681  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Typical scenario when you are losing on: September 17, 2023, 05:45:25 PM
Yes, there are many points that completely coincide. I don’t play or place bets if I’m tired, this has already been proven more than once. The result will most often be only negative. First of all, you must be in the mood and strength, then you can do it. If the event is of a global scale, then I can ask my friends to place a bet for me in advance, but not for a large amount, just as much as I am willing to spend.

Well, this has to do with something with your readiness and not just that you are tired and you will lose. This is no logic.

Yes. when you are fresh, you will think more before placing the bet, you will research more and therefore the chances of winning the bet will increase as compared to a situation where you are tired and just place the bet. Although there is no hard and fast rule, that you will win the bet only when you are fresh and energetic, you can still lose the bet in both situations.

Of course, that is how you do it because in betting, even if it's just a sports-betting, it still requires analyzations and comparison of datum to minimize risks while increasing your chances. So, if you're already tired for the day then there should be no reason for you to bet even if you can still afford it as you will just be prone to a defeat because you are not in 100 percent condition. A lot of factors should be considered in betting, hence why gamblers should be ready for everything.

It must be the eagerness to win that causes the person to stay up despite being tired for the day. Maybe if he wins, he will be more alive. But obviously, you are just pushing yourself way too much when you keep playing while tired.

Some people however just sleep right next to their laptop. They even keep the news play up all night on youtube while asleep. And the moment they wake up, it's the price of BTC that they first check.
682  Economy / Speculation / Re: The time has finally come...??? on: September 17, 2023, 05:14:43 PM
Most of the studies we have seen suggest that the Bitcoin market will touch $100,000 when a new bull market begins. As we can see right now how the bitcoin market has not pumped as much as we expected, it has gone double opposite. However, we can expect to see Bitcoin (BTC) price at this level when the Bitcoin halving is possible.

$500k seems like an impossible price for bitcoin to reach for this bull market but $100k looks possible because it isn't far from the previous all time high of $69 but I think bitcoin getting to only $100k is poor and I'm expecting another $50k to which will make the price go to $150k for the new all time high and that's my prediction. Bitcoin has always made a bigger all time high than the previous bull  market and I'm thinking the next bull market won't be different.

When we predict the next all time year it won't make any sense if we haven't bought some Bitcoin to our private wallet so we can benefit from the price increase. All individuals in this thread making the prediction of the next price should invest in bitcoin so they can profit.

Its much more than $150K, probably more than $250k if the bull run starts this year end. The bull market may really blow up before even halving as what others had been expecting and there are several indicators that also signal it. Also there are promotions already started just a week ago like the Singapore Token2049 where leading crypto companies are having conferences.

The crypto bull market so they say will be led by Asian countries this 2024. I think its about to start as the global market is in decline and crypto is rising.
683  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino features you like and Don't like but you don't mind on: September 17, 2023, 04:31:18 PM
I like when the casino not charge any fee during withdrawal, so this make me not hesitant to withdraw my money because I always check the mempool before making a withdrawal, if it's different the casino is charging additional fee.

I don't like casino that not give a complete terms about their promotions, they're just use something that will attract many people but the promotions are actually not worth it.

We who have been gambling for some time know that promotions always have vague terms, there is always a catch unless they are just giveaways.

There are casinos offering free withdrawal fees like the Bitcasino, a gambler would want to be there compared to a casino that has a dynamic fee for it. If they only have sports, they may really have more users there. I think about how much they could save if they withdraw funds over 10 times in a month, it would accumulate higher if the casino is not using segwit. But this may also lead the casino to shoulder the fees for it.

I was really confused about the result surely Shevchenko also did a great job in getting those takedowns and those heavy hits she even got 1 round for herself but I am not really an expert in analyzing the fight but for sure it was really a close one and they say that Mike Bell had a controversial judging because he gave a 10 - 8  score on the 5th round for Alexa Grasso but if he gives a 10 - 9 score the championship belt will definitely go to Valentina Shevchenko for sure Shevchenko will have another complaint about the result and she should have won the fight but for sure that sparring with guys are real for Shevchenko  because she got a pretty muscular physique right now,
The judging was shady and there should be some sort of investigation into how they scored the bout as there is no way Alexa Grasso is winning the 5th round 10 - 8 and if not for that stupid judging decision Valentina Shevchenko would have retained the title. Now the UFC needs to reschedule the fight once again as it was a really close fight and i was surprised with the striking of Alexa Grasso and overall it is one of the best fights in Women MMA.

