Shares have not been taken away at all. Not one little bit. They are still yours.

Our shares are being blocked.

If someone blocked my entire house, they are denying my right to economic participation and have effectively killed it's value and use.

Just so you all know. Ken dumped the 200,000 shares when he got the letter. He duped more people into buying worthless shares. This joke is over.

Weekly Update 2/12/2014

On the 55nm project:

This week has had a number of developments, our project manager is working on wrapping up all the detail of our 55nm project.  We are expecting to receive our first 55nm wafers on April 10th, with next batch due on April 29th, May 5th and May 8th for a total of ~104 wafers.  It will take 1-2 weeks to have the chips packaged and then shipped to our board manufacturers.

So at minimum with no delays we are expecting the first chips in 10 weeks.

Quote

We will be selling and mining with these chips and boards, depending on what makes the most since at the time.  The tape-out was done on Peoples ASIC account for a shuttle run of 50 prototype chips, we have canceled the shuttle run and changed to a full production run of the chips on VMC own account.  Peoples ASIC IP has been signed over to VMC and the FAB has all the legal paper work to start VMC's production run of wafers.

I'm still wondering how much 'People's ASIC' cost us.

Quote
On the 28nm project:

We are getting quotes from a number of vendors including eASIC.  After the project is started we expect it to be completed in 8 weeks, after which we will tape-out.

So we have nothing at all.

Nothing.

If eASIC is simply another vendor then please tell us what happened to the $900,000+ we paid them. It seems the new 28nm is an entirely new project.

Quote
On Crypto-Trade:

I am hoping to get shareholders shares transferred ASAP and get full trading up and running.  We have received a letter from the Missouri Securities Division asking for information on Active Mining Corportation, at this point we have ask for more time to respond and have seeked legal advice.

Active-Mining PR

What deadline have the MSD given you?

Can you at least pay out our dividends. It's the last money any shareholder will ever get from this company.

Ken usually posts his update about now.  He's kept us guessing recently with one or two early updates though.  I'd expect something within the hour.  Really hoping for something definitive regarding access to our shares.

No it's later today, should be within the next hour or so. (Updates on a Wednesday)

Thanks, It's Thursday here so I figured the USA must be really late Wednesday. Is it still light where Ken lives?
1526  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Shareholder Discussion Thread {moderated TROLL FREE} on: February 12, 2014, 11:46:47 PM
This isn't a bad idea.

May I ask, Ken was meant to post an update yesterday correct? Any ideas why he hasn't?
1527  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: February 11, 2014, 04:53:58 PM
You are so full of shit finloss.  DTS fucked up because ALL the buying has stopped since his offer to undercut 0.0005! Just take a look at the trade that was done in the 24 hours prior and it's easy to see that the Ukyo shares would have been sold by know and we would be moving on.

We shouldn't have to wait until Ken has his Bitcoin fix before we can trade, the fact is Ken that holds us hostage until someone is willing to pony up 0.0005.

But yeah, it's my fault.
1528  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: February 11, 2014, 03:55:31 PM
DTS,  I have no idea why we are not trading yet and have expressed my disappointment in Ken.

Just understand that you fucked up big time by essentially lowering the perceived value of the shares beyond the current asking price of 0.0005 and for this reason we are all sitting in limbo right now.

God only knows how long this will now drag out for.  Way to go DTS.  Angry

edit:   Talk about pump & dump,  this is the first recorded case of crash & dump.

Yeah zumzero and minerpart...  it's DTS's fault that these shares are worthless.  great job DTS.  great job keeping everyone from being able to trade their shares.  great job keeping the future price low by telling everyone what you will sell for once share are actually able to be sold.  you have single handedly caused activemining to fail.  as zumzero said YOU FUCKED UP.  no one else.  you did.

listen to yourself... what a load of shit guys...

I don't know sometimes, they lay into me so much I actually come away thinking I might be contributing to this mess.

But after calming down and looking at the facts, this mess, most of it is all about Ken's blockade on our shares. This has nothing todo with me.

Did Ken not think that denying our shares would enrage us? Come on get real miner/zum.

Why is Ken holding us back?

He has outright lied about the shares being around the corner for months now, with excuse after excuse.

