I have more money I sometimes use this strategy but if my funds are a little better to gamble normally with less risk.

You can always start on the minimum bet so that your bankroll can withstand a long lose streak. This is really risky if hit lose streak in the early stage of your gambling session but you can also have a huge early profit if you manage to consistently win before the long lose streak occurs. The idea of this strategy is to play as quickly as possible to earn early profit and cash out before the house tanks your bankroll. The longer you play in the casino makes you more exposed to lose due to the house edge and human error.

The risk of using martingale strategy is much more bearable than the risk of being impatient for a very long game that always end up on poor decision making in terms of betting strategy.

Patience will kill you with this minimum bet. I tried $0.10 minimum bet and doubled my $50 capital in dice for almost a week. You can imagine how patient I was to bet manually then I started increasing my initial to $0.25 because it does look safe.

I took out my capital just incase I'd lose it all and indeed it took just several losing bets. Somehow this strat wil be good if you just have patience.
1537  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why choosing instant withdrawal casinos on: May 26, 2023, 04:29:20 PM

An instant withdrawal will be best so that the casinos will not have to look at your account to investigate. If all they need is just a verification email to withdraw, then it's easier to move your money out.

Casino that takes 24 hours before allowing you to withdraw takes a lot of waiting which defeats the purpose of using cryptocurrency.
1538  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: journey to financial freedom on: May 26, 2023, 04:18:27 PM
In January 2009 after the release of Bitcoin, the journey to financial freedom begun, i believe this is the right platform for me to learn more about bitcoin, though Bitcoin is 14 years old now, hope i'm not too late to join the bus.
You are not too late to join the community, but talking about Bitcoin you are already late since you missed the period when a pack of pizza costs 10,000BTC and when you can buy hundreds of Bitcoin with just a dollar.

Now bitcoin is quite expensive and to have multiple Units of Bitcoin you need a huge amount of capital to own such an amount in Bitcoin.

Its discouraging but its somehow the truth. I guess some of us are actually looking for the new coin that can rise the same as BTC's rise. Unfortunately, there is nothing like BTC. A regular person who has no funds to invest will just have to keep DCAing until you get that rare 1BTC.

You still get financial freedom. As long as you keep earning, you're not too late because 0.005 BTC today may just save your life in the next 10 years.
1539  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2023-05-25] Forbes: Elon Musk Issued A Stark Crypto Warning After $2 Trillion.. on: May 26, 2023, 04:07:06 PM

People still listen to him and those who will listen will also be left buying a higher price of BTC. He still shills doge in a recent interview saying he still like it.

He is saying all these while he plans to add BTC and Eth wallets on twitter so this is like the classic observe what they do and not what they are saying thing.
1540  Economy / Gambling / Re: ❤️ BitcoinCasino.to - Guide & Reviews - 1400+ Crypto Casinos List on: May 26, 2023, 02:57:56 PM
Only Fortunejack that is on this forum that I saw on your website. There are many gambling sites on this forum like https://livecasino.io and Stake.com but you did not mention them.

That's a good observation.

We actually have a double digit number of reviews live for many popular brands, including Stake (see https://bitcoincasino.to/reviews/stake/), that are currently not on the main list on the index page.

There could be several different reasons for this but the most common one is that we simply haven't talked to them yet (either due to time constraints on our end -- or someone not getting back to us when reaching out).

The good ones, including Stake, should hopefully all be up there very soon.

Thank you for the feedback!

You mean you want to talk to the casino owner first before reviewing the casino?
The high rank on search engines and number of hits a month will be a good data for a casino to notice your review site.

Nice layout though and navigation.I was expecting to read the review about the first BitStarz but was directly sent to a ref link.