There will be a 3rd fight. If I am to score it Shevchenko seems to have made it especially because she caused Grasso's cut and made a significant heavy blow. By discounting the knees made by Grasso while Shevchenko's hand touches the ground, it would appear Chenko won the fight.

There is no way the 5th could be 10-8 but I guess they consider giving the favor to Grasso after all it is Mexico's independence day so let it be settled in the 3rd match.  Grin
They were right about the fight, it's the most exciting yet.

Ramaswamy went down because he promoted Trump saying Trump is the greatest president. The vote supposedly for him goes to Trump.  But then Ramaswamy is not really known to all, people hardly knew him, if it weren't for those influencers mentioning him in political discussions I wouldn't know him at all.

Kamala Harris who is the current vice president is not even going up the race, this tells the voters that Biden and Kamala are quite a pair to doubt.

One that I like about one casino is that it accepts a token that others don't. And because I earn the token by staking, it will be my preferred token to spend in a casino. And this favorite casino doesn't need KYC and email verification to withdraw, it just approves fast which made me stay.
This casino however doesn't have sports betting that is why I'm going to Stake.com which has it and still accepts the token. I can move tokens from my fav to Stake.

687  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: September 16, 2023, 05:20:57 PM
I see that there are a lot of women's fights, Tracy Cortez is 29 years old and was born in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. She started her professional career in 2017, she has had 6 years of professional career and in those 6 years of her professional career she had 11 fights of which she won 10 fights, in other words, Tracy Cortez only lost once in her entire professional career, she won the Melissa Gatto at UFC 274. On the other side of this fight we have Jasmine Jasudavicius who is 34 years old and was born in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. She has 4 years of professional career and in these 4 years of professional career she had 11 fights of which she won in 9 fights and lost in only 2 fights. She achieved 6 victories by decision, 1 by submission and 2 by knockout. In my opinion, she will win this fight

Lupita Godínez who is 30 years old and was born in Aguascalientes, Mexico. She has 5 years of professional career, in these 5 years of professional career she had 13 fights of which she won 10 fights and lost 3 fights. Lupita Godínez beat Emily Ducote at UFC Fight Night 223 and then at UFC 287 she beat Cynthia Calvillo. On the other side we have your opponent in this fight, Elise Reed, who is also 30 years old and was born in Sacramento, California, United States. She has 4 years of professional career in which she had 10 fights of which she won 7 fights and lost in 3 fights, at UFC 284 she lost in the fight against Konklak Suphisara. In my opinion, Lupita Godínez would win this fight

Alexa Grasso is 30 years old and was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. She has been a professional fighter for 11 years, and in those 11 years as a professional fighter she had 19 fights of which she won 16 fights and only lost 3 fights. she achieved 10 victories by decision, 4 victories by knockout, 2 victories by submission. at UFC 285 she won the fight against Valentina Shevchenkvo. And speaking of Valentina Shevchenko, she is 35 years old and was born in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. She has 20 years of professional career, something quite unbelievable, she is very old in the world of fights and at this age of 35, chasing revenge shouldn't be a good way, maybe it would make you think about retiring, but in recent times fighters they no longer think about retiring so early, because they have already seen that they can live by drinking a lot, living with great intensity and posting on social media and with little training and they will still be fighting and will be the center of attention because today the fights are accompanied by the big marketing. In my opinion, I see Valentina Shevchenko winning this time and regaining her belt

Shevchenko losing by Submission will make her try another. It was frustrating for her when she couldn't carry out kicks against Grasso. It really was effective to switch southpaw against her.

As long as Grasso can prevent Shevchenko from taking her down and keep the fight in boxing, Grasso will still win the fight. Same strategy as the first I think but they both are just going to wait for a mistake and jump right into it.
688  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will there be a boom again? on: September 16, 2023, 04:17:39 PM

My best advice stay only with BTC but put a bit on memecoin, something that you can laugh for when you get a ton of profit. Some may not actually agree but for me, as long as its price goes up the opportunity is there. Dogecoin is still among the top coins.

Eventually, you will see which of the altcoins today will have a higher price in the next bear market. You could only say, "I totally missed 2024's boom." There's always something to regret when you know you will have to spend more to achieve more.
689  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Stevenson vs De Los Santos - Nov 16 on: September 16, 2023, 03:46:46 PM

Shakur is a top-level which many had turned down fighting him, even Loma and Isaac Cruz but I think DLS can handle him. Though Santos can hurt with just jabs, he hasn't fought someone with skills like Shakur.