Like I have said before, my noise is all about the blockade, not so much the worthlessness of the shares. I was rather calm even after losing 90% of my money. This is all about Ken's blockade.

Blockade guys, it's happening right now and I'm the one to blame, what a f**king joke.
1529  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Let's report Ken Slaughter / Active Mining to SEC on: February 11, 2014, 03:51:16 PM
Anyone that thinks getting the SEC involved is a good idea also thinks getting 1 satoshi per share in return is a good idea.
1530  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: February 11, 2014, 03:31:23 PM
Look everyone this is what happens when you invest what you can't afford. Hence why he is desperate to make ends meet. You tried the get rich quick thing and now its hurting you because you put all you had into something. How many times have you read not to invest what you can't afford to lose. That even goes with normal stocks and yet you decided to play with uncontrolled stocks. Your loss my friend. I have roughly the same amount of share as you and I have sat back and watched you destroy this thread constantly with your crying antics. As with most of the people on this thread and their investments. Yes it sucks not being able to trade but honestly if you were in it for the long haul then you would sit back and let things play out. I'm completely fine with what Ken is doing mainly because I've already considered my investment a loss and now if it eventually starts making BTC back then I'll be happy.

Majority of the true investors are the ones who rarely post and unfortunately gets stuck listening to you and the other FUDsters trying to crash the stocks as soon as it hits the exchange so they can buy more shares. I will happily invest more when yall crash the price so much that I can pick up shares for pennies on the dollar and then reap the benefits while you sit back and cry more and complaining about something else. So please do us all a favor and shut up. The shares will get to the exchange when they get there.

It's less about the loss in value, but more about the blockade on trading. Even if I sat on the exchange as the share price fell I wouldn't be as vocal as I am now.

When my shares collapsed from 0.004 to 0.0006 I was 5% as vocal as I am currently, the difference is the block.

I might not even sell, but I want control, Ken took all my control away, everything.

If the ship is going down, I want to at least have some command over my destiny. But at the moment I have to wait for Ken's allowance to trade my shares, this is what frustrates me.

Another thing that frustrates me is that people like you seem to have no worries letting Ken decide the share value. Ken current sets the value at will, and you just sit back and take it.
1531  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: February 11, 2014, 01:52:02 PM
Fine. I will not sell any share under 0.0008

Great. Now get back to serving them Latte's you punk.

Very well. I do make good coffee though. :p
1532  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: February 11, 2014, 01:36:45 PM
If you do you are a very silly young man.

Agreed.

Classic case of investing what you can't afford to lose... and then self destructing through sheer panic.

Again true.

DTS,  I have no idea why we are not trading yet and have expressed my disappointment in Ken.

Fine. I will not sell any share under 0.0008

Even if it's a sunk cost fallacy.

Yeah I'm stupid. This is not news I've admitted as much on numerous occasions.
1533  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Let's report Ken Slaughter / Active Mining to SEC on: February 11, 2014, 01:12:24 PM
Unregistered securities

You are making a comedy of yourself, if you want to get Ken for unregistered securities, are you not getting yourself?

This action only results in the loss of everything we own. You are in fact threatening my wealth. I recommend you stop this action, you likely own a small handful of shares but are putting large holders at risk with this idea of yours.

Please have some respect and stop. Please delete this thread.
1534  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: February 11, 2014, 01:06:27 PM
...
Maybe if enough shareholders start offering really low prices Ken will be forced to release the blockade because he can no longer sell UKYO's shares for 0.0005.
...

Now ^this^ is a logic fail.  Ken doesn't give half a morning crap about how low you sell your shares.  Give them away if you wanna -- he got his.

If he has 17k left at 0.0005, and all the shareholders say they are going to sell at 0.0001, then people will be wary of continuing to buy Ken's shares.

Ken then is forced to either lower his price or let us trade and create a free market instead of a controlled one.
1535  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: February 11, 2014, 01:04:57 PM
Zumzero, explain one thing for me, why is Ken withholding shares?

I also retract my offer, I got no takers at 0.00043 and none at 0.00017

I'd rather not go lower as it becomes pointless and I'd rather just gamble on the value in 6 months.

I just could not sell $500,000 worth of shares for $10,000, I would rather play the game "$500,000 or nothing" at that point.

This bullshit is unfair and I get made out to be the bad guy, when Ken is the one screwing us around.

It's simply, Ken never ever wants us to trade our shares, he wants to hold the shares and dividends until the company is making 20nm or something, we will be waiting years before we can trade. Mark my words, we will never ever trade our shares, it's in Ken's best interest to lock out all the shareholders forever.
1536  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: February 11, 2014, 12:50:06 PM
Ok lets get a few things straight, I put everything into this company and can be very emotional at times, Ken's blockade of our shares is completely selfish.

Also I have been working 16 hour shifts at the cafe and had some trouble at work, I am behind on rent and read some more of this thread on my break, I continued to get pissed off because Ken is actively blocking us and ruining everything. So I got emotional and posted my '20bitcoin' offer.

Do I really want to convert 500 bitcoin into 20? Of course not, but my faith in Ken shatters almost everytime he posts.

I just don't want to be left with 0 bitcoin, this is all I have, hence the shitty job.

I'm now selling 114,425 shares for 20 bitcoin, anyone interested?

Your selfish attitude has not only fucked it for everyone else, but compromised your own security by revealing your public address.

0.0001747869 is the price you will sell at so why would anyone now buy the remaining Ukyo shares at 0.0005, smart-arse?

That was the point, try to keep up. I am being cornered by Ken and reacting, I have no control over my ownership of the shares and am forced to try alternative ways to stop Ken from being a jerk and let us trade. (Lift the block).

Maybe if enough shareholders start offering really low prices Ken will be forced to release the blockade because he can no longer sell UKYO's shares for 0.0005.

I'm now selling 114,425 shares for 20 bitcoin, anyone interested?
Ken has allowed this 108btc fiasco to become something much more than it need have been.

+1 to that. The only reason I am being pushy is because this man is actively blocking any ability for me to leave.

I want access to a trading platform and I want market rates, not fucking Ken rates.

DTS - I have some direct NEOBEE shares.  I will trade you 20 BTC worth of them for all of your ActM shares.

I am prepared to sign these shares over to you today if you accept my offer.

Please do not PM me on this matter as I want this done publicly.  The ball is in your court.

6667 NEOBEE shares @ .003  = 20.001 btc

So we trade my 6667 NEOBEE direct shares for your 114,425 ActM shares.

Right, go to one stupid investment to another, NEOBEE bought out UKYO right? What a joke.

I advise you all not to purchase any shares above 0.0002 because when we trade I will sell all of mine at 0.0002. So if you're buying these overpriced shares at 0.0005 you're an idiot.

lol, take away everything else that has happened over the past six months, this post proves you have no shares and you are a Troll.

No one would say they are selling 60% below market value! You must be either clinically insane or a Troll as has been suggested a few times before. I used to think you were genuine but no large shareholder would destroy 60% of the value of their own holdings while at the same time make it less likely that trading will happen for us all.

I tried to buy shares off you last week and everytime I lowered my offer you went 'yes OK'. You didn't try to haggle for a good price - so you don't even have any shares to sell do you? Evidence please.

Miner, please keep up.

I said that market value is 60% below the current 'Ken' value. If 0.0005 is taking it's time to shift with 200,000 shares, with several million there is no way 0.0005 is market value.

I want a good deal, I keep hoping to get 100 bitcoin at least (An increase on my fiat investment) However sometimes I feel that we are mere hours away from Ken saying "Sorry guys, it's over" and I freak out. That's everything I own, that could be worth 0 if Ken declares the operation is over. And assets? I am 99% sure we have no where near 1000 bitcoin.

1537  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: February 11, 2014, 09:23:02 AM
So what's the fucking excuse? Why can't we trade? We're being held hostage here. It's either buy Ken's shares or never trade.

Also we don't have 1000+ bitcoin anymore. It's a simple 5 minute task to prove we do but Ken will never do it. Ever.

So many lies.

But ActM is in such good financial position it doesn't make sense to sell previously held shares at such a low price.

Like I've said. This 100 bitcoin insanity may be revealing an ugly truth.

If Ken wants us to stop bitching and speculating he can release the block and let us trade.