De Los Santos is younger with 1 loss, so losing another isn't as frightening as the first for him. He's got his run though but Shakur could stop him from picking up while he is still trying to climb up.
690  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you manage your money on gambling sites. on: September 16, 2023, 02:35:22 PM

Crypto users always withdraw their coins from the casinos and only leave a few they are willing to lose.
With users who show off their balance with huge amounts, I guess they are comfortable storing their money in the casino. And most probably that huge amount is nothing to them which they also can afford to lose.

As for me, the only funds I can leave are less than $300. Anything more than that, I send it out. Turn it into BTC if I don't plan to spend it.
691  Economy / Gambling / Re: Why the profit share on Rollbit for Sports Rollbots decreased so dramatically? on: September 15, 2023, 06:13:12 PM

It must be the result of decreasing players on the platform or there are just too many of you who will get to have a share?

I couldn't be sure I don't follow them but the competition among casinos in crypto is getting tighter and it will definitely influence the money made when there are casinos ranked higher than Rollbit. I'm also with a revenue-sharing casino and the same situation here, the distribution of revenue changed so much since the crypto bear market and I also noticed there are only a few of us in the chatbox unlike back in the days.
692  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Tapales for Unified Super Bantamweight Title - November on: September 15, 2023, 05:49:51 PM
For Casimero, I don't know. I'm afraid that he's already too late when it comes to chances and if he won't be chosen as Inoue's rival by their camp itself whenever Inoue will remain for another fight defending his belt, then I don't know anymore what Casimero can do in-order to have his dream fight against Inoue.

There's nothing he can do because he isn't the champion, and he is not in a position to dictate. What he can do is remain hopeful that his taunts towards Inoue will result in Inoue accepting the challenge and fighting him. Right now, he needs to focus on his upcoming fight and the succeeding fights if Inoue still does not respond. As long as Inoue has not moved up in weight, the chance is still alive. Eventually, Casimero's ranking will increase, and maybe one day he'll become a mandatory challenger.
He surely knows that there was an option, a fight against Nery but to be honest, I am surprised that he didn't pursue that kind of fight as that was the key to help elevate his name as well as his rank, considering that he can defeat Nery on the process. But right now, he's already late because he chose a fight where it won't benefit that much specially after the fact that he is looking forward to fighting against Inoue and settling their rivalry that has been unanswered for years now.

Inoue is just too far for Casi to chase already and Arum isn't someone he had impressed a bit. His career started crashing when he pushed to get a fight with Inoue afaik.

Casimero is getting old and without a title shot to look forward to. I think his option is to look for a youtuber like one of the Pauls, get into trashtalk, and hope he could maybe get a big payday for it.  Will Casi even get a shot to fight Tapales after Inoue?
693  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tyson Fury vs Francis Ngannou Boxing October 28 on: September 15, 2023, 04:35:41 PM

Mike has to teach Francis how to get closer to find the range, Mike is smart enough to have done this against his opponents. If Francis can't get close, he will never get an opportunity to land a punch.

It doesn't look like they are very much into thrashing. Francis pointing at the bod looks like a good meme. We're going to see a lot of memes after the fight and it wouldn't even matter for Francis if he loses the fight since it's already expected against the pro but it would be a hilarious meme if Fury loses though.

I believe that it is their plan, Ngannou cannot make any difference if he will stay beyond Fury's reach because that will also mean that he will have a hard time reaching the latter. It's much better for them to have a confrontation in the guise of a toe-to-toe fight because they got more chances that way, but it's a challenge though if Ngannou can survive it because his stamina will be a problem as he is not built to be a boxer who can last up to 12 rounds while giving and receiving deadly blows.

In the 5th round, Francis would be a flatliner. He needs the fight to end quickly in less than 5 rounds or he'll be the one on the ground lying. Francis is still slow which would be the kind of worrying if you are to bet on him. I saw his training with Mike on YouTube, he is not as quick still especially with a boxing glove.

If he is to win the fight, I think the strategy is to just body shots at Fury. It's an easier target than the head but he also has to be cautious of the counter. As much as I want Francis to win, its not gonna be a park walk.

I don't really believe those videos because it wouldn't be a surprise if they will show what they will do and what are his improvements as we know that Fury will also take advantage of those video to prepare against Ngannou. A lot can happen but I do agree that Ngannou should find a way to end the fight much earlier he wanted to win because as the fight gets longer, his chance becomes slimmer and slimmer until he can no longer avoid defeat.

We have not seen him fight in boxing. They need to show at least some sparring with Ngannou, they are selling the fight so they might as well show that he could come up with something or at least last up to the 8th round. They wouldn't want the hype will die down as the burden is with him.

The interviews are good where Mike and Francis appear confident that he could beat Fury. A sparring with a real boxer I think would be fun to watch to whether Ngannou is able to maneuver with his footwork.
694  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Hacker Attack Landbase Casino Caesar’s & MGM (LasVegas) on: September 15, 2023, 03:25:15 PM
Seem easy $15M for these hackers. They were saying MGM was not willing to pay and that's when the hacker disabled their systems including the emails, and they were forced to send the money. This guy is telling a different story actually https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NDqDU_G8kho He is saying the casino is on the brink of bankcruptcy.

Was there ever an article confirming they sent BTC? It's logical to only ask BTC for the ransom of course but there was no mention of it in any article I have read about this MGM hack.
695  Other / Off-topic / Re: Keeping your gambling habit a secret. on: September 15, 2023, 03:06:21 PM
Those that keep their gambling habit a secret is it that they're not proud of what they are doing?.
Some people just like their privacy. In this era in which we live in, everyone wants to share every detail of their lives. This has cost some of them their jobs, career, fortune, and even their lives because they were seeking validation.

Too much sharing is totally unnecessary. Unless you are held at gun point to disclose whether you gamble or not please do not talk about. Keep whatever you are doing to yourself. The only time you should talk about it is when you start to struggle with doing the things you normally used to do as a result of your gambling habits.

Quite agree with you, sharing of personal information in some extent or degree is totally unnecessary, most especially online  with people we don't even know, this is one of the reasons I always advice gamblers who are fond of registering and playing on multiple casinos and also submitting their documents on those casinos for account verification, most especially new casino that can't be trusted not to sell their users private informations to third parties on the dark web .

In as much as playing gambling on multiple Casinos gives us the liberty of knowing which one pays better in terms of odds, we all should always apply caution when it has to do with passing kyc verification.

Anything can happen and as the world become more and more modern, we should also keep up with the pace so that we can protect ourselves from any malicious activities that could probably ruin our lives. Remember that every move has its own consequences, that is why we should be aware before making the next step and it is our responsibilities to know more about it so that we can weigh our choices correctly.

And one consequence that I have experienced before was a person somehow knew I was betting. He actually took a loan from me which I declined. And he reasoned I had money to bet online but would not loan him an amount. This is a person known as a junkie in the neighborhood. Going after to collect the amount with interest from him will make the people around us suspect we sniff together.

Things be left unsaid to no one at all because, after all, it's now possible to keep[ it secret with online betting.
696  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Low cap altcoins best for rising price? on: September 14, 2023, 06:21:16 PM

There is one that has been recently added to Coinbase, Vechain. It had risen a bit since yesterday. It's a low-cap altcoin but it's also a L1 project. I think this is already famous since it's been on many crypto news headlines from time to time but it's just underrated.

But you can only confirm you will be making 100x profit when the bull run is really about to start. WE have been watching the market for awhile but it had disappoint many shitcoin investors. It's best to just wait til it comes where its going to be less risky.
697  Economy / Gambling / Re: Project feedback on: September 14, 2023, 05:41:53 PM

Casino operators have been doing all these since time where they giveaways/bonuses and allow users to play with the money they gave so why do they need you exactly?

Are you going to promote the casino on a bigger platform where potential clients can be converted to gamblers? Because that's the only situation where the operators will find it useful. Maybe bigger than bitcointalk will be much worth it to them.
698  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Some of country can offer you legal gambling in 2023! on: September 14, 2023, 05:32:08 PM

Countries that made gambling legal are also making money out of the taxes they get from the casinos. As far as I know, they still seize casinos that operate illegally which basically gambling still is illegal they just made some establishments where gambling is legal.

The only countries that made gambling completely illegal are the Muslim countries yet there are few where casinos are operating like Egypt and Lebanon.
699  Economy / Economics / Re: CBDCs are created for unemployment purpose on: September 14, 2023, 05:15:59 PM

They could be saying it's for the unemployed because of the Universal Basic Income (UBI) that CBDC can easily distribute to those unemployed but it's also for the employed people and the company will also be using the CBDC to send out the wages of their employees.

CBDC is for all. But obviously, the app will force everyone to use the CBDC, or else, you won't get a salary and it's meant for collecting our data. We are heading to a dystopian world. Where we own nothing and be happy  Grin
700  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Australia will ban Gambling through credit cards on: September 14, 2023, 03:44:42 PM

It's going to affect not just the fiat-based casino but the crypto as well. The Bitcoin casinos are also offering credit card options in order to buy BTC such as Moonpay.

If it's done in Australia, it will just be a matter of time before it could also be done to the rest of the world. Banks are squeezing credit card users because there are so many delinquent payers already. They were abusing those cards and not paying their debts.
